The next live event is on 8/2 in Aguadilla. It has:

Kamila vs Sai Perez

El Payaso Makabro and La Amazona Guerrera vs Elena Negroni and Brandon The Skater

---

Abel Durant is out host.

We see some clips from a recent show.

Abel Durant shills the 8/2 show. He then talks about the upcoming Lightning vs Zcion RT1 match.

Special Ref: Stephany Amalbert - Elena Negroni and Sai Perez vs Kamila and La Guerrera Amazona

We join this in progress. Kam gets beaten up in the corner and Sai stomps her. Sai goes for a pin and Steph slow counts her. Sam stomps Kam. Elena 2nd rope moonsaults Kam for 1. Elena chokes Kam and spanks her. Elena foot chokes her in the corner.

Sai lariats Kam down and Amazona breaks up the pin attempt. Kam is tripped into the ropes and Sai chokes her on the ropes. Sai meteora's her from behind on the ropes. Kam upkicks Sai.

We go to break.

Joe Bravo does a promo. He says he's facing a young wrestler who has the drive and motivation to win in El Hostil Jovan. He says Jovan has everything to become a star but he will hit a wall on 8/2. He says he hopes he's doing the proper preparation to be in the bet condition of his life. He says this is a trial by fire for him. We saw this already.

El Hostil Jovan does a promo. He says he has an important commitment on 8/2 when he faces Joe Bravo for the first time. He says Joe will face a 2nd generation wrestler with a lot of hunger. He says he'll see him on 8/2. and says he will show anyone else that he will continue to be the best. We saw this already.

Orlando Toledo and El Informante do a promo. Info has a sign that says "Linx = Pillo". Toledo says Wilfredo Rivera got his way but they have the plan figured out. Toledo says Info will get the TV Title but says that's all he will say.

Wilfredo Rivera does a promo. He says since he won the TV Title, he wants to make it one of the most important titles in the company. He says he will face Informante. He says Info knows what it is like to face him. Will tells the fans to come and see the show. He says Info knows what he's capable of. He says he's a problem for him and anyone else who thinks they can take the title. He says he's ready for anything and is ready to come out as TV champ.

We return from break. Amazona gets tagged in. She hits shots on Sai and Ama flying shoulders her. Ama pump kicks her then superkicks her. Ama goes for the pin but Steph slow counts her. Ama and Steph argue. Sai codebreakers Ama. Elena top rope diving headscissors Ama and Steph slow counts 2. Elena yells at Steph then is dropkicked from behind. Kam 619's Elena and kind of knocks Steph over in the process. Kam goes up top Steph then Sai bacrackers Kam. Sai goes for the pin and Steph never even gets to counting. Sai topes Kam and Ama outside.

Ama is rolled back in and Elena misses a top rope swanton on her. Ama spears Elena. Steph slow counts real slow and Ama grabs her. Sai comes in and sunset flips Ama. Steph then makes a normal count and Sai pins Ama.

Thoughts: We see the dirty ref gimmick almost every month here but the twist this time was that the ref was slow counting everyone. Steph then had enough at the end and just counted normally for Sai. Elena tries to fly but she's really not that great at it. This was mostly all shenanigans here and it brought down the otherwise average bout.

Sai Perez does a promo. She says she has seen Kamila's career and said she debuted a year ago. She says she was her climb to the WWC Women's Title. She she can work out a lot and upload her photos to instagram but she failed to carry the burden she had to bear with the WWC Women's Title. Sai says that's why she's here. She says she will did what she did to Stephanie Amalbert to her.

Kamila does a promo. She calls Sai daddy's girl. She says she doesn't care about all the legacies and surnames. She says there will be no legacy to fight for her. She says she will find out who Kamila is.

Lou Forza does a promo. He says the WWC returns to Augadilla on 8/2. He says no matter how many times Oscar Benabe puts his hand on the wound, it doesn't go away. He says what's not perfect is that he has to face Oscar Benabe. He says Oscar will be defeated on 8/2 and it won't be a sad day for him. We saw this already.

Oscar Benabe does a promo. He says he's not interested in Tony Leyenda or Amaddeo Sole getting involved. He says he will hit him so hard that he will grow hair on his head. He tells him to get ready.

The mayor of Aguadilla talks about the upcoming WWC show there.

Zcion RT1 vs Lightning

We join this in progress. RT1 has a mask on. Orlando Toledo trips RT1. RT1 goes after him then gets hit by Lightning from behind. Light chops and punches RT1. Toledo then hits shots on RT1. RT1's head is banged off the post and off a bench. Light pounds on him.

