Tatsuya Matsumoto & Toru Yano vs. United Empire (Callum Newman & Zane Jay)

Zane and Tat do some amateur wrestling. Zane rakes his face in the conrer. Tat goes up and over then is shouldered over. Tat then shoulders him over. Tat flying euros Zane. Zane is pushed into his partner and Yano pulls both down by the hair. 

Yano hits Zane with a turnbuckle pad. CN facekicks Yano. Yano pulls down CN by the hair. Yano atomic drops CN. Tat running euros CN then hits forearms on him. CN forearms Tat then running euros him. Zane lariats Tat down. CN spin kicks Tat in the gut. Tat dropkicks him and water wheel drops him for 2.

CN lariats Tat down then underhook suplexes him. CN then pins him.

Thoughts: It was short and a waste of time. Tat tried and showed some fire. Yano should have been DQ'd for using the turnbuckle pad. Yano mostly just pulled hair here.

Tat is thrown out after. 

Aaron Wolf & Taisei Nakahara vs. Unbound Co. (Daiki Nagai & Drilla Moloney)

Drilla and Wolf trade basic holds. Wolf side headlocks him and Drilla wristlocks him. Drilla side headlocks him. They shoulder battle. Drilla dropkicks him then Wolf shoulder throws him. Wolf elbow drops him for 2. 

Drilla takes corner attacks then a dropkick from Tai for 2. Tai hits forearms on Drilla. Drilla corner spears him and underhook suplexes him for 2. Tai's head is banged off the buckles. Nagai chops Tai in the corner.

Drilla chops Tai in the corner. Tai hits bad chops on him then dropkicks him. Nagai comes in and knocks Wolf off the apron. Nagai back body drops Tai for 2. Drilla and Wolf trade forearms. Wolf hip throws him. 

Drilla and Wolf chop each other outside. Tai chops Nagai then Nagai chops him down. Tai dropkicks Nagai for 2. Tai crabs Nagai and Nagai ropebreaks. Nagai spinebusters Tai for 2. Nagai slams Tai. Nagai top rope diving headbutts Tai and pins him.

Thoughts: The Nagai vs Tai sections were fun and helped this one along. Wolf/Drilla did alright too. This was a throwaway but what we got was fine.  

Masatora Yasuda & Yuya Uemura vs. House Of Torture (Dick Togo & Ren Narita)

Yuya is hit from behind by Togo. Yuya's head is banged off the buckles. Yuya armdrags and dropkicks Ren. Yuya 2nd rope crossbodies Ren then armdrags Togo and Ren. Ren is double shoulderblocked. Masa hits forearms on Ren.

Togo stomps Masa and punches him. Masa forearms him back. Masa suplexes Togo then crabs him. Togo yanks him down by the arm. Masa takes a double shoulderblock for 2. Masa cradles Ren for 2. Masa then slides between his legs and crabs him. Masa's knees are banged off the mat then Ren leglocks Masa. Masa quickly taps.

Thoughts: It was a short waste of time and ended before it even got a chance to get going. I have no idea why. This was just a way to get people on the card.

TMDK (Hartley Jackson & Zack Sabre Jr.) vs. Unbound Co. (Gedo & OSKAR)

Zack side headlocks Os. Zack facekicks Os then euros him. Zack hits more euros and is shouldered over. Zack pele kicks Os' arm. Os slams Zack. Zack cobra twists Os and Os throws him off. Zack dragon screws him then PK's him. 

Hart comes in and shoulders Gedo over. Gedo boots him in the knee and wraps his leg around the ropes. Gedo stomps the knee then dragon screws him. Hart figure four's Gedo and Zack twists  Gedo's head with his feet. Os is pulled over the top and Zack PK's Os from the apron. 

Hart corner splashes Gedo then lariats him down for 2. Gedo rolls up Hart for 2. Hart crossbodies and sentons Gedo. Hart then pins him.

Thoughts: It was another very short waste of time here that ended before it got started. Zack vs Oskar is going to be a new match and I'm curious as to how that works out. 

G1 Climax 2026 Block A Match - SANADA vs. Oleg Boltin

San dropkicks Oleg in the knee and shining wizards him. San flying headscissors him then shining wizards him. San moonsaults him off the buckles for 2. San boots him out of the corner. Oleg catches his 2nd rope moonsault and powerbombs him. Oleg then holds on for another powerbomb and a finlay roll. Oleg pins him.

Thoughts: It was very short for unknown reasons. Sanada basically got squashed and overpowered here in very quick fashion. What we got was entertaining though. 

G1 Climax 2026 Block A Match - Jake Lee vs. Yuto-Ice

Jake sits in the crowd as Ice enters. Jake then jumps him from behind and sends him into the post. They fight in the crowd and Jake clubs him. Ice bangs Jake's head off a seat. They get in then the bell rings to start this.

Jake slides out and boots Ice in the gut. Jake is sent into the rails then Ice is tripped into the rails. Jake grabs handcuffs and the ref takes them. Jake then grabs another pair of handcuffs. He then cuffs one of Ice's hands. Ice pushes Jake into the ref then hits a straight punch. Ice PK's Jake.

Ice stands on Jake's hand and tries to get the handcuffs off. Tatusya Matsumoto has to help get the handcuffs off. Jake and Ice trade forearms. Ice stomps Jake's face and kicks him in the back. Ice foot chokes Jake.

Ice and Jake are handcuffed together. Ice hits forearms and Jake laughs. Jake low blows Ice. Jake knees Ice in the face and removes his handcuffs. Ice then gets his hands handcuffed together. Jake pours water on Ice and kicks him in the back. Jake hits forearms on him. 

Jake boots the ref away and low blows Ice. Jake buzzsaw kicks Ice. Ice headbutts him then Jake chops him. Jake bites Yuta's shoulder. Jake knees him in the face. Ice pushes the ref into Jake and low blows him. Ice low pump kicks Jake with the handcuffs on and pins him.

Thoughts: It wasn't any good. Jake goofed around and they messed around with handcuffs for a while. There were also multiple ref bumps here.

G1 Climax 2026 Block A Match - Shingo Takagi vs. Great-O-Khan

Khan hits Shingo as he enters then sends him into the rails. Khan hits him with a chair and the ref just watches. Shingo is sent into the rails and knocks over the announcer and his table. Khan then talks trash on the mic while he sits in a chair on him. 

Shingo is sent into the rails and seats. Shingo is pushed into a wall and has his head banged off of it. Khan then walks him into the men's room and tries to put his head in a urinal. Khan then tries to put Shingo's head in a toilet. Shingo's head is banged off a wall then Shingo is sent into seats. 

Shingo is sent into the post and rails. The match then "officially" starts as the bell rings. Khan pump kicks him for 2. Khan trips Shingo. Shingo pounds on him in the corner then corner lariats him. Shingo suplexes him for 2. 

Khan hits mongolian chops and Shingo mongolian chops back. Shingo sentons him. Shingo hits punches and suplexes him. Khan is sent into the rails. Khan kicks the middle rope into Shingo's crotch. Shingo is sent into the rails again. Khan suplexes him on the floor.

Khan bangs Shingo's head off a seat. Khan goes for a chair shot, the ref stops him and Shingo throws a chair in Khan's face. Khan TTD's Shingo on the floor. Shingo is sent into an exposed buckle and takes a straight punch to the face. Shingo hits shots on Khan then lariats him down. 

Khan grabs the ref, misses a low blow and Shingo lariats him down for 2. Shingo is sent into the exposed buckle again. Khan is tripped into the exposed buckle and Shingo runningl ariats him. Shingo hits a made in Japan and pins him.

Thoughts: It was all shenanigans and it was nothing that good. Khan basically just threw Shingo into rails, walls and posts the whole time then Shingo made his comeback and won.

G1 Climax 2026 Block A Match - Yota Tsuji vs. Ryohei Oiwa

Oiwa side headlocks Yota then side headlock takeovers him. Oiwa stomps him and side headlocks him. Yota hits him in the gut then gutbusters him for 2. Yota knees him in the gut then uranage backbreakers him. Yota bodyscissors him. Oiwa blocks a flying headscissors and crossfaces him. Oiwa shoulders him over three times in a row.

Oiwa sentons Yota. Yota backdrops him. Oiwa runs into a flatliner and Yota germans him. Yota flying pumping knees him. Oiwa side headlocks him on the buckles. Yota hurricanrana's him down from the buckles for 2. Yota crabs him then pulls on both legs with one arm. Oiwa ropebreaks.

They trade forearms. Oiwa yanks the arm and Yota chops him. Oiwa whips him down by the arm and bridges back while pulling on it. Oiwa armlocks him and side headlocks him. Oiwa ddt's him for 2. Yota headscissors him off a doctor bomb attempt. Yota pumping knees him and Oiwa doctor bombs him for 2.  

Oiwa germans him twice. Oiwa hits a chaos theory german for 2. Oiwa side headlocks him. Yota back body drops Oiwa over the top. Yota topes him. Yota top rope double stomps him in the ring for 2. Oiwa backdrops him for 2. Oiwa chinlocks him. Oiwa goes for a spinning lariat and Yota spears him. Yota hits a sitout muso for 2.

Yota rolls him up off a spinning lariat attempt and Oiwa chinlocks him again. Yota backdrops him but Oiwa keeps the headlock on. Yota fireblasters him twice and pins him. 

Thoughts: It was an okay bout. Oiwa again stuck to mostly chinlocks/headlocks deep into the match when he needed to escalate things. The good thing is that he kept Yota behaved here and Yota didn't overdo it too much.

G1 Climax 2026 Block A Match - Hirooki Goto vs. Konosuke Takeshita

They lock up and KT backs him up on the ropes. They shoulder battle and KT flying lariats him. KT slingshot swantons him and bodyscissors him. Goto's head is banged off the buckles. Goto boots him out of the corner. KT takes a bridging neckbreaker. 

Goto back elbows him for 2. Goto chinlocks him and KT ropebreaks. Goto stomps KT's head. Goto forearms him in the corner. Goto spinning heel kicks him in the corner then backdrops him for 2. KT headbutts him then exploders him. 

KT tope con hilos him outside. KT flying corner forearms him. Goto corner lariats him. KT flying knees him. Goto ushigoroshi's him. KT facekicks him then blue thunders him for 2. 

KT flying knees him. Goto hits a reverse GTR. They lariat each other and Goto goes down for 2. They fight on the buckles. Goto headbutts him them 2nd rope code red's him for 2. Goto headbutts him down. KT hadouken's him. KT hits forearms. Goto forearms him. KT spinning forearms him for 2. KT pumping knees him for 2 at 15 minutes. Goto hits a shoten kai.

Goto chest kicks him down then hits a GTW for 2. KT hits a GTR on Goto for 2. Goto flips KT with a lariat. KT drops him with a forearm then falcon arrows him for the win.

Thoughts: The selling could have been a little better but it was one of KT's better matches. Like with Oiwa/Yota, Goto didn't let him get too crazy and forced him to slow it down some. It had stiff shots and some high impact moves here, but they didn't go overboard. I liked this and thought it was an okay main event. 

KT talks on the mic after. 

