TNA Impact 11/5/2026

Last week's show is here: https://prowresblog.blogspot.com/2026/10/tna-impact-10292026.html

We are in Dolthan, AL. Matthew Rehwoldt & Tom Hannifan are on commentary.

Moose comes out to talk. He says he talked to Matt Hardy and Matt told Moose he wasn't himself lately. He told him he needed to go back to the Moose he should be. Moose says if you get lucky enough to put him down, you better pray he doesn't get up as payback is a b!tch and he'll get you worse than you got him. He says he was the first guy Syx laid out and Syx called TNA a disease. He says it must mean he's a disease. He then calls out Syx.

Syx comes out. Syx goes after Moosae and double teams him. Matt Hardy comes out with a steel pipe and Syx just leaves.

Leon Slater and Amazing Red do a promo. Red thanks everyone for making him a TNA hall of famer. He says what better way to thank the fans than bring the total non-stop action. Leon thanks Red for laying the blueprint and says it's an honor to team with him tonight. Leon tells Ryan Nemeth to get ready to keep up tonight.

Trey Miguel walks in. Trey said Leon said he wanted him in front of him when he said something. Trey says he assumes Leon listened to him last week and understands now. Leon says he looks forward to seeing him at Destination X. Trey wishes Red and Leon luck tonight.

Daria Rae and Brian Johnson talk in the back. Indi Hartwell comes in. Indi asks if Daria remembers the time she slapped her. Daria asks if she remembers Zoey and Shayna dropping her. Indi says Daria can't handle her on her own. Indi says she wishes Daria would face her but she's weak and miserable and won't. Brian then stops Daria and says she will be suspended again if there's any physicality.

James boots and punches Avery. Avery dropkicks him. Kax flipping neckbreakers James for 2. Kaz armdrags and hiptosses Lev. Avery flying forearms Lev for 2. Lev running STO's Avery. James boots Avery in the corner.

Avery is stomped in tree of woe and takes a baseball slide for 2. Avery takes a backbreaker and a double axe handle off the top. James chinlocks Avery. James hits corner spears on Avery.

Kaz comes in and knocks down his opponents. Kaz lariats James and flying forearms him. Kaz legdrops James over the 2nd rope. Kaz slams Avery and springboard legdrops him for 2. Lev takes high/low. Avery spiral taps Lev and pins him.

Thoughts: Kaz's team won. It took longer than it needed to and it wasn't as effective because of it. It wasn't anything too special.

Avery limps after. Ali tells Kaz not to raise Avery's hand and says Kaz isn't an idiot. Ali comes in the ring and Kaz drops him with a punch. Kaz then raises Avery's hand.

Alisha Edwards yells at Cedric Alexander and Brian Myers in the back. Alisha says Bear and Eddie will murder each other while they do nothing. Brian says they decided to stay back here. Alisha agrees but isn't happy.

Eddie Edwards vs. Bear Bronson

Eddie stays as The System's leader if he wins.

They go face to face and yell at each other. Bear shoves him then Eddie side headlocks him. Bear shoulders him over. Bear corner splashes him. Eddie corner lariats Bear and Bear suplexes him. Bear pounds on him in the corner.

Bear back elbows him. Eddie hurricanrana's him down off the buckles. Eddie running corner forearms him. Bear butt drops Eddie off a sunset flip attempt. We go to break and return.

They both avoid being counted out. They trade forearms in the ring. Eddie hits chops and Bear hits forearms. Eddie superkicks him. Bear sitout double arm chokeslams him for 1.

Bear corner lariats Eddie. They fight on the buckles and Eddie sunset bombs him down. Bear no sells it and knocks him over. Eddie running lariats him and shining wizards him. Eddie pins him.

Thoughts: It was acceptable enough. They didn't really do anything wrong but it wasn't anything too great or memorable. Neither of these two are that over or charismatic and that limited this one as well.

Cedric and Brian come out after and try to play peacemaker. Eddie and Bear shake hands and hug.

TNA Injury Report

Jeff Hardy is out of action indefinitely due to head trauma and knee injuries. Avery Styles is under evaluation with an ankle injury. BDE is out with neck and back injuries.

Santino Marella comes in and says Brian is here to babysit Daria. Santino says Daria's a mouthful. Brian says he's capable of doing his job. Santino taunts him, pats him on the head and Brian looks mad. Daria says that was rude and she doesn't think Santino respects him.

Fire 'N Flava (Kiera Hogan & Tasha Steelz) vs. Shotzi and Allie

TS and Shotzi lock up. Shotzi is shoved backwards and TS piefaces her. They chop each other. Shotzi armdrags her into a pin attempt. TS flying headscissors her. Shotzi armdrags her then step up enzugiri's her. Shotzi 619's her.