Light pulls RT1's mask off and pounds him. Light lariats him down. Light pounds on him more. Light slams and elbow drops him for 2. Light chinlocks him.

We go to break.

La Guerrera Amazona does a promo. She says there's a lot of talk in the company. She say she's the champ and it creates a lot of envy. She says she will see Elena Negroni and Brandon The Skater at hte next show. She says their mistake was assuming she was alone. We then see El Payaso Makabro laughing.

Amaddeo Sole does a promo. He says it's time to confront people form the wrong era's. He says Mike has a dialect with some absurd phrases. Sole says he took the TV and Tag Titles from him so he knows Mike must have nightmares about him. He says he will finish kicking his @ss on 8/2. We saw this already.

Mike Nice does a promo. He says he was one of the first people Sole fought when he came here. He says his angels will feel his presence and power, hallelujah. We return from break. Light headbutt drops RT1 in the gut. They trade punches and RT1 goes down. Light chinlocks him. RT1 fights out and hits punches. Light spears him for 2. Light clubs and punches him. RT1 punches back and back body drops him. RT1 hits lariats. RT1 boots him in the head and neckbreakers him for 2.

Light chokeslams him for 2. RT1 goes up and over and cutters him. Lou Forza and Amaddeo Sole then run in and attack RT1 for the DQ.

Thoughts: Lightning works a lot like Luke Gallows. It's all punches, lariats and chinlocks. And in longer matches, it's not always the most exciting. Light was on offense for most of this and RT1 didn't get a lot but punches in either. We then had a DQ finish and this just wasn't that good.

"El Hostil" Jovan and Oscar Benabe then run in and save RT1. The heels then pull Light away as him and RT1 keep fighting.

Tony Leyenda does a promo. He says he's fed up with wrestling in PR. He says we all talk about about foreigners talking trash. He says his era of talking trash about PR is over. He says he doesn't need to do it as he planted his flag here. He says it's the same stuff and doesn't impress him. He says he's better because he shows it everyday. He says no one does anything like him as he's the best. He tells Xavant his shoes are too hard to fill. He says he will give Xavant a hard time and says will keep his head held high because even when he loses, he still wins. We saw this already.

Xavant does a promo. He thanks everyone for the support. He says the last show in Aguadilla was historic and it was a day to remember. He says he has to shut up foreigners in Agaudilla due to the trash talking. He says that becomes his problem. He says he's the captain of the last territory and he defends PR. He says PR is a culture ready for action and says Tony Leyenda has to pay. He says he will give him the camel clutch and he will fight with his heart until he triumphs, as that is what heroes do. We saw this already.

The mayor of Aguadilla talks about the upcoming WWC show there.

Abel Durant then closes the show. He thanks us for watching and says we will see each other next week.

Overall thoughts: There were only 2 matches here. Neither were really that great or even acceptable to be honest. We had lots of promos as well but we had seen most of them already. When you put it all together, there was just not a lot of good stuff on this one. I wouldn't recommend this at all and would give it a 4 out of 10. It was below average.

Juggalo Championship Wrestling 7/30/2026 JCW Lunacy Episode 93

Juggalo Championship Wrestling 7/30/2026 JCW Lunacy Episode 93

Last week's show is here: https://prowresblog.blogspot.com/2026/07/juggalo-championship-wrestling-7232026.html

Mac Davis interviews Big Al, who is in charge tonight. She says she's running the show tonight and says ti will be a show that no one wants to miss. She says we will see why she has balls the size of a grapefruit.

"Big Al" Alice Crowley comes out. She says Vince Russo is out tonight and she's the showrunner. She says they will have a PPV caliber event. She says Choppa City with face The Brothers of Funstruction. She says it'll be Freya the Slaya vs J-Rod vs Haley J. She says she will face Dani Mo for the Women's Title. She says even if Caleb has the "John Tunney" rule, he can still wrestle and will face Kerry Morton.

Krule and Caleb Konley come out. Cal says he only has to wrestle when he wants. He calls Vince Russo but there's no answer. Cal tells her that she will change the match or things will go south. Krule grabs Al by the throat. Violent J comes out and tells Krule to get his hands off her. J says they are lucky Tony and Mack aren't here or they would handle this JWO style.