Overall thoughts: The undercard was a total waste as usual, but I did like Nagai's match. Oleg/Sanada didn't go long and was basically a squash. Lee/Ice and Khan/Shingo were similar matches with the heels doing anything but wrestling and neither were that good. Oiwa/Yota was okay and Goto/Takeshita was also okay and easily the match of the night. I'd give this a 3 out of 10 as only 3 matches were acceptable to me. This was not good overall.

ROH Pure Title Match - Lee Moriarty (c) vs. Angelico

Ange wristlocks him and they fight over the arm. Ange hammerlocks him and Lee reverses it. Ange full nelson's him and Lee cravates him. Ange takes him down by the arm and wristlocks him. Lee armlocks him. Ange wristlocks him, Lee headflips out then reverses the wristlock. Lee headflips out of an armdrag and they stand off.

Ange cravates him and pulls his arms back. Ange then bridges on his back with it. Ange ties up one leg and ankle locks the other. Lee uses his first ropebreak. They test strength and Lee armdrags him. Lee trips him and does a border city stretch.

Ange ties his legs up and does a figure four variation. Lee takes him down and splits his fingers. Ange uses his second ropebreak to escape. Ange ties his arms up and holds him upside down by the legs. Lee rolls him and does a cool surfboard variation. Ange uses his last ropebreak.

Ange takes him down by the wrist, hooks the arm and half crabs him. Lee ropebreaks. Ange trips him and ties up both of his legs. Lee rolls him and triangles him. Ange ties up both arms and hooks his leg behind his neck. Lee uses his last ropebreak. 

Ange takes him down, Lee rolls him and bridges him for 2. Ange flying armdrags him into a pin attempt. Lee tries a pin. They cradle each other. Lee rolls him up for 2 and does a border city stretch. Ange taps out.

Thoughts: We knew this was going to be a technical wrestling match and it was. It was all holds and that's what this style is supposed to be. I liked it and it was nice to see Angelico in something for a change where he gets a ton of time to show off what he can do. Ange had nice submissions here. This was a solid match.

Nick Wayne and Bandido are interviewed as Ban defends his ROH Title vs Nick Wayne at Death Before Dishonor. Nick complains about how Lexy says his name. Nick says he was TV champ for 380 days and Band says he's champ for over 400 days. Band tells him to stop talking. Nick says honor doesn't win titles but talent does. He says he will become the youngest and greatest ROH champ at Death Before Dishonor. Band says he will show us why he's the most wanted.

Emi Sakura vs. Viva Van

Van shoves her over and stomps her in the corner. Emi hair throws her and boots her. Van flying headscissors her. Van walks the top rope and botches. Van then armdrags her. 

Van spinning heel kicks Emi. Emi goes out and pretends to cry. Van comes out and Emi slaps her. Emi sends her into the steps. Emi crossbodies her against the steps. Emi rakes the eyes then bites her arm.

Emi hits chops. Emi corner crossbodies her. Emi hits more chops. Van upkicks her then top rope dropkicks her. Emi eye rakes her again and hits a twisting reverse ddt. Van back body drops her then axe kicks her for 1.

They fight for moves. Van urakens her is clotheslined down. Van double underhook backbreakers her and pins her.

Thoughts: It wasn't that good. Emi did a lot of heel shenanigans. Van didn't really impress and it didn't get a good flow going here.

The Kingdom are interviewed. They are playing around on phones and recording the interviewer. Mike says they've been on an unbelievable winning streak and have won a lot of matches. Mike says they are using AI to figure out who their partner should be tonight. Matt says their tag partners are The Grizzled Young Veterans. Zack Gibson says they are in desperate need of a win. He says he doesn't trust AI or them and tells them not to mess it up. 

Diamante vs. Allie Katch

Dia hits her from behind. They shoulder battle. Dia drops down and AK sentons her. Dia kicks her in the leg and ddt's her. Dia hits crossface shots and elbow drops her for 2. Dia running chops AK and throws her hard into the corner. 

AK lariats her out of the corner. AK butt drops her out of the corner then corner splashes her. AK corner hip attacks her then corner cannonballs her. Dia stunners her off the casadora and AK basement dropkicks her for 2. AK enzugiri's her for 2. 

AK takes a stun gun and Dia hits a cross rhodes. Dia then pins her.

Thoughts: Dia won as expected. It wasn't anything too special and I thought it was just average.

Dia pounds on her after then does a heel hook. Queen Aminata comes out to scare Dia away. Queen then does Dia's gunshot taunt at her.

Caprice Coleman interviews Shane Taylor. Shane says Caprice said he told Lee Moriarty that what they do is gangsta activity. Shane says he knows better than to say that and says it's just good business. Caprice says Shane does what he say he will do. Shane says he laid out Jon Moxley 3x. He says they walk into The Death Riders house, punch them in the mouth and walk out. 

Caprice says it feels like they run ROH and Shane says of course. 

Shane says he enjoys finding the diamonds in the rough. He says everyone who comes to him becomes a superstar or champ. He says he looks for heart and conviction.  

AR Fox vs. Soleil

They shake hands. Sol side headlocks him. Sol backrolls out. Sol superkicks him outside. AR handstands out of a cutter and they kip up together. Sol meteora's him. Sol spin kicks him in the gut. AR rolls into a neckbreaker. AR handstand sentons him for 2. AR flying corner lariats him then hit elbows on him. AR skins the cat into a basement dropkick on him. 

AR pump kicks him out. AR hits elbows on him against the rails. AR side headlocks him. Sol spin kicks him in the gut. They high kick each other at the same time and crossbody each other at the same time. Sol walks on him and mule kicks him. Sol top rope crossbodies him for 2.

AR headflips into a back elbow then rolls him into a cutter. AR does some kind of fisherman buster for 2. Sol corner facekicks him and AR pump kicks him. Sol flips out of a lariat and cutters him for 2. They fight on the buckles. AR kips down out of a lariat and cutters him. Sol cartwheels into a cutter on him.

AR seated spanish flies him. AR top rope 450's him and pins him.

Thoughts: I didn't like it. Everything had to have a flip of some sorth connected to it and it just got too silly. 

Athena does a promo. She says it's hard being her. She says Hazuki cost her money and will bet on her at Death Before Dishonor. She shows a quarter and says she will bet this on her. She says the odds are so against her that even if she wins, she will be a millionaire. She says she will learn that no one can live up to her reign because she's the forever ROH champ. She says Hazuki and her supporters will have to get over it.

Pure Rules Match - Rachael Ellering vs. Steph De Lander

Steph kicks away a handshake. RE wristlocks her, Steph grabs the ropes and burns a ropebreak. Steph side headlocks her. RE shoulderblocks her a few times and knocks her over. RE basement dropkicks her for 1. RE grabs her leg, Steph grabs the ropes and burns a ropebreak. Steph then punches her and gets a warning.

Steph side slams her. Steph corner splashes her twice then running chest kicks her. RE back elbows her and boots her out of the corner. RE running euros her and sentons her for 2. RE dragon sleepers her and Steph uses her last ropebreak. They chop each other and Re hits something like a cross-legged brainbuster for 2.

Steph puts the ref in her way then punches RE. Steph hits doi fives and pins her.

Thoughts: It wasn't that good. It was mostly just Steph bending the rules and doing anything but pure wrestling. 

Juice Robinson does a promo. He says he's coming to ROH and challenges Anthony Henry. He says let's see how he can work, horseman. He says let's get down and dirty and see who can pin the other's shoulders. He says he's coming to ROH and Henry better get ready to wrestle.

Trish Adora vs. Angelica Risk

They shake hands and TA puts her hand on her head. AR bites her fingers. TA corner splashes her and chops her. AR goes up and over and dropkicks her. AR's 2nd rope crossbody is caught and TA backbreakers her. TA northern lights suplexes her for 2. TA stomps on AR's arms and kicks her in the back. TA gets a 2 count on her.

TA forearms her down. TA hits corner hip attacks. AR boots her out of the corner and back elbows her. AR flying headscissors spikes her. AR 619's her. AR 2nd rope swinging flatliners her for 2. TA rolls her up for 2 and AR rolls her up for 2. TA kneeling germans her for 2.

AR rolls her up for 2 and TA pump kicks her. TA lariats her for the pin.

Thoughts: Risk's swinging flatliner off the 2nd rope looked good. It wasn't that bad but the winner was never in doubt and it was just a question of how long it would take. 

Steph De Lander does a promo. She says she's the best pure wrestler in ROH and says Deonna Purrazzo knows that. She says she deserves a shot at the Pure Title. She says she's been sitting pretty at the top for too long as ROH is SDL.

Vertvixen vs. Julissa Mexa

Vert kicks away a handshake. Mexa trips her and spanks her. Mexa rolls her around the ring and pulls on her legs. Vert boots her in the gut. Mexa cartwheels and dances. Mexa gutwrench suplexes her. Vert facekicks her twice and spinning forearms her. Vert half crabs her.

Vert exploders her. Vert sliding kicks her in the corner for 2. Vert snapmares her and basement dropkicks her. Mexa flying corner lariats her then top rope dropkicks her. Mexa tope con hilos her through the ropes. 

Mexa backhands her and Vert casadora blue thunders her. Vert misses a corner spear and goes into the post. Vert headbutts her down. Vert lariats her on the buckles. Mexa 2nd rope cradle shocks her and pins her.

Thoughts: Mexa tried and her tope con hilo through the ropes was nice. Vert was the better wrestler and probably should have won. This needed a bit more time and clearer faces and heels. It was average.

Nigel McGuinness does a promo. He says life is about timing. He says he will take his shot at Death Before Dishonor. He says he faces Lee Moriarty twice and lost. He says if he can't beat Lee after 3 attempts, he shouldn't challenge him again. Nigel says he won't wrestle in ROH again if he can't beat him for the title.

Thoughts: I really don't know why they keep going back to this match. Nigel's not around full-time and he never does anything to deserve the shot, but still keeps getting it anyway.

Grizzled Young Veterans (James Drake & Zack Gibson) & The Kingdom (Matt Taven & Mike Bennett) vs. Bustah And The Brain (Alec Price & Jordan Oliver) & The Von Erichs (Marshall von Erich & Ross von Erich)

Matt has his phone and wants to use AI. Drake comes in and hits shots on AP. Drake wristlocks him, AP uses the ropes to flip out and armdrags him. AP 2nd rope twisting crossbodies him. Drake spinning heel kicks AP. 

Zack takes a double boot and a double back elbow. Zack then takes a double legdrop. Matt lariats JO down. Matt goes up and over then dropkicks him. Marsh comes in and back body drops Matt. Marsh slams him and Mike. Ross and Marsh hit stereo slams and dropkicks. 

Ross armdrags Drake into an armlock. Ross is thrown out then Ross takes backbreaker + slingshot flying knee outside. Ross' chest is banged off the apron. Matt foot chokes Ross then suplexes him for 2. Mike slams and elbow drops Ross for 2. 

Zack euros Ross in the back of the neck. Ross 2nd rope double dropkicks The Vets. The Kingdom and AP/JO fight. AP and JO hits stereo flying lariats. Drake takes a knee to the face then AP suicide dives outside. Matt takes an electric chair M. Bison stomp for 2. JO flying ddt's Mike. AP 2nd rope double codebreakers the heels. We get some fast action and Mike death valley drivers JO. Matt running knees JO. Matt superkicks AP. AP does a cool dropkick into a crossbody on Matt.