Shotzi and Allie do hanging reverse headscissors over the top rope. Shotzi top rope dropkicks Hogan for 2. TS is hit with an Allie codebreaker. Shotzi top rope sentons Hogan and pins her.

Thoughts: This was a lose-lose here as Hogan and Tasha are returning as a team and Shotzi was debuting here. Both could have used as a win and Shotzi's team ended up winning. The match was acceptable and a little better than I expected.

Hogan and TS attack them after.

John Skyler talks to Mila Moore. Mila says she's breaking up with John. Mila says she appreciates John standing up for her but he's a loser. Mila says she thought he would win a match or something but she felt disappointed and embarrassed with him. She says she felt "ew" with him. John is upset after.

Thoughts: This was as random as their pairing. They started it too soon and didn't get enough of it, then they ended it the same way.

John Skylar is upset in the back.

Heather and M By Elegance talk. M wants to apologize for her behavior and says she hasn't been the nicest to her lately. She says she wants to make it up to her and says she will be on a magazine cover with her.

Heather says M is her best friend and says she will ask for a match with Black so she leaves her alone. Black says no one gets left alone until she gets a TNA Knockouts TV Title shot. Black says maybe she needs to beat some sense into her.

The Righteous and Harley Hudson come out for Hudson's initiation ceremony. Vince says she finally made it. Vince asks if she's ready to become righteous. Hudson says she is and is ready to leave her life behind. Vince tells Dutch to make her righteous. Dutch goes to put a crown on her but stops. Vince says there's one more thing. Vince says he needs to know if her heart truly lies with them. Vince tells her to say, "I am righteous, for we are many, I am righteous, for we are many". Vince then asks her to say, "While you were making up her mind, someone else already did". Hudson realizes it and Xia Brookside comes in and nails her from behind. Xia impaler ddt's Hudson. Vince says they sacrificed Hudson and welcomes Xia to The Righteous.

Thoughts: Similar to the last angle, they didn't get as much as they could out of this. They could have had lots of weeks of TV of Hudson trying to work with The Righteous.

We see clips of a documentary on Elayna Black.

Matt Hardy does a promo. He says Syx has crossed a line they can't return from. He says they tried to kill his brother. Matt says he won't forget or forgive and they are in for a painful twist of fate.

Moose comes in and says Syx thinks they can do what they want without knowing who they are messing with. Moose says he was known as the most evil man in TNA and that's what they are dealing with. Moose says their @sses are his. Matt says he went to Santino and set up a tag match with Moose vs Syx.

TNA World Tag Team Title Match - The Nemeths (Nic Nemeth & Ryan Nemeth) (c) vs. Amazing Red & Leon Slater

We go to break and return. Red hits elbows on Ryan's gut and tags out. Leon comes in and boots Ryan out of the corner. Leon hits running forearms. Leon corner splashes Ryan from behind then spinning torture rack powerbombs him. Ryan pendulum ddt's Leon.

Nic eye rakes Leon. Leon's head is banged off the buckles. Ryan corner spears Leon and fist drops him for 2. Ryan gyrates and Leon leg lariats him. Red top rope dropkicks Nic then spinning heel kicks the heels. Red boots the heels out of the corner. He rolls over Nic's back and kicks Ryan. Red does a bad tornado ddt on Nic for 2.

Leon enzugiri's Nic out of the corner. Leon top rope crossbodies Nic for 2. Leon is sent shoulder first into the post. Red takes backdrop + neckbreaker combo for 2. Nic superkicks Red. Leon lariats Nic down then pulls Ryan out.

Leon flying forearms Nic off the apron. Red does a 2nd rope flying press on Nic for 2. Ryan is thrown out. Leon jumps off the apron at him but Ryan hits him with a title belt. Red rolls up Nic but the ref is out and doesn't see it. Red corkscrew kicks Nic. Ryan hits Red with a title belt. Nic jumping neckbreakers red and pins him.

Thoughts: It wasn't that good. Red was off here despite not doing anything too risky. There was no reason to believe the heels were losing here and it was a bit of random one. There was also a lot of shenanigans here at the end.

Elijah comes in with a guitar after. He swings it at Nic and Nic runs.

Overall thoughts: It was a bit more storyline focused as usual. As always, TNA doesn't really get the most out of their storylines. You get the beginning and end, but the middle is usually missing and that hurts them. I thought they could have gotten more out of Hudson being rejected by The Righteous and Mila dumping Skyler. They didn't have the most star-studded line-up here, but that's the norm for TNA. I thought this was an average show with nothing being great. Bear/Eddie was the best match on here, but it wasn't much of a competition. I'd give this a 5 out of 10 and I thought it was average overall.