Violent J says he loves the card Al put together. He says Kerry Morton will get the first title shot if he beats Cal tonight. He says if Krule interferes, Cal will be DQ'd and Kerry will still get the next shot. J says to play his music and Cal tells him to play his b!tch ass around. Cal says this is his show. Cal dares him to hit him. J tries to hit him but nails Krule when Cal ducks. Krule grabs J by the throat then CoKane comes out. Kane facekicks Cal down then pulls Krule out.

The hosts hype up the show.

The Outbreak talk. Barnabas says Dani Mo will experience a symphony of destruction.

Haley J vs. Freya The Slaya vs. J-Rod

Haley hits both opponents and they no sell her shots. Freya and Rod nearly hit each other. Haley takes a double shoulderblock. Haley superkicks Rod then Freya facekicks Haley. Freya foot chokes Haley in the corner.

Rod hair snapmares Haley. Rod slams Haley. Freya tries to slam Rod onto Haley but Haley moves. Haley is whipped into a facekick from Rod. Rod hits mounted punches on her. Freya pounds on Haley. Haley is pushed around by both opponents then they chop her. Haley eats a double headbutt.

Haley takes a double suplex. Rod and Freya go for a double pin and push each other. Rod hits a hard corner spear on Haley. Freya misses a corner cannonball. Haley pulls Rod over the top. Haley top rope crossbodies Freya for 2. Freya facekicks Rod off the apron by accident and Haley rolls up Freya for 2.

Haley rolls up Freya off a chokeslam attempt and pins her.

Thoughts:
It was a 2v1 on Haley for most of this until Haley got the upset pin. It made sense and was acceptable but not much more.

Rod nails Freya from behind after. Haley runs with her dog (who is painted pink).

The Orange Phantom does a video. He says The Green and Purple Phantom's have written him and have had a hard time pretending to be as good as him. He says there's a rhyme and reason for everything and says JCW needs a hero like him. He says there is rhyme as nothing rhymes with orange. Some guy comes in to correct him and he hits him. Another guy then tries to correct him and gets hit. The Phantom then says nothing rhymes with Orange.

Mac Davis interviews The Brothers of Funstruction. They say it's not over with The Luciano Family and never will be. They say they have to keep eyes in the back of their heads at all times. They say they are taking Choppa City's titles tonight after they messed with them in the cage match.

JCW World Tag Team Title Match - Choppa City (Atiba & Bruce Wayans) (c) vs. The Brothers Of Funstruction (Ruffo The Clown & Yabo The Clown)

Ruffo's got the pink on here.

Choppa City get water squirted at them. Bruce gets hit with a tie. Yabo dropkicks Bruce. The clowns hit elbow drops on Bruce then Yabo rubs popcorn in his face. Bruce backhands Ruffo and chops him. They trade shots and Ruffo atomic drops him. Bruce chops Ruffo down.

Ruffo takes a double team double chop then a double elbow drop for 2. Choppa City chop up Ruffo. Ruffo hits a double lariat. Bruce spinebusters Yabo and Yabo takes a splash and elbow drops from the buckles. Yabo evades some moves and Ruffo tags in. Ruffo hits Atiba and Bruce with a rubber chicken. Ruffo russian legsweeps Atiba.

Bruce misses a chop outside and chops the post. Yabo pounds on Bruce outside. Sally Boy appears in the crowd and throws a drink at Bruco. Big Vito comes in the ring and hits Ruffo. Vito impaler ddt's Ruffo. Atiba pins Ruffo.

Thoughts: It wasn't that bad. Choppa City won by interference here. I don't like The Clowns being able to use rubber chickens and ties to hit their opponents. Vito and Sally getting involved in the finish made sense here. This was almost all strikes.

Mac Davis interviews Kerry Morton. He says his accolades speak for himself and what he has done has been history breaking. He says he has done a lot but hasn't gotten his hands on Vince Russo. Kerry says he gets a JCW Title shot if he beats Caleb Konley tonight. He says it's a great thing that Krule won't be at ringside. He says Russo needs to understand that when you see him, you see money. He says this isn't a joke, it's about him beating Caleb's @ss and proving that he deserves to be JCW champ. He says there's nothing Russo can do about it.

Sally Boy is interviewed in the bathroom. He says he's the master of disguise. He says he got Violent J and The Brothers of Funstruction. He says he thinks it's his time to take over the family. Mac says Vito feels different. Sally says Vito is ready to be put of the pasture. Ruffo and Yabo then appear in the bathroom. They hit ally in the face with a balloon and taunt him.