Marsh comes in and hits lariats on Zack. Marsh hits mounted corner punches. The Von Erich's hit corner attacks on The Vets. The Von Erich's then put stereo claws on. JO is sent into the post. Mike comes in and punches The Von Erich's in the crotch. Zack rolls up Marsh and pins him.

Thoughts: The Kingdom's new AI gimmick is dumb. It's just them carrying around phones and talking about AI for the most part. The action was fine though and Alec had some impressive spots. It was alright. 

Sara Leon vs. Zayda Steel

Sara rolls up Zay for 2. Zay side headlocks her and wristlocks her. Sara rolls out. Sara top wristlock takedowns her. Zay bangs Sara's arm off her shoulder and Saya armdrags her. Zay keeps the hold on. Sara armdrags her. Zay sanpmares her and bodyscissors her for 2.

Zay flying headscissors Sara then corner crossbodies her. Sara hits armdrags and kicks. Sara flying PK's her. Zay sweeps Sara on the apron. Sara running forearms her and Zay dropkicks her in the knee. Zay bangs Sara's knee off the mat.

Sara cradles her for 2. Zay scorpion kicks her and hits lariats. Zay codebreakers Sara over the 2nd rope for 2. Sara hits a chaos theory german. Sara goes for a german but Zay blocks it by landing on her. Zay reverse figure fours her and submits her.

Thoughts: I wouldn't say it was great but they did keep it moving, it was competitive and Sara didn't have a bad showing. I'd say this was acceptable, but boy was this random. 

Deonna Purrazzo is interviewed. She says she's months into her open challenge and hasn't backed down. She says she didn't see any evidence of Steph De Lander being the greatest pure rules wrestler in her match. She accepts her challenge. She says when you face her, the outcome is always the same as you become fluent in Purrazzo.

Juice Robinson vs Anthony Henry

JR offers a handshake and Henry pretends to pee on him like a dog. Henry wristlocks him and JR reverses it. Henry armdrags him and taunts him with gun poses. JR tries to roll out of a wristlock. JR chops him down and forearms him. JR spinning backdrops him and crawls into a headbutt on him. JR then pretends to pee on him. JR corner cannonballs him. 

JR headbutts him. Henry dragon screws him then dragon screws him around the ropes. Henry twists JR's neck with his feet. JR headbutts him and atomic drops him. JR russian legsweeps him. AR gets his knees up on JR's senton. Henry crosses JR's legs and dragon screws them. JR spinebusters him. 

JR shoulders him over and back elbows him down. JR sentons him for 2. Henry PK's him and knee drops him. Henry figure fours him. They slap each other and hit each other while the figure four is on. JR hits punches and Henry step up enzugiri's him. JR ddt's him and pins him.

Thoughts: Henry worked the legs here and eventually JR picked up the win. It wasn't super exciting or anything and was just average. 

Overall thoughts: It was the usual episode of ROH. Almost everything was random. People who haven't been on this show for weeks and months returned while people who should have been on the show weren't anywhere to be found. We only had one champ in action and only had one title match, despite ROH having 8 titles. This one also went over 2 hours and dragged because of it. Lee Mortiarty vs Angelico was easily the match of the night here. I wouldn't recommend this one. It was average overall and I'd give it a 5 out of 10.

We are in Minneapolis, MN. Wade Barrett and Michael Cole are on commentary.

We see various wrestlers arrive and hang out. 

Women's Title - Liv Morgan (c) vs Iyo Sky

Iyo backs her up in the corner and is thrown down backwards. Liv stomps and clubs on her. Iyo knees her in the gut and stomps her in the corner. Iyo headstand pendulum double knees her in the corner. Liv is sent out and pulls down Iyo on a dive attempt. Iyo drops her with a forearm. Iyo stands on the rail and is swept on it. Iyo is then sent into the LED board rails.

Liv basement dropkicks Iyo in the ring then stomps her. Liv kicks her in the ribs. Liv suplexes her three times. Liv enzugiri's her for 2. Liv backsplashes her and step up knees her in the corner. Liv rolls her into a double stomp. Iyo flapjacks her and buzzsaw kicks her. 

Iyo pulls Liv's arm down over the top rope. Iyo top rope dropkicks Liv. Iyo corner meteora's her. Iyo then sunset bombs her on the floor. Iyo goes up top and Raquel/Perez come out. Raquel pushes Iyo off the top rope. Iyo knocks Perez off the apron and back body drops Liv onto Raquel. Raquel catches Liv and Iyo top rope moonsaults Perez and Raquel outside.

Liv headscissor spikes Iyo over the middle rope. Liv is up top and gets hit with a shotei. Iyo top rope spanish flies Liv. They trade forearms. Liv pounds on her and Iyo hits an angel's wings. Iyo double underhook backbreakers her.

Iyo misses a corner meteora. Iyo twisting reverse ddt's her. Iyo hits Liv's oblivion for 2. Iyo misses a top rope moonsault and hodls her ankle. Liv 2nd rope diving codebreakers her for 2. Iyo germans Liv on the apron. Iyo meteora's her against the post on the apron.

Liv goes for a moonsault off the top but Liv gets her boots up. Iyo headflips out of oblivion and is codebreakered. Liv hits oblivion again and pins her.

Thoughts: There wasn't a great story or anything but I liked what we got. Both girls tried a bit harder than usual, they didn't botch and things went well for the most part. I was a little surprised to see Liv win and am curious as to where this leaves Iyo now.  

The Bloodline are in the back and Jey hypes up Jimmy.

We see some legends in the crowd like X-Pac, Dan Spivey and Jimmy Hart.

We get a Gears of War video game ad before the next match with some rubble on the stage and some skull graphics on the tron.

LA Knight, Solo Sikoa, and Royce Keys vs. The Bloodline (Jacob Fatu, Jey Uso, and Jimmy Uso)

Fatu comes out with a wolf's mask.

The faces run in and the fight starts. 4 of the 6 fight in the ring. LA back body drops Jimmy over the top. Jimmy then suicide dives out. Jey hits punches on Solo and Solo punches back. Solo does Jey's punch and dance. Solo then does Jey's yeeting with taunts and music.

Solo shoulders over Jey. Solo samoan drops Fatu and does his dance. Fatu then superkicks him. Fatu pop-up samoan drops him. Fatu sentons him and hits mounted punches. Fatu chokes Solo on the ropes. Jimmy stomps Solo in the corner. Jey corner splashes Solo. Solo is then abused on the ropes.

Fatu stomps and headbutts Solo. Fatu running corner hip attacks him. Solo hits punches on Fatu then they double clothesline each other down. Keys comes in and hits lariats on Jimmy. Keys corner splashes him then lariats him. Keys world's strongest slams Jimmy. Keys then sky high's Jey. 

Keys hits punches on Jimmy and Jimmy superkicks him three times. Keys 2nd rope spinning slams Jimmy. LA comes in and hits shots on Jey. LA pop-up slams him. LA elbow drops Jey. Jey spears LA for 2. 

Jey goes up top, LA jumps up there and superplexes him. Jey top rope splashes LA. Solo uranage's Jimmy then Fatu impaler ddt's Solo. Keys spinebusters Fatu. Fatu superkicks Keys outside. Keys powerslams Fatu over the timekeeper's rail. LA rolls up Jey for 2. Jey spears LA. Jimmy top rope splashes LA for 2. LA hits a BFT on Jey and pins him.

Thoughts: It was okay but more suitable for a Raw match than a big show like this. They just didn't go all out or get to do anything special. The match did flow well though and probably worked out as good as it was going to go. Keys' powerslam over the rail was the highlight of this. 

Gunther vs. Nick Aldis

They lock up. Gun wristlocks him. Nick kips up out of it and reverses it. Gun side headlocks him. Gun shoulders him over then side headlock takeovers him. Gun slides out and poses on the commentary table. Gun backs him up in the corner and chops him. Nick punches back. Gun jumps at him and is caught with a suplex for 2.

Nick sits up top and is chopped down. Fatu sends Nick into the post then talks smack to Mickie James, Nick's wife. Gun chops Nick down. Nick hits punches and chops on Gun. Nick is thrown hard into the buckles. 

Nick backbreakers Gun. Gun sleepers him. Gun lariats Nick down. Nick 2nd rope superplexes Gun. Nick hits punches on Gun and Gun chops him. Nick lariats him then Gun lariats him back. Nick flying lariats him then powerslams him for 2. Gun misses a corner facekick and Nick kicks him in the leg. Nick slams Gun then top rope elbow drops him twice. Nick cloverleaf's Gun and Gun ropebreaks.

Gun goes for a sleeper then Nick goes for one. Gun saito suplexes him and powerbombs him for 2. Gun hits downward elbows on Nick and grounded chokes him. Nick then taps out.

Thoughts: It was an okay bout here. Nick looked fine though he was definitely getting a little tired by the end. Gun got the win as expected. It's nice to see Nick finally get to wrestle in WWE after never getting a chance despite checking all the boxes.

Nick's wife and kid come into the ring after to hug him. 

Tommy Dreamer and Bubba Ray Dudley are shown in the crowd as part of Busted Open Radio.

The Bella Twins (Nikki Bella and Brie Bella) and Paige vs. Fatal Influence (Jacy Jayne, Lainey Reid, and Fallon Henley) 

Fallon forearms down Brie (long pants). Brie knees her in the gut and russian legsweeps her. Brie hits chest kicks on Fallon. The heels have their heads banged off the steps (not Jacy though). Paige and Nikki dive off the apron on their opponents.

Brie goes up top and is pulled down by Jacy. LR stomps Brie's face into the steps. Jacy cannonballs Brie against the steps. Jacy sentons Brie for 2. LR running euros Brie in the corner and chinlocks her. Brie back elbows LR. 

Brie lariats LR. Nikki hits running lariats on LR. Nikki neckbreakers Jacy, forcing her to ddt Fallon. Nikki facebusters LR for 2. LR cradles Nikki for 2. Nikki forearms LR. Paige cannonballs Fallon from the apron. 

Jacy superkicks Paige in the ring. Brie surprises Jacy with a forearm. LR sunset flips Nikki then pumping knees her. Nikki takes like a double team fisherman's suplex for 2. Fallon swinging facebusters Brie then dances. Nikki and Fallon forearm each other down.

Paige slingshot sunset flips Jacy. Jacy spinning forearms Paige  and pins her.

Thoughts: It was an average match. They didn't botch too bad but the work just wasn't great. I'm kind of surprised the faces lost since The Bella's are re-united again here.

The Bella then beat up Paige after in a surprise turn. Brie TKO's Paige and The Bella's leave Paige laying. Nikki says "lesson learned, you'll never take my spot".

We get a cool Street Fighter style character select screen with WWE wrestlers. 

Undisputed WWE Title - CM Punk (c) vs Cody Rhodes

Cody comes out to Guile's Street Fighter music with a helmet with Guile's hair on it. Cody is lifted up from under the stage. Punk comes out in Minnesota North Stars themed attire.

