Cody hits 3 cross rhodes on Orton. The ref goes to count  for Orton but Cody stops him. Cody then punts Orton in the head. Orton can't meet the 10 count and Cody wins.

Thoughts: Orton, like Edge/Adam Copeland, has slower matches. Even if the logic or story is there, it's so slow that it hurts some of the excitement. This was a pretty safe last man standing match. There was no blood until after it ended as Orton bled from the punt. They finally had Cody punt Orton here to show that Cody could pull the trigger on Orton. I thought it was just average to acceptable. It was mostly them hitting their signature moves and doing some weapons shots. I didn't think they put any great effort into this and it went similar to how I thought it would.

Thoughts: It was an okay match here. It got a lot of time and they put out a good effort. The faces winning was a bit of a surprise, but the titles are meaningless and holding them wasn't really helping the heels. This was one of the better tag matches we've had in WWE as of late and I liked how it turned out.

Oba celebrates on the stage with Penta and Evans after.

Thoughts: Green won in an upset. The idea was there for this but the crowd wasn't. It just needed a bit more as well as it wasn't exciting between the various spots. I thought it was average and just could not get into this.

Green shakes hands with fans and the Saudi commentators after but everyone seems confused. Triple H then raises Green's hand in the ring and gives her the Crown Jewel Title and ring.

Green talks on the mic and says "we did it". Green says she's left blood, sweat and tears in the ring for 13 years. She says she was told she was a stepping stone for everyone else. WWE Women's Title - Chelsea Green (c) vs Tiffany Stratton

Thoughts: This wasn't supposed to be funny but it kind of was. It made sense. Tiff didn't work as a face and I'm glad she turned heel again.

Tiff grabs the Crown Jewel Title and ring as she celebrates.

WWE Crown Jewel 2026 Title Match - Sami Zayn vs. Roman Reigns

RR uppercuts Sami then superman punches him. Sami exploders him into the buckles. RR superman punches him. Sami hits his own superman punch. Sami mocks Roman's taunt and gets speared. Roman spears him and pins him.

Thoughts: Roman won as expected. It was the usual Roman match with a very slow pace, ref bumps, spears and superman punches. I have no idea why they didn't have Bloodline or anyone else try to interfere as it would have added drama and maybe furthered a program. I thought it was average.

Sami stops Triple H from giving Roman the title after. Sami offers a handshake and gets mad when Roman won't. Sami says Roman owes him respect and tells Roman to shake his hand. Roman slaps his hand on the wrong side and hugs him. They then shake hands and Sami raises Roman's arm. Roman raises Sami's arm. Triple H then gives Roman the title and ring after.

Roman talks on the mic after and tells the crowd to acknowledge him.

Overall thoughts: Orton/Cody was the same match they have been having and it was average to acceptable. The tag match was the best match on the show and was okay. Green/Liv was average and Tiff's turn after was more noteworthy. The main was the usual slow Roman match where Roman won as expected. That was average.

The crowd was either not that loud or not mic'd up that well the whole show. The show had a slow pace and just felt like it dragged on for days...and that's with me being able to skip the commercials. A million wrestlers were totally missing from the show as usual with WWE PLE's as they were too busy sitting around doing nothing at home. I found this one really hard to get into. I'd give it a 4 out of 10. Only one match impressed here and we only actually had 4 true matches anyway. It was a lazy effort and it was below average.