JCW Women's Title Match - Dani Mo (c) vs. "Big Al" Alice Crowley

Dani boots her in the gut. Dani throws her out and dropkicks her through the ropes. Dani forearms and high kicks Al in the corner. Dani PK's her for 2. Al boots Dani out of the corner and lariats her. Al back elbows her and pump kicks her. Al backdrops her for 2.

Al forearms her then Dani michinoku drivers her for 2. The Outbreak come out. Barnabas asks Dani what's wrong and says she now has all the attention in the world from her dad. He tells her to be careful what she wished for. HoKane then chokes Dani and the match is ruled a no contest.

Thoughts
: It was a shorter one and it was nothing too special with a DQ finish.

HoKane pounds on Dani. Al grabs HoKane and pounds on her. Dani tells Jacksyn and Abel not to listen to Barnabas. She tells them to go. The Outbreak then leave with Barnabas.

Mac Davis interviews Violent J. J says tonight's Morton vs Caleb match is big news. He says he will appoint a special ref in 2 Tuff Tony. He says we need a special enforcer and it's Willie Mack. He says he spiced things up and added lunacy to Lunacy.

Father Bronson does a video. He says we know now not to poke the big red bear. He says he's 3 steps ahead of himself and 10 steps ahead of Josh Bishop. He says Josh will need all the help he can get. He says he should get help from his rap friend Westside Gunn. He says to get help from Billy, Bart and Tommy Gunn too as he will need every gun in his arsenal to compete with Red Love.

Big Vito talks to Sally Boy. He says he got his @ss kicked again. He says he saw the video he did and says he can't manage parking tickets, yet alone be the boss. He says Sally's a mistake and wasn't wanted. He says he doesn't exist without him. He says he will never be the boss. He says he's dressed for a funeral like when Sally's dad dropped dead. He says not to wind up like him as he could be next. He says his dad wanted to be the boss too and we see where he is.

Krule vs. CoKane

They stare down. Krule blocks a shot and they each hit punches. Kane facekicks him. Krule throws him in the corner then Kane throws him in the corner. Krule lariats Kane down. Kane chops him. Kane goes up top and springboard diving headscissors him. Kane facekicks Krule off the apron. Kane topes him outside.

Kane tries a tornillo but is caught and rammed into the post. Kane's head is banged off the rail. Kane's head is banged off the post and rails. Kane chops him in the ring. Kane's handspring is caught and he is backdropped.

They fight up top and Kane hits headbutts. Kane 2nd rope superplexes him. They sit up together on the 10 count. They grab each other by the throat. Krule running facekicks the ref on accident. Kane blue thunders Krule. Kane top rope swantons him. Krule chokeslam backbreakers him.

Krule facekicks Kane. Josh Bishop comes out. He facekicks Krule. Kane pours cocaine on himself and chokeslams Krule. Kane then pins Krule.

Thoughts: I didn't really like CoKane chokeslamming Krule and overpowering him. I know it's part of the gimmick but it's hard to buy against Krule. We had interference here, which we have in most matches. It was somewhat acceptable but there was room for improvement here.

Blast from the Past

This week's match is Steve Corino vs Shockwave The Robot. Steve ended up winning this with a lariat.

The Outbreak talk. Barnabas says he's the one that issues the orders and complains about them letting Dani Mo persuade them. He says he will make sure the drugs never enter them again. He says his The Outbreaker's father and creator and says only HoKane understands. He says they need to fall in line.

Special Referee:2 Tuff Tony, Special Enforcer: Willie Mack -Caleb Konley vs. Kerry Morton

Krule is banned from ringside for this and Kerry gets a title shot if he wins. Tony is wearing a goofy ref outfit and headband.

They lock up and Cal hammerlocks him. KM snapamres him and chinlocks him. KM shoulders him over a few times. Cal hiptosses him and KM boots him away. They double clothesline each other. KM back body drops him.

Cal slides out then KM slingshot plancha's him. Cal's back is rammed into the apron edge. Kerry chops him. Cal's head is banged off the apron. Kerry sits up top and is hit. KM bites him up top. KM 2nd rope crossbodies him but Cal rolls through for a 2 count. Cal knees him in the gut and foot chokes him.

Cal pushes 2 Tuff Tony. Cal stomps KM in the corner. KM slingshot suplexes him for 2. KM hits mounted corner punches on Cal. Cal atomic drops and flatliners him. Tony slow counts Cal for 2. Cal chops him in the corner. Kerry goes upside down into the buckles and goes down.