They stare down and lock up. Punk double chops him on the break then Cody does the same. They trade chops. Punk hiptosses him and flying headscissors him. Punk kicks and boots Cody in the arm. Punk whips him down by the arm and hammerlocks him. 

Punk side headlocks him and Cody shoulders him over twice. Cody side headlock takeovers him. Cody shoulders him over and side headlock takeovers him again. Cody chops Punk and Punk whips him down by the arm. Punk hits chest kicks and yanks the arm. 

They trade hammerlocks and Punk is sent out of the ring. Cody topes him outside. Punk is sent into and over the rails. Punk flying lariats him off the rail. Punk top rope double axe handles him. Punk suplexes him for 2. Cody hits a drop down punch and Punk leg lariats him. Punk then holds his left knee. Punk step up knees Cody in the corner. Cody kneebreakers Punk then kicks him in the leg. 

Cody dragon screws Punk. Cody hits corner spears and kicks him in the leg. Cody dragon screws Punk again. Cody twists the ankle and Punk boots him in the head. Cody springboards and is kicked in mid-air. Punk slams Cody. They fight up top and Cody goes down. Punk top rope elbow drops Cody.

Cody hits a cody cutter for 2. Cody hits a disaster kick for 2. Cody walks up the buckles and diving cody cutters him for 2. Punk upkicks Cody then rolls him up for 2. Cody blocks a go to sleep then Cody figure fours Punk. Punk rolls to reverse the figure four and they ropebreak. Punk puts him in the anaconda vice. 

Punk hits punches and chops on Cody. Punk does another anaconda vice. Cody hits a cross rhodes for 2. Punk is crotched up top. Punk tries a top rope moonsault but he misses and it looks terrible. Punk lariats him down for 2. Punk double axe handles Cody and hits a go to sleep for 2. 

Punk bangs Cody's head off the commentary table. Punk is swept on the commentary table. Punk is sent into the steps. Punk hits a GTS on Cody in the ring for 2.

Cody is on the commentary table. Punk misses a top rope elbow drop and goes through the table. Cody walks up the buckles and dives on the ref when Punk moves. Punk hits a GTS on Cody. Cody hits a cross rhodes and Punk rolls out. Randy Orton returns, runs in and RKO's Cody. Punk hits a GTS on Cody and pins him.

Thoughts: It got a lot of time and had a little bit of a slower pace to it (maybe too slow at times). It was a good match overall with Punk working the arm and Cody working the leg. Randy Orton returned, bringing back his Mania feud with Cody, and at least gave Cody an out here. Punk's top rope moonsault was bad and I was very surprised he tried that dive through the commentary table. 

Corey Graves, Big E and Joe Tessitore talk about the Cody/Punk match then hype up the main.  

Hell in a Cell Match - Oba Femi vs Brock Lesnar

Paul Heyman stands on the commentary table and does the intro for Brock. 

Oba boots and euros him. Oba hits corner spears then running corner euros him. Brock germans him three times but Oba no sells the 3rd. Brock is lariated over the top and goes into the cage. Brock's head is banged off the apron and he is sent into the cage. Oba is sent into the steps.

Oba suplexes Brock on the floor. Brock is sent into the steps. Oba leans a table against the cage and Brock is whipped into it. Brock hits Oba in the head with steps in the ring. Brock then hits him hard with them. Brock germans him twice and chairs him. Brock suplexes him. Brock suplexes him on chairs. Oba blocks an F-5 and pop-up spinebusters him. Oba hits shots to the gut and running euros him in the corner. 

Oba chokeslams him and throws him on a backdrop. Oba sitout powerbombs him for 2. Brock laughs in his face and double boots him. Brock F-5's him. Oba gets up then gets up on another F-5. Brock hits a third F-5 for 2. Brock chairs Oba.

Brock rips the ring canvas and pulls the mat away. Brock does Taker's throat slit and tombstones Oba on the exposed wooden boards. Brock then gets a 2 count while trying to pin him Undertaker style. 

Oba punches through a chair and pop-up sitout powerbombs Brock on the mat. Oba pins him.

Thoughts: It wasn't quite a classic. There was no blood and the wildest spots was Oba's bump on the wooden planks. They just never really tried to get this to the next level or do anything too crazy. It was a shorter bout also. It was alright but it could have been a lot more.

Brock hugs Oba after and raises his arm. Brock gets on the mic and says Oba is the future of WWE. They shake hands. Brock says he's the past and Oba is the future.

Overall thoughts: Liv/Iyo was okay. The trios match was also okay but would have been better suited for Raw or SD. Gunther/Aldis was fine. The women's match was average. Cody/Orton was good and was the match of the night. The main was alright but it was shorter and the risks were kept to a minimum.

Sadly, this was show pretty typical of recent WWE PLE's. The days of classic PLE's with everyone giving their all, getting longer matches and making the show special are long gone and do not seem like they will be coming back. There were tons of commercials breaks and probably as much downtime as there was wrestling. I'd give this a 6 out of 10 overall as the wrestling was fine, but there's nothing you'd need to see here and this isn't something I would ever rewatch. Skip this one.

NWA Jr. Heavyweight Title - SLADE (c) vs Damian Fenrir

Slade waistlock takedowns him and side headlocks him. Slade shoulders him over. DF lariats, back elbows and dropkicks him. DF catches his crossbody and suplexes him for 2. DF is distracted by Aron Stevens. Slade germans DF. Slade stomps and foot chokes him. Slade overhead belly to belly suplexes him. Aron chokes DF over the ropes.

DF is on the 2nd rope and Slade hits punches. DF headbutts him off the buckles. Slade goes for an ankle lock and DF boots him away. DF powerslams him. Slade dragon suplexes him. DF flying knees him and Aron puts Slade's foot on the ropes off the pin attempt. 

Slade jumping knees him then air raid crashes him for 2. Slade ankle locks him again and DF rolls him into a pin attempt. Slade misses a corner charge and goes into the post. DF buckshot lariats Slade. DF goes up top, Aron punches him and the ref totally sees it. The ref then DQ's Slade.

Thoughts: The ref totally saw Aron interfere and I'm glad he DQ'd him for it. Fenrir has to stop doing the buckshot lariat as he can't hit it cleanly. These two both hit some stiff shots and suplexes here and it was acceptable. The DQ finish doesn't hurt anyone. 

The Pope does a promo and asks where Mims is. Mims comes in. Pope complains about his shirt. Pope says he will lead by example next week. He says he will take on Carange and the world will know that Pope is pimpin'.

NWA United States Tag Titles - The Slimeballz (Sage Chantz and Tommy Rant) (c) vs The Hardway (Jack Vaughn and Dalton McKenzie)

The Slimes are dressed up like colonists with green stuff on them.

Sage slams DM and runs. DM follows then dropkicks him as he comes in. DM stares him down, Sage evades him and enzugiri's him from the apron. Sage is caught coming off the top and DM gorilla press drops him. 

Rant and Jack come in. Rant headbangs then spits on Jack. Jack facekicks him down. Jack slams him and side slam drops him. Jack then drops Sage onto Rant for a 2 count on Rant. DM comes in and  corner spears Rant. DM misses a spear and goes into the post and out to the floor.

Aron Stevens trips DM is caught by the ref. The ref ejects Aron. Rant hits DM from behind and stomps him. Rant hits DM in the gut then headbutts him. Sage bites DM. Sage rolls Rant into a splash on DM. DM double suplexes The Slimes. Jack comes in and hits shots on The Slimes. Jack corner splashes them. Jack is chopblocked. Sage is lawndarted into Jack. Sage goes up top and DM pushes him down. Rant is held in the air for a top rope elbow drop. Jack pins Rant.

Thoughts: I'd call it an upset even though it wasn't on paper. It would have been nice for The Hardway to be featured more and do more promos before winning here, because this was almost random. The Slimes don't really need the belts as they are over and not having the belts mean they can be more flexible booking wise as they can take losses again. They had the right idea here with The Slimes needing to cheat and The Hardwa overpowering them. They did enough to give both teams some credibility. What we got was fine.

Natalia Markova does a promo. She says there's one week left until she faces Nieves. She says she will take back what's hers. She says Nieves never deserved the title and she doesn't have much to offer.

Kerry and Ricky Morton are interviewed in the ring by Kyle Davis. Kerry says he's the epitome of pro wrestling. Kerry says he is everything he says he is. Kerry says Silas Mason can kiss his @ss and says he will be the NWA champ. He says that's what's best for business. 

Ricky Morton says he gave up a lot to keep The Rock and Roll Express together and says Robert Gibson would sell him out for 15 cents. He says he won't let his son make the mistakes he made. He says he sees Kerry as the future NWA champ too. Kerry says they don't make them like this anymore.

Alex Misery does a promo. He says he faces Daisy Kill next week. He says Kill thinks he can just demand things that aren't his. He says he is ready to rip the skin off his nails and twist his eyeballs next week.  

Hammerstone vs Richard Adonis

They lock up and Rich backs him up in the corner. Rich shoves him there. Rich side headlocks him. They shoulder each other and Rich goes down. Hammer hiptosses him then lariats him over the top rope. Rich pulls Hammer's throat over the top rope. Rich double stomps Hammer's face into the mat for 2.

Rich snapmares him and kicks him in the back. Rich pulls on the arms and splits the fingers. Rich bites the wrist. Rich high kicks him and drops him. Rich misses a 2nd rope moonsault. Hammer back elbows him and running back elbows him. Rich is back body dropped.

Rich headbutts him then takes an overhead belly to belly suplex. Rich cradles him for 2. Rich jumps up to the top and kind of diving facebusters him. Rich runs at him and Hammer chokeslams him. Hammer then powerbombs him for 2. Hammer pumping knees him then hits a nightmare pendulum for the win.

Thoughts: It was a reverse squash with Rich getting most of the offense in before going down. It was a decent showing for Adonis who is definitely a prospect worth investing in. Rich has some unique offense. I'm glad Hammer won at least.

Paige Collett, Big Al and Sirena Veil do a promo. Paige says she's the best and is the smartest person in the room. She says we have the best tag team we have ever seen. She says Veil is bloodthirsty. Al says she's no stranger to The Paige Sisters. She says she's here to get her get back. Veil says The Paige's keep getting in her way. She says she will bleed them both dry.

It's Me...The Carson Drake Experience

Drake hosts Trevor Murdoch's Royal Court, who are in royal gear. Trev has a throne and a scepter. Drake says they wrestle Mims and The Light and wants to know the gameplan. Trev says it will be a glorious exhibition. Trev says they will be able to show their skill and wit. 

TV-MA does a promo with someone new. Ms. Starr says everyone has done amazing. Starr says Tiffany Nieves is incredible. She says she needs to remember that TV-MA backs down from no one. Starr says NWA belongs to TV-MA.

NWA Women's Tag Titles - Pretty Empowered (Kylie and Kenzie Paige) (c) vs Sirena Veil and Alice Crowley

This is Veil and Al's first time teaming together here. 

Ken forearms SV from the apron. Kylie hits high kicks on SV and flying headscissors her. Kylie crossbodies SV's back against the ropes and backdrops her. Kylie boots SV out of the corner and facekicks her. Kylie sentons her for 2. 

Kylie forearms SV. Al grabs Ken on the outside and drops her face first on the apron. SV double chops Kylie from behind and euros her in the back of the neck.

We go to break. Jack and Eddie do a promo. They say they face Buster and Lockjaw Drake next week. Silas Mason comes in, tells them to quiet down and says he's fighting Morton's. Silas says we can call him The Morton Hunter and the segment ends.

We return from break. Kylie takes a cradle shock from SV for 2. Al forearms Kylie in the corner and pump kicks her down. Al backdrops her for 2. Al casadora drops SV onto Kylie for 2. SV chinlocks Kylie.

SV flipping snapmares Kylie for 2. Al legdrops Kylie for 2. Al hits mounted shots on Kylie. Kylie avoids a shot and tags out. Ken comes in and drops her opponents with running shots. Ken hits an ushigoroshi on SV. Ken piledrivers Al onto SV and gets a 2 count on SV. 

SV is thrown out. Ken cutters Al. Kylie blind tags herself in and pins SV. 

Thoughts: What we got was fine. Veil had wardrobe issues during this. Kylie stole the pin here on Kenzie and Kenzie wasn't happy about it. They have been teasing some dissention between them though so it makes sense. The ushigoroshi SV took looked painful. This was a random one.

Kylie slaps her dad Tommy Henry after and leaves. 

Overall thoughts: Slade/Fenrir was acceptable but didn't have much build to it. The US Tag Title match had no build to it whatsoever and The Hardway won the tag titles. They did what they were supposed to in that bout. Hammerstone beat Richard Adonis in a reverse squash that was more of a show off for Adonis than Hammer. The main was acceptable but also another random match. I'd give it 5 out of 10. There was nothing must see but I'd say it was acceptable overall. I'd say the opener was maybe the best bout on here.

SANADA & Yoshinobu Kanemaru vs Oleg Boltin & Masatora Yasuda

Oleg and San go at it. They trade some basic holds. San side headlock takeovers him and is put in a headscissors. Oleg shoulders him over then bearhugs him. San eye rakes him to break it up. Oelg gets headscissored then dropkicked in the knee. 

Oleg takes a double boot to the gut. Oleg double suplexes his opponents. Masa comes in and dropkicks YK for 2. YK eye rakes him and Masa sunset flips him. YK trips him into a crab. YK dropkicks him in the knee then knee breakers him. YK figure fours Masa and Masa taps out.

Thoughts: It was mostly a waste of time. It got about 4 minutes or so and it was over before they even really got past the opening moves.  

Konosuke Takeshita and Toru Yano vs Hirooki Goto & Tatsuya Matsumoto

KT and Goto lock up twice. KT side headlocks him. They forearm each other. Goto lariats him. KT armdrags him. They lariat each other at the same time. Yano and Tat get in. Tat gets eye raked. Tat then forearms him down. Tat hits euros in the corner. Yano takes the turnbuckle pad off. Tat dropkicks Yano from behind then flying euros him for 2.

Yano goes into the exposed buckle and he takes a water wheel drop for 2. Goto running lariats KT. Yano then just pulls Tat down by the hair and pins him at 3:40.

Thoughts: 3 minutes and 40 seconds was the best they could give us here? Why even bother at this point? Tatsuya losing to a simple hair pull would have been hard to buy in 1950, yet alone 2026. This was just awful booking.

United Empire (Great-O-Khan, Jake Lee & Jakob Austin Young) vs. Unbound Co. (Gedo, Shingo Takagi & Yuto-Ice)

Ice's chest is purple from Yota Tsuji chopping him 200+ times the other night.

Unbound get to hit start and 4 of the 6 go outside to fight. Khan chairs Shingo outside. Young broski boots Gedo in the ring. Young then chokes him. Lee puts his glove on and boots Gedo. Lee then puts his finger in Gedo's mouth. Khan tries top in Gedo with a foot on the chest. Khan then boots Gedo while he's down.

Khan tells Gedo to hit him, then he side steps him. Shingo is tagged in. Shingo corner lariats Khan then hits jabs. Young eye rakes Shingo then gets sent into Lee. Shingo suplexes Khan for 2. Khan running back elbows Shingo then hits mongolian chops on him. Shingo double lariats the heels but gets nowhere. Shingo then hits a ddt + flatliner combo.

Ice gets in. He bots Lee in the corner. Ice running knees him. Jake knees Ice in the gut. Gedo chokes Young. Gedo sperkicks Young in the knee and tries a pin on him. Jake knees Gedo in the gut. Youngthen ddt's Gedo and pins him.

Thoughts: It had a lot of people coming in and out here as their leisure and it was all over the place for the most part. By the time someone got a few moves in, the next guy would tag in. Gedo was by far the weakest man on the totem pole here and took the loss because of it. Jake Lee was back to being an oddball after being normal for a few days.

Khan sits out on a chair on Shingo outside. Lee sends Ice into the post. Lee then handcuffs Ice to the turnbuckle connector. Lee then squirts Ice with a water gun.

TMDK (Hartley Jackson & Ryohei Oiwa) vs. Unbound Co. (Daiki Nagai & Yota Tsuji)

Oiwa wristlocks Yota and Yota forearms him in the gut. Yota flying headscissors him. Yota corner splashes Oiwa. Yota hiptosses him but Oiwa holds on and armlocks him. Oiwa stomps Yota's arm. Oiwa side headlocks him. Oiwa shoulders him over and side headlock takeovers him.

Yota gets double suplexed for 2. Hart misses a senton on Yota. Nagai comes in and hits forearms on Hart. Hart blocks his spinebuster attempt. Nagai spinning ddt's him and spinebusters him. Nagai crabs him. Nagai dropkicks Hart then Hart crossbodies him for 2. 

Yota backdrops Oiwa and Hart sentons Yota. Hart corner splashes Nagai and lariats him for 2. Hart then death valley drivers Nagai and pins him.

Thoughts: It was rushed with them trying to get in what they could before the end of their allotted 5 minutes. They did pack as much action as they could into this before it ended. This deserved better.

G1 Climax 2026 Block B Match - Drilla Moloney vs. OSKAR

DM spears him to start. DM dropkicks him between the ropes. DM top rope elbow drops him for 2. DM tries to jump on him off the apron but is caught and dropped on the rails. Os running facekicks him outside.

They go back in. DM is thrown hard into the corner and goes down. DM hits chops on Os and Os chops him down for 2. Os stomps DM. Os backdrops him for 2. Os camel clutches DM. DM dropkicks Os then powerbombs him. 

Os back body drops DM and elbow drops his back for 2. They chop each other. Os slams DM for 2. DM superkicks Os then golden ratio kicks him for 2. DM spears Os. Os rams DM in the corner twice. DM rolls him up for 2. Os sleepers him. DM misses a spear and goes into the buckles. Os running tombstones him. Os then grounded chokes him and DM is out. Os wins.

Thoughts: It started off hot and just lost more momentum as it went on. We just needed to see these guys trade bombs and big moves and instead they went to submisions. It wasn't that good.

Os helps DM up after. 

G1 Climax 2026 Block B Match - Zack Sabre Jr. vs. Ren Narita

Zack wristlocks Ren and Ren reverses it. Ren side headlock takeovers him and it put in the headscissors. Togo gets on the apron and Zack goes for him. Zack backrolls him into a bridge. Zack rolls up Ren for 2 twice. 

Zack hits euros and Togo trips Zack. Ren gets a 2 count on Zack. Zack facekicks Togo off the apron. Zack then triangles Ren over the top rope. Kanemaru comes out and pushes Zack. Zack rolling armbars Ren and Ren pins him off of it.

Thoughts: It was short and full of shenanigans. There was nothing good here but at least it didn't waste much time. 

G1 Climax 2026 Block B Match - Gabe Kidd vs. Callum Newman

Gabe and CN fight outside to start. Gabe is sent into the rails. CN headbutts Gabe outside. They trade forearms in the crowd. CN kicks him in the seats. CN tries a flying dropkick in the seats but Gabe moves and CN crashes into the seats.

Gabe pushes the ref away and throws a chair in CN's face. They get in the ring. Gabe uppercuts CN. CN dropkicks Gabe. CN slingshots out, gets forearmed and is brainbustered on the floor. CN gets in and Gabe lariats CN. Gabe sends him hard into the buckles. Gabe hits mounted shots on CN and eye pokes him. 

Gabe hits chops and headbutts on CN. CN forearms Gabe. CN spin kicks Gabe in the face then spinning lariats hm. CN superkicks him and cross legged suplexes him for 2. Gabe drops him with a forearm and sends him to the apron with a forearm. CN chest kicks him down. Gabe lariats CN down then rebound lariats him for 2. Gabe short piledrivers him for 2.

Gabe hits more forearms. Gabe slaps and lariats him. Gabe his a piledriver for 2. CN takes him down with a sleeper. CN no sells 2 germans and lariats him down. CN double stomps him then hits an underhook suplex for 2. Gabe hits more lariats and chops. CN forearms and high kicks him. Gabe knees him in the face. Gabe sunset flips him for 2 then knees him in the face. 

CN puts the ref in Gabe's way and low blows him. CN cradles him and pins him.

Thoughts: It was acceptable but there was a lot of starting and stopping here. They kept falling down to each other's strikes, then the action would slow down for 5-10 seconds, then it would happen again and again. It made it hard to get any flow going and it hurt the match. There were a lot of stiff shots here. 

G1 Climax 2026 Block B Match - Yuya Uemura vs. Aaron Wolf 

Wolf's takedown is blocked. They trade arm holds. Wolf kimura takedowns him. Wolf side headlocks him then shoulder throws him. Wolf STO's him then shoulder throws him again. Yuya ties his up arm and cranks back on the other arm. Yuya yanks on the arm and elbow drops his arm. 

Yuya wraps Wolf's arm around and the ropes and rolls him up for 2. Yuya armlocks him and Wolf ropebreaks. Yuya yanks on the arm then chops him in the corner. Wolf uranage's him. Wolf suplexes him then elbow drops him for 2. 

Yuya works the arm and pulls back on it. Yuya chops him in the corner then underhook suplexes him for 2. Yuya goes back to the kimura. Wolf hip throws him twice. Wolf does a head and arm choke then turns it into an anaconda vice. Yuya rope breaks. Yuya ddt's him.

They forearm each other. Wolf hits lariats. Wolf sitout AA's him for 2. Wolf reverse triangles him. Yuya rolls him up for 2. Wolf running corner lariats him. Yuya rebound germans him then dropkicks him. Yuya takes a big powerslam for 2. Yuya headbutts and enzugiri's him. Yuya hits his front suplex then top rope crossbodies him. Yuya pins him.

Thoughts: It was almost all arm work here. These two aren't real flashy so there weren't a ton of highlights. It wasn't really a suitable main event and was just acceptable only. Wolf continues to do fine in bigger matches though and that's impressive for his experience level.

Overall thoughts: It wasn't that good of a show. The undercard was a waste of time as usual. Oskar/Drilla disappointed. Zack/Ren wasn't good but at least it was short. Gabe/Newman had a lot of starting and stopping which hurt the flow. The main wasn't really fit for the spot and would have been better as a midcard match. I'd give this a 3 out of 10 as there wasn't anything that good here.