Kerry hits punches on Cal then dropkicks him. Kerry flying forearms him. Kerry almost runs into Tony. Caleb tries to backhand Kerry but nails Tony on accident (or maybe on purpose). Kerry top rope superplexes Cal. Matt Cross and Shane Mercer come down. They beat up Willie Mack. Shane release suplexes Mack. Kerry hits Cross and Shane.

Cross comes off the top and crossbodies Shane on accident. Kerry pumping knees Cross then Cal. Kerry wakes Tony up and pins Cal.

Thoughts: It got a lot of time and had yet another run-in during this. It could have been a bit more exciting. It was another average to acceptable match and nothing too great. Kerry won as expected here as the deck was totally stacked in his favor.

We see Dani Mo talk to The Outbreak in the back to close the show.

Overall thoughts: The wrestling was average to acceptable as usual but nothing was that great here. However, everything being at least tolerable was a bit of an upgrade. There were run-in's in almost every match which did get old. Storyline wise, we have Sally Boy trying to take over The Family and we have Dani Mo and Barnabas continuing their feud. We had a few people not on this one like Russo, The Backseat Boyz, Mr. Happy and Jasmine St. Claire. The show was acceptable overall, just nothing in particular really stood out. I'd give it a 5 out of 10 overall.

TNA Impact 7/30/2026

Leon hurricanrana's Eddie and hits mounted corner punches on him. Leon monkey flips him. Leon handspring back elbows him. Leon and Ced hit stereo suicide dives out. We go to PiP break and return. Eddie back elbows Sosa.

Ced hits shots on Sosa. Ced knee drops him for 2. Alisha Edwards chokes Sosa on the ropes. Sosa suplexes Eddie. Leon tags in and hits forearms on Ced. Leon spinning heel kicks him. Leon running facekicks him in the corner. Leon top rope crossbodies him for 2. Leon cradles Ced for 2. Leon lariats Eddie over the top. Ced michinoku drivers Leon for 2. Ced is pulled into a powerslam.

We get some fast action. Sosa running euros Ced. Leon swanton 450's Ced and pins him.

Thoughts
: It was a fast paced match with a lot of action. I liked it and thought it was entertaining. Leon and Sosa are fine together and I was okay with them winning this one.

Leon gets on the mic after and calls Cedric a bum. He says Ced got lucky so many times and he got his revenge. He says he pinned him here while he's the X champ and he challenges him for the title in a cage match at Lockdown.

Order 4 is in the back. Ali tells Skyler to get every Order 4 member here. John runs into Mila Moore's chest and says he has no idea what he just said. Ali tells Mila to make sure every member of Order 4 is at ringside.

The Elegance Brand does a video without Ash. George says he can see again and says they have a rematch to get their tag titles back. George says they will get the Knockouts TV Title too and become The Empire or Elegance. Heather asks what happens if she has to face M By Elegance. George says he sees them winning the tag titles again tonight and ignores that comment.

The announcers wish AEW's Rebel well as she used to wrestle in TNA.

TNA Knockouts TV Title Tournament Quarterfinal Match - Thea Hail vs Indi Hartwell

Indi backs up Thea in the corner. Thea side headlocks her. Thea rolls her into an armbar. Indi shoulders her out of the ring. Thea high kicks Indi. Indi armlocks Thea. Thea armdrags her twice. Indi corner lariats her. Thea 2nd rope dropkicks Indi in the arm then pulls her down by the arm.

Indi rolls up Thea for 2 then backslides her. Thea codebreakers the arm for 2. Thea armlocks her. Thea knee drops the arm into the mat and does another armlock. Indi hits some shots on her and hits lariats. Indi slams her down for 2. Thea is pushed out and then goes up top. Thea top rope crossbodies Indi.

Thea rolling sentons Indi then misses a springboard backsplash. Indi hits a hurts donut and pins her.

Thoughts
: They were kind of buying time here and did a long armwork session. You don't see that a lot in 2026. They tried but it was nothing too special. The armwork lost the crowd. Indi's finisher didn't look that good as usual.

AJ Francis in the back with a hat with money in it. He asks people for donations to help Expressions. He complains that they only give $40. He then asks BDE and Rich Swann for donations. BDE asks if he put his own money in there and Rich asks what happened to the "money, money, money". AJ says he made them money and they should return the favor. They call him bald.