We are in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Wade Barrett and Joe Tessitore are on commentary. 

We see various wrestlers arrive.

Finn Balor comes out to talk. Finn says he can't help but think about Summerslam 2016 where he went from the highs of winning the title then the lows of having to relinquish the title. He says he's been scratching and clawing since. He says we are close to getting back where we were.

Sami Zayn interrupts. Sami says he has some things to get off his chest. He says Summerslam should be a triple threat with him vs Cody and Punk. He says he'd love to see Cody as the WWE champ again as he already beat him to become champ and could do it again.

He says he'd like to see CM Punk retain also. He says Punk is now Corporate Poster Boy #2. He says he'd like to take the title back from the man who stole it to begin with. Sami says he respects Finn. Finn says he should have respect and balls and say what he has to say to his face.

Sami comes down. Sami says everyone knows how great Finn is. He says Finn should have been a WWE champ 2-3 times by now. He says Finn needs to understand the moment belongs to Sami. Sami says Finn had his time and it's Sami time. Sami says the title is about justice for Sami. 

Finn says what about justice for Finn? Finn says he has spent the last 10 years trying to get back to this moment. Sami says if it took him 10 years and he didn't' come close, maybe he should take the hint. Finn says it took Sami 10 years to get a smell of the title. Finn says he had to relinquish the title but Sami just lost. 

Sami says if he was anyone else, he'd drop him right now. He says he won't though as he's a good guy. Sami says he will walk away and see him at Summerslam. Gunther then runs in and sends Finn into Sami. Gun lariats Finn and short arm lariats Sami. Gun says they are both a joke. Gun says he's the #1 contender. 

Adam Pearce comes out with security and asks him what he's doing. Gun asks him what he has to do to get what's his. He asks if he needs to beat up Adam too. Finn then runs at Gun and forearms him from behind. Sami then hits Gun and Finn hits Sami. Finn is sent into the rails. Nick Aldis then comes out and punches Gun. Gun's head is banged off the rails. Gun takes a texas cloverleaf from Nick and security breaks it up. Gun facekicks Nick down and Nick is pulled away.

Thoughts: The Sami and Finn argument made both look weak here but them tying Gunther and Aldis in wasn't bad.

Tiffany Stratton and Chelsea Green vs Michin and B-Fab

Fab forearms and knees Tiff in the gut. Fab spin kicks her in the corner. Tiff dropkicks her from behind. Tiff trips both opponents into the 2nd rope then Tiff and Green hit hip attacks and meteora's on them. Green low sliding flatliners both opponents.

We go to break and return. Fab slaps Green. Green hits shots to the gut and jawbreakers her. Green step up enzugiri's her. Tiff comes in and hits lariats on Mich. Tiff spinning back elbows her. Tiff cartwheel alabama slams Mich. Tiff top rope swantons her for 2. 

Tiff codebreakers Fab off the steps outside. Jade then sends Tiff into the post. Green is up top and headbutts Mich down. Green top rope dropkicks Mich. Mich superkicks Green and Green takes a double team drop on her chest/face and is pinned.

Thoughts: It was short and not too much of note. Tiff and Green were too smiley here as faces for me. The heels didn't really impress here.

Charlotte Flair comes out in some goofy looking jacket with shoulderpads. Green and Tiff pull out Mich and Fab and fight them outside. Flair comes in and trades shots with Jade. Flair facekicks her. 

Dominik Mysterio and JD McDonaugh talk to Fraxiom and Rey Fenix. JD says they are looking for Danhausen. Rey says they haven't seen him. Dom says Rey has been hiding in Mexico. Rey says she's ready to fight. Dom says Rey's AAA Cruiserweight Title will look good on JD. Rey challenges JD to a match and JD says he will talk to Pearce to make it official.

Tama Tonga and Talla Tonga do a promo. Tama says they forgot who they are and why they are here. Talla says they were too busy fighting Solo's battles. Talla says they will put their family first. Haku walks in with a stick and says not to forget who they are. Haku says they are The Sons of Haku. He says to go and make them fear once again.

WWE Tag Titles vs AAA Tag Titles - Damian Priest and R-Truth vs The War Raiders (Ivar and Erik)

DP hits punches on Erik and Erik clubs him. DP pounds on him in the corner. Erik takes a russian legsweep + flying forearm combo. Truth corner splashes Erik and Erik knocks Truth out of the ring from behind. Erik running knees Truth in the face. DP tries to jump on his opponents but is caught and rammed into the rails. Ivar crossbodies Truth and DP against the rails.

We go to PiP break and return. DP hurricanrana's Ivar off the top. DP ear claps Erik and drops him with a forearm. DP is popped up into a powerslam for 2. The Raiders pound on Truth in the corner and push the ref away. DP clubs The Raiders and pushes the ref down. The ref then throws the match out.

Thoughts: I'm glad it ended the way it did as I didn't want to see the AAA Tag Titles get merged or be stuck on the main roster. We only got so much of this before it ended and we didn't get a clean finish here. 

The fight continues outside after. Erik is sent into the podium and knocks it over. Erik is sent over the rail and Ivar hits Truth with the podium. The four fight in the crowd. Truth jumps off a rail onto everyone. DP lariats The Raiders over the rail and into ringside. Talla and Tama Tonga then attack both teams. Truth is thrown into the post and Talla pounds on DP. Tama hidden blades Erik in the ring. Talla chokeslams DP. Haku then comes out and poses with Talla and Tama.

 We see clips from a house show last night with Cody hitting a back elbow on Punk. 

CM Punk is interviewed by Cathy Kelly. Punk says him and Cody don't have to be friends and says they were running from the match for a while. Punk says he will still be champ at the end of Summerslam. 

Trick Williams interrupts. He says sooner or later he's coming for the champ. Punk says Trick's a little greedy and he's upset he lost the match. He says he needs new challenges. He says he will whoop that trick when he gets to the top of the mountain.

Nick Aldis does a video. He says it's been an honor be the SD GM, but his first dream was to be a wrestler. He says he won and defended titles against hall of famers, icons and legends. He says he was committed to being the best GM he could be and left the wrestler part behind. He says that was fine until Gunther pushed him too far. He says his choice was to face him like a man.

Trick Williams comes out to talk. He says Baron Corbin came back to SD to hate on him. He says Baron makes him sick and tells him to come out. 

Baron Corbin comes out with a different theme than he had in NXT. Baron says Trick loves hearing the sound of his own voice. Baron says he learned lessons while he was away about patience. He says WWE strapped the rocket to his back Trick came and he doesn't know about patient. He says Trick wants everything and that will be his downfall. Baron says it will feel like he's in quicksand at Summerslam. He says when the panic sets in, he will cut off the oxygen to his brain.

Trick says they both know he won't do nothin'. Trick asks what this is about. Trick says the only thing he is collecting is a lemon pepper stepper up his @ss. Baron asks if he wants to fight right now but says it won't happen. Baron says he's a dumb rookie that doesn't understand and he doesn't care what he wants. Baron says that's a lesson of patience right there. Baron says he's taking the title on Sunday and there's nothing Trick can do about it. Trick says no title will be taken and it'll be 35,000 chanting "Whoop That Trick".

We get a video on Brock vs Oba at HIAC.

AAA Cruiserweight Title - Rey Fenix (c) vs JD McDonaugh

JD takes him down and Rey bridges. Rey monkey flips him and chops him. Rey does rope tricks and corkscrew diving armdrags JD. Rey sunset flips him. JD misses a standing moonsault and slides out to avoid a kick. 

JD foot chokes Rey. Rey springboard dropkicks him off the apron. Rey misses a slingshot plancha and JD asai moonsaults him ouside. We go to PiP break and return. 

Rey fights out of a hold and JD forearms him. Rey superkicks him out of the corner then springboard crossbodies him. Rey hits a high angle death valley driver for 2. Rey clubs on JD and spin kicks him in the face. Rey handspring cutters him. JD standing spanish flies him for 2. 

Rey tiger feints and superkicks JD. Rey goes up top and Dom Mysterio gets on the apron. JD crotches Rey up top. The ref ejects Dom. Dom goes to leave then Danhausen comes out. Dan goes to curse him and is forearmed down. The Minihausen's then jump Dom. Dom runs to the back. Rey rope walk kicks JD. Rey flying double knees him in the corner. Rey hits a mexican muscle buster and pins him.

Thoughts: Rey mostly did kicks here and some of those could have been better. I don't think it to got be as good as it could have due to the break and the stuff with Danhausen. It was acceptable though.

We get a Roman vs Seth video.

Ladder Match Qualifier - Giulia vs Lash Legend

G = Giulia

G hits kicks to the lead. G does a flying octopus and Lash bangs her head off the ropes. Lash then air raid crashes her off of it. G does a rings of saturn on the mat. G running knees her for 2. G guillotines her in the air. Lash breaks it and hits the lash extension to pin her.

Thoughts: Lash won quick here in a big surprise. It was competitive just not very long. This doesn't bode well for Giulia as Lash isn't high on the totem pole.

Cody Rhodes comes out. CM Punk interrupts Cody's entrance as he poses and heads to the ring. Punk says it doesn't feel great and is like Cody putting an elbow in his face. Cody says he knows Punk and sees through him sometimes. He says Punk had to know that they were already on this path towards each other. He complains about the title shot falling in Punk's lap.

Punk says he knew he would ruffle some feathers. He says he got asked to show up for Chicago for a title shot and he will take it. He says he hopes it p!sses people off. Punk says it's about the title. He says he's not his friend and won't be his friend tomorrow. He says he needs to know who the best wrestler is between them for business purposes.

Cody then grabs the mic and does his, "What do you want to talk about?". Cody says Punk's "business purposes" line is double talk. He says Punk's title isn't business, it's personal. Cody says the title means you are the best in the world and call the shots. Cody says Punk was the one who said it's not about friends but money. Punk says he didn't come to make friends or lose them. He says if it comes down to losing friends or the title, tomorrow won't be Cody's night. 

Cody says Punk made it clear what he wants to do tomorrow night at Summerslam. He says he should ask him what he wants to do about it tonight. Punk takes his jacket off and does a fighting pose. Cody throws his jacket into the crowd and they stare down. Cody throws the first punch and they hockey fight. Cody running lariats him. Cody lariats Punk over the top and bangs his head off the commentary table.  Officials come to break the fight up and they fight on top of the commentary table. They then fight against the rails and trade punches as the show ends. 

Overall thoughts: A whole lot of people weren't wrestling on this one, likely because Summerslam is tomorrow. I liked the beginning of the show and was okay with the end of it, but the rest of it didn't do much for me. The women's tag didn't impress. The tag title match went to a no contest but Haku returned. Rey vs JD was acceptable. Lash Legend squashed Giulia and here was no big main to close the show. I'd give this a 5 out of 10 as it was average overall.

Max Castellanos walks in. He says he has unlimited connections and anything he wants is available to him due to being rich. He says he reserved a VIP seat for himself for the ROW Title match. He tells those wrestlers to entertain him and says there's always trouble waiting for you around the corner.

Joe Alonzo arrives and security stops him. Joe is told Booker T said he's not welcome here due to the language he used. Joe complains and brings up Booker T using some questionable words in the past. The guard tells him he's welcome back in 3 weeks though when he faces Ryan Davidson. Joe says to let Booker know that he can dig that, sucka.

ROW Texas Title - Jay Alexander (c) vs Braddah Kaimi

They lock up and Jay throws him down. Jay waistlock takedowns him. BK back elbows him and wristlocks him. Jay shoulders him over then belly to belly overhead suplexes him. We see Max Castellanos and Josiah Jean watching this.

Jay gets a 2 count on BK. Jay misses a corner charge and goes into the post. BK 2nd rope blind diving ddt's him. BK flying corner lariats him then elbow drops him for 2. 

BK dropkicks him. Jay hits punches and BK back elbows him for 2. Jay shoulders him over. Jay knocks him down with strikes. Jay boots him out of the corner. BK enzugiri's him on the buckles then yanks him into a samoan drop for 2. Jay spinebusters him. Jay does a twisting drop on him from his shoulder and pins him.

Thoughts: It wasn't much of note. Jay won as expected and neither guy really stood out all that much. Jay needed to throw BK around more here.

Danny Limelight is interviewed. Danny says the interviewer isn't funny and says she welcomed Niko Vance in like everyone use. He says Niko ended his title reign and it's not funny. Danny says he's facing a giant, The Knicks are winning the basketball championship top and he's retaining his ROW Title tonight. He says Niko is all brawn and no brains. He says he will show him the brains he has when he outwrestles him, outsmarts him and outcheats him.

Will Allday is interviewed. He says it's not "what's next for him?" but "what's left for him to do?". Cam Cole comes out. Cam says he's been thinking of Will's titles and best days and the times Will beat him. Cam says he's been grand slam champion but Will has not. He says Will has never been a tag team champ. Cam says they should make history and ride the lightning to the tag team championship. Will agrees and they raise each other's arms. 

Better Together (Ori Gold and Hadar Horovitz) vs The Dirty White Boys (Jonny Lyons and TY Shane)

Ori has the longer hair here.

The Boys throw their jackets at Better Together and they all shove each other. JL and HH start off fast and shove each other. JL goes down. JL takes a double chop. He knees Ori in the gut. TY 2nd rope punches Ori then headbutts him. HH PK's TY then TY takes a double basement dropkick. 

HH forearms JL. HH takes a backdrop and is double stomped on. JL chops down HH and leg chokes him on the ropes. TY bites HH  there then bites him in the middle of the ring. TY chinlocks HH. HH hits punches on TY.

Ori gets in and cleans house on The Boys. Ori running lariats JL and elbow drops him. HH chops TY. HH double dropkicks The Boys. HH fights off a 2v1. Ori superkicks TY. HH enzugiri's JL. HH spinning heel kicks TY. HH almost kicks the ref and JL kicks HH low. JL cradles HH and pins him.

Thoughts: It was acceptable. The Boys won via cheating and Better Together got some offense in before going down. It was a little rushed at the end.

ROW World Title - Niko Vance (c) vs Danny Limelight

DL hits him from behind during intros then sends him shoulder first into the post. DL then boots him into the post. DL bangs Niko's arm over the top rope. DL arm throws Niko for 2. 

DL hits forearms on Niko. DL spin kicks him in the gut. DL la mistica's him. DL tornado ddt's him off a slam attempt. DL kicks Niko in the arm then stomps his arm. DL top rope frogsplashes him for 2. Niko headbutts him. 

DL totally misses a boot out of the corner. DL's crossbody is caught. Niko drops him throat first on the top rope and germans him. Niko hits lariats on DL then corner facekicks him. Niko release suplexes him for 2. 

DL is side slammed on the top rope. Niko euros him down. Niko goes up top and slips. Niko then walks and falling headbutts DL. Max pulls the ref out on the pin attempt. Niko hits Max Castellanos outside and sends him into the post. Niko is then DQ'd and Danny wins by DQ.

Thoughts: I didn't get the result here. The ref was pulled out when Niko had the pin, not Danny. Danny should have been DQ'd. Danny worked the arm a bit here. Niko made his comeback but it wasn't anything too great then we had a lame finish to end it. This wasn't that good.

Danny topes Niko after. Niko gets in the ring and hidden blade's him. Max then pounds on Niko in the ring. Max hits Niko with the ROW World Title then hits Danny with it too. Max then poses in the ring with the title.

Overall thoughts: The opener wasn't much of note. Better Together vs DWB was acceptable. The main's result didn't make much sense and the bout was that good. I'd give this a 4 out of 10 as it was below average overall.

Sai lariats Kam down and Amazona breaks up the pin attempt. Kam is tripped into the ropes and Sai chokes her on the ropes. Sai meteora's her from behind on the ropes. Kam upkicks Sai.

We go to break.

Joe Bravo does a promo. He says he's facing a young wrestler who has the drive and motivation to win in El Hostil Jovan. He says Jovan has everything to become a star but he will hit a wall on 8/2. He says he hopes he's doing the proper preparation to be in the bet condition of his life. He says this is a trial by fire for him. We saw this already.

El Hostil Jovan does a promo. He says he has an important commitment on 8/2 when he faces Joe Bravo for the first time. He says Joe will face a 2nd generation wrestler with a lot of hunger. He says he'll see him on 8/2. and says he will show anyone else that he will continue to be the best. We saw this already.

Orlando Toledo and El Informante do a promo. Info has a sign that says "Linx = Pillo". Toledo says Wilfredo Rivera got his way but they have the plan figured out. Toledo says Info will get the TV Title but says that's all he will say.

Wilfredo Rivera does a promo. He says since he won the TV Title, he wants to make it one of the most important titles in the company. He says he will face Informante. He says Info knows what it is like to face him. Will tells the fans to come and see the show. He says Info knows what he's capable of. He says he's a problem for him and anyone else who thinks they can take the title. He says he's ready for anything and is ready to come out as TV champ.

We return from break. Amazona gets tagged in. She hits shots on Sai and Ama flying shoulders her. Ama pump kicks her then superkicks her. Ama goes for the pin but Steph slow counts her. Ama and Steph argue. Sai codebreakers Ama. Elena top rope diving headscissors Ama and Steph slow counts 2. Elena yells at Steph then is dropkicked from behind. Kam 619's Elena and kind of knocks Steph over in the process. Kam goes up top Steph then Sai bacrackers Kam. Sai goes for the pin and Steph never even gets to counting. Sai topes Kam and Ama outside.

Ama is rolled back in and Elena misses a top rope swanton on her. Ama spears Elena. Steph slow counts real slow and Ama grabs her. Sai comes in and sunset flips Ama. Steph then makes a normal count and Sai pins Ama.

Thoughts: We see the dirty ref gimmick almost every month here but the twist this time was that the ref was slow counting everyone. Steph then had enough at the end and just counted normally for Sai. Elena tries to fly but she's really not that great at it. This was mostly all shenanigans here and it brought down the otherwise average bout.

Sai Perez does a promo. She says she has seen Kamila's career and said she debuted a year ago. She says she was her climb to the WWC Women's Title. She she can work out a lot and upload her photos to instagram but she failed to carry the burden she had to bear with the WWC Women's Title. Sai says that's why she's here. She says she will did what she did to Stephanie Amalbert to her.

Kamila does a promo. She calls Sai daddy's girl. She says she doesn't care about all the legacies and surnames. She says there will be no legacy to fight for her. She says she will find out who Kamila is.

Lou Forza does a promo. He says the WWC returns to Augadilla on 8/2. He says no matter how many times Oscar Benabe puts his hand on the wound, it doesn't go away. He says what's not perfect is that he has to face Oscar Benabe. He says Oscar will be defeated on 8/2 and it won't be a sad day for him. We saw this already.

Oscar Benabe does a promo. He says he's not interested in Tony Leyenda or Amaddeo Sole getting involved. He says he will hit him so hard that he will grow hair on his head. He tells him to get ready.

The mayor of Aguadilla talks about the upcoming WWC show there. 

Zcion RT1 vs Lightning

We join this in progress. RT1 has a mask on. Orlando Toledo trips RT1. RT1 goes after him then gets hit by Lightning from behind. Light chops and punches RT1. Toledo then hits shots on RT1. RT1's head is banged off the post and off a bench. Light pounds on him.

Light pulls RT1's mask off and pounds him. Light lariats him down. Light pounds on him more. Light slams and elbow drops him for 2. Light chinlocks him. 

We go to break. 

La Guerrera Amazona does a promo. She says there's a lot of talk in the company. She say she's the champ and it creates a lot of envy. She says she will see Elena Negroni and Brandon The Skater at hte next show. She says their mistake was assuming she was alone. We then see El Payaso Makabro laughing.

Amaddeo Sole does a promo. He says it's time to confront people form the wrong era's. He says Mike has a dialect with some absurd phrases. Sole says he took the TV and Tag Titles from him so he knows Mike must have nightmares about him. He says he will finish kicking his @ss on 8/2. We saw this already.

Mike Nice does a promo. He says he was one of the first people Sole fought when he came here. He says his angels will feel his presence and power, hallelujah. We return from break. Light headbutt drops RT1 in the gut. They trade punches and RT1 goes down. Light chinlocks him. RT1 fights out and hits punches. Light spears him for 2. Light clubs and punches him. RT1 punches back and back body drops him. RT1 hits lariats. RT1 boots him in the head and neckbreakers him for 2.

Light chokeslams him for 2. RT1 goes up and over and cutters him. Lou Forza and Amaddeo Sole then run in and attack RT1 for the DQ.

Thoughts: Lightning works a lot like Luke Gallows. It's all punches, lariats and chinlocks. And in longer matches, it's not always the most exciting. Light was on offense for most of this and RT1 didn't get a lot but punches in either. We then had a DQ finish and this just wasn't that good.

"El Hostil" Jovan and Oscar Benabe then run in and save RT1. The heels then pull Light away as him and RT1 keep fighting.

Tony Leyenda does a promo. He says he's fed up with wrestling in PR. He says we all talk about about foreigners talking trash. He says his era of talking trash about PR is over. He says he doesn't need to do it as he planted his flag here. He says it's the same stuff and doesn't impress him. He says he's better because he shows it everyday. He says no one does anything like him as he's the best. He tells Xavant his shoes are too hard to fill. He says he will give Xavant a hard time and says will keep his head held high because even when he loses, he still wins. We saw this already.

Xavant does a promo. He thanks everyone for the support. He says the last show in Aguadilla was historic and it was a day to remember. He says he has to shut up foreigners in Agaudilla due to the trash talking. He says that becomes his problem. He says he's the captain of the last territory and he defends PR. He says PR is a culture ready for action and says Tony Leyenda has to pay. He says he will give him the camel clutch and he will fight with his heart until he triumphs, as that is what heroes do. We saw this already.

The mayor of Aguadilla talks about the upcoming WWC show there. 

Abel Durant then closes the show. He thanks us for watching and says we will see each other next week. 

Overall thoughts: There were only 2 matches here. Neither were really that great or even acceptable to be honest. We had lots of promos as well but we had seen most of them already. When you put it all together, there was just not a lot of good stuff on this one. I wouldn't recommend this at all and would give it a 4 out of 10. It was below average.

Mark Roberts, Joe Dombrowski and Veda Scott are on commentary. 

Mac Davis interviews Big Al, who is in charge tonight. She says she's running the show tonight and says ti will be a show that no one wants to miss. She says we will see why she has balls the size of a grapefruit.

"Big Al" Alice Crowley comes out. She says Vince Russo is out tonight and she's the showrunner. She says they will have a PPV caliber event. She says Choppa City with face The Brothers of Funstruction. She says it'll be Freya the Slaya vs J-Rod vs Haley J. She says she will face Dani Mo for the Women's Title. She says even if Caleb has the "John Tunney" rule, he can still wrestle and will face Kerry Morton.

Krule and Caleb Konley come out. Cal says he only has to wrestle when he wants. He calls Vince Russo but there's no answer. Cal tells her that she will change the match or things will go south. Krule grabs Al by the throat. Violent J comes out and tells Krule to get his hands off her. J says they are lucky Tony and Mack aren't here or they would handle this JWO style. 

Violent J says he loves the card Al put together. He says Kerry Morton will get the first title shot if he beats Cal tonight. He says if Krule interferes, Cal will be DQ'd and Kerry will still get the next shot. J says to play his music and Cal tells him to play his b!tch ass around. Cal says this is his show. Cal dares him to hit him. J tries to hit him but nails Krule when Cal ducks. Krule grabs J by the throat then CoKane comes out. Kane facekicks Cal down then pulls Krule out.  

The hosts hype up the show.

The Outbreak talk. Barnabas says Dani Mo will experience a symphony of destruction.

Haley J vs. Freya The Slaya vs. J-Rod

Haley hits both opponents and they no sell her shots. Freya and Rod nearly hit each other. Haley takes a double shoulderblock. Haley superkicks Rod then Freya facekicks Haley. Freya foot chokes Haley in the corner. 

Rod hair snapmares Haley. Rod slams Haley. Freya tries to slam Rod onto Haley but Haley moves. Haley is whipped into a facekick from Rod. Rod hits mounted punches on her. Freya pounds on Haley. Haley is pushed around by both opponents then they chop her. Haley eats a double headbutt. 

Haley takes a double suplex. Rod and Freya go for a double pin and push each other. Rod hits a hard corner spear on Haley. Freya misses a corner cannonball. Haley pulls Rod over the top. Haley top rope crossbodies Freya for 2. Freya facekicks Rod off the apron by accident and Haley rolls up Freya for 2. 

Haley rolls up Freya off a chokeslam attempt and pins her.

Thoughts: It was a 2v1 on Haley for most of this until Haley got the upset pin. It made sense and was acceptable but not much more.

Rod nails Freya from behind after. Haley runs with her dog (who is painted pink).

The Orange Phantom does a video. He says The Green and Purple Phantom's have written him and have had a hard time pretending to be as good as him. He says there's a rhyme and reason for everything and says JCW needs a hero like him. He says there is rhyme as nothing rhymes with orange. Some guy comes in to correct him and he hits him. Another guy then tries to correct him and gets hit. The Phantom then says nothing rhymes with Orange. 

Mac Davis interviews The Brothers of Funstruction. They say it's not over with The Luciano Family and never will be. They say they have to keep eyes in the back of their heads at all times. They say they are taking Choppa City's titles tonight after they messed with them in the cage match.

JCW World Tag Team Title Match - Choppa City (Atiba & Bruce Wayans) (c) vs. The Brothers Of Funstruction (Ruffo The Clown & Yabo The Clown)

Ruffo's got the pink on here.

Choppa City get water squirted at them. Bruce gets hit with a tie. Yabo dropkicks Bruce. The clowns hit elbow drops on Bruce then Yabo rubs popcorn in his face. Bruce backhands Ruffo and chops him. They trade shots and Ruffo atomic drops him. Bruce chops Ruffo down.

Ruffo takes a double team double chop then a double elbow drop for 2. Choppa City chop up Ruffo. Ruffo hits a double lariat. Bruce spinebusters Yabo and Yabo takes a splash and elbow drops from the buckles. Yabo evades some moves and Ruffo tags in. Ruffo hits Atiba and Bruce with a rubber chicken. Ruffo russian legsweeps Atiba. 

Bruce misses a chop outside and chops the post. Yabo pounds on Bruce outside. Sally Boy appears in the crowd and throws a drink at Bruco. Big Vito comes in the ring and hits Ruffo. Vito impaler ddt's Ruffo. Atiba pins Ruffo.

Thoughts: It wasn't that bad. Choppa City won by interference here. I don't like The Clowns being able to use rubber chickens and ties to hit their opponents. Vito and Sally getting involved in the finish made sense here. This was almost all strikes.

Mac Davis interviews Kerry Morton. He says his accolades speak for himself and what he has done has been history breaking. He says he has done a lot but hasn't gotten his hands on Vince Russo. Kerry says he gets a JCW Title shot if he beats Caleb Konley tonight. He says it's a great thing that Krule won't be at ringside. He says Russo needs to understand that when you see him, you see money. He says this isn't a joke, it's about him beating Caleb's @ss and proving that he deserves to be JCW champ. He says there's nothing Russo can do about it.

Sally Boy is interviewed in the bathroom. He says he's the master of disguise. He says he got Violent J and The Brothers of Funstruction. He says he thinks it's his time to take over the family. Mac says Vito feels different. Sally says Vito is ready to be put of the pasture. Ruffo and Yabo then appear in the bathroom. They hit ally in the face with a balloon and taunt him.

JCW Women's Title Match - Dani Mo (c) vs. "Big Al" Alice Crowley

Dani boots her in the gut. Dani throws her out and dropkicks her through the ropes. Dani forearms and high kicks Al in the corner. Dani PK's her for 2. Al boots Dani out of the corner and lariats her. Al back elbows her and pump kicks her. Al backdrops her for 2. 

Al forearms her then Dani michinoku drivers her for 2. The Outbreak come out. Barnabas asks Dani what's wrong and says she now has all the attention in the world from her dad. He tells her to be careful what she wished for. HoKane then chokes Dani and the match is ruled a no contest.

Thoughts: It was a shorter one and it was nothing too special with a DQ finish.

HoKane pounds on Dani. Al grabs HoKane and pounds on her. Dani tells Jacksyn and Abel not to listen to Barnabas. She tells them to go. The Outbreak then leave with Barnabas.

Mac Davis interviews Violent J. J says tonight's Morton vs Caleb match is big news. He says he will appoint a special ref in 2 Tuff Tony. He says we need a special enforcer and it's Willie Mack. He says he spiced things up and added lunacy to Lunacy.

Father Bronson does a video. He says we know now not to poke the big red bear. He says he's 3 steps ahead of himself and 10 steps ahead of Josh Bishop. He says Josh will need all the help he can get. He says he should get help from his rap friend Westside Gunn. He says to get help from Billy, Bart and Tommy Gunn too as he will need every gun in his arsenal to compete with Red Love.

Big Vito talks to Sally Boy. He says he got his @ss kicked again. He says he saw the video he did and says he can't manage parking tickets, yet alone be the boss. He says Sally's a mistake and wasn't wanted. He says he doesn't exist without him. He says he will never be the boss. He says he's dressed for a funeral like when Sally's dad dropped dead. He says not to wind up like him as he could be next. He says his dad wanted to be the boss too and we see where he is.

Krule vs. CoKane

They stare down. Krule blocks a shot and they each hit punches. Kane facekicks him. Krule throws him in the corner then Kane throws him in the corner. Krule lariats Kane down. Kane chops him. Kane goes up top and springboard diving headscissors him. Kane facekicks Krule off the apron. Kane topes him outside. 

Kane tries a tornillo but is caught and rammed into the post. Kane's head is banged off the rail. Kane's head is banged off the post and rails. Kane chops him in the ring. Kane's handspring is caught and he is backdropped. 

They fight up top and Kane hits headbutts. Kane 2nd rope superplexes him. They sit up together on the 10 count. They grab each other by the throat. Krule running facekicks the ref on accident. Kane blue thunders Krule. Kane top rope swantons him. Krule chokeslam backbreakers him. 

Krule facekicks Kane. Josh Bishop comes out. He facekicks Krule. Kane pours cocaine on himself and chokeslams Krule. Kane then pins Krule.

Thoughts: I didn't really like CoKane chokeslamming Krule and overpowering him. I know it's part of the gimmick but it's hard to buy against Krule. We had interference here, which we have in most matches. It was somewhat acceptable but there was room for improvement here.

Blast from the Past

This week's match is Steve Corino vs Shockwave The Robot. Steve ended up winning this with a lariat.

The Outbreak talk. Barnabas says he's the one that issues the orders and complains about them letting Dani Mo persuade them. He says he will make sure the drugs never enter them again. He says his The Outbreaker's father and creator and says only HoKane understands. He says they need to fall in line.

Special Referee:2 Tuff Tony, Special Enforcer: Willie Mack -Caleb Konley vs. Kerry Morton

Krule is banned from ringside for this and Kerry gets a title shot if he wins. Tony is wearing a goofy ref outfit and headband.

They lock up and Cal hammerlocks him. KM snapamres him and chinlocks him. KM shoulders him over a few times. Cal hiptosses him and KM boots him away. They double clothesline each other. KM back body drops him.

Cal slides out then KM slingshot plancha's him. Cal's back is rammed into the apron edge. Kerry chops him. Cal's head is banged off the apron. Kerry sits up top and is hit. KM bites him up top. KM 2nd rope crossbodies him but Cal rolls through for a 2 count. Cal knees him in the gut and foot chokes him. 

Cal pushes 2 Tuff Tony. Cal stomps KM in the corner. KM slingshot suplexes him for 2. KM hits mounted corner punches on Cal. Cal atomic drops and flatliners him. Tony slow counts Cal for 2. Cal chops him in the corner. Kerry goes upside down into the buckles and goes down. 

Kerry hits punches on Cal then dropkicks him. Kerry flying forearms him. Kerry almost runs into Tony. Caleb tries to backhand Kerry but nails Tony on accident (or maybe on purpose). Kerry top rope superplexes Cal. Matt Cross and Shane Mercer come down. They beat up Willie Mack. Shane release suplexes Mack. Kerry hits Cross and Shane. 

Cross comes off the top and crossbodies Shane on accident. Kerry pumping knees Cross then Cal. Kerry wakes Tony up and pins Cal.

Thoughts: It got a lot of time and had yet another run-in during this. It could have been a bit more exciting. It was another average to acceptable match and nothing too great. Kerry won as expected here as the deck was totally stacked in his favor.

We see Dani Mo talk to The Outbreak in the back to close the show.

Overall thoughts: The wrestling was average to acceptable as usual but nothing was that great here. However, everything being at least tolerable was a bit of an upgrade. There were run-in's in almost every match which did get old. Storyline wise, we have Sally Boy trying to take over The Family and we have Dani Mo and Barnabas continuing their feud. We had a few people not on this one like Russo, The Backseat Boyz, Mr. Happy and Jasmine St. Claire. The show was acceptable overall, just nothing in particular really stood out. I'd give it a 5 out of 10 overall.