KC Navarro is in the ring. He thanks the crowd and says he appreciates them. He says he fought for the TNA Title last week and failed. He says no one was harder on him than himself. He says he felt like he didn't belong in TNA. He talks about losing his home as a child and losing his uncle recently. He says then he thought of his journey on the indies and said he didn't quit. He talks about being on One Night Only and being in the Super X Cup, but not getting signed.

He says he wanted to show kids that they can do anything and points out his two brothers in the crowd. He says he was left alone in the lunch room but his brothers are here so he did something right. He says he knows he belongs. He says you've got to keep fighting and can't quit. He says his story isn't over but is just beginning.

The System come out. They make fun of KC and say no one cares about crybaby KC. Brian says he set him up with crayons and a coloring book in the back while they handle business. Cedric takes the mic. He says Leon wants a shot at his X Title and says the answer is no. He says he will never get a shot at his title.

Eddie says Leon and Sosa don't deserve a match against The System. KC then interrupts and says this is his time, not theirs. KC says they call themselves the gatekeepers, but they look like a bunch of b!tches. Eddie says that was a big mistake. KC then gets jumped 4v1. Leon, Sosa and Fabian Aichner then come in to save him.

Thoughts: I didn't like this one. KC's not exactly high on the totem pole here and him talking about being treated like a loser didn't make him look like a big star.

Allie is looking for Rosemary in the back. She asks Daria Rae if she has seen Rosemary. Daria says Allie is up next and will forfeit the title if he's not out there. Allie says she will defend 2v1.

TNA Injury Report

The Righteous have not been seen since being thrown in the lake and their status is unknown. The Personal Concierge/George Iceman is cleared. Jason Hotch and Mustafa Ali are cleared for tonight's match. We then hear that Nic Nemeth is better than ever.

Gia interviews Xia Brookside. She is asked why she attacked Elayna and Choo last week. She says last week proved that Elayna Black isn't as good as she thinks she is. She says Choo tried to play hero and stuck her nose in her business. Wendy Choo comes in. She says she came to talk to her. She calls her a coward. Xia says she's a champion. Santino Marella interrupts and sets up a match between them for the title next week. Elayna Black comes in and says she hopes Choo beats Xia's @ss. Black tells Choo to shut her up next week.

TNA Knockouts Tag Titles - Rosemary and Allie (c) vs The Elegance Brand (Heather and M By Elegance)

George Iceman says he has his vision back but wishes he didn't as the crowd are dirty pigs. Allie comes out alone.

Allie forearms M down then M hits her from behind. M bangs Allie's face off the mat. M kicks her in the leg. Heather chops Allie in the corner. The Brand stomp Allie. Heather is flipped onto Allie but Allie gets her knees up. Allie lariats both opponents.

Allie hits a ddt + reverse ddt combo. Iceman gets on the apron and Allie tugs over the Knockouts Tag Title with him. George ends up bridged on the ropes and Allie pulls the title away. Allie then rakes George's eyes. Mr. Elegance comes in and Allie hits him with the title. Allie then hits The Brand with the title and gets DQ'd.

Thoughts
: Getting DQ'd here was a smart move at least. Now she has time to find Rosemary. The heels really should have been DQ'd though for their buddies getting in the ring.

The Hardy's come out in goat masks and we get some old school Matt Hardy Matt facts. Matt says it's a great night to be in Philly. Matt says they put an end to The Righteous last week and says they were deleted and maybe dead. They point out some actress named Amy Garcia who does their dance. Jeff says going into the lake changed him. He says he's the anti-christ and a sober alcoholic.

Jeff says they will start kicking some @ss around here. Matt says they are the greatest tag team in the history of wrestling. Matt says TNA runs on Hardydust. Matt says it's appropriate they won the tag titles in a ladder match as there would be no ladder match without them.

Nic and Ryan Nemeth come out. Nic dances at Amy Garcia. Nic says he's better than both Hardy's. Ryan says they are the greatest brother tag team of all time. Ryan says he pinned Jeff Hardy. Ryan challenges them to a tag title match at Lockdown. Matt agrees. Nic says he will have two belts in his bag.

Santino Marella comes out. Santino asks if the crowd wants to see that match. Santino then sets up the match. He says Nic will also defend his TNA Title vs Jeff Hardy and says Ryan will face Matt next week. Ryan then taunts Amy Garcia outside and offers a kiss. Amy throws water in his face then slaps him. Amy the does The Hardy's taunts with them. Amy was very entertaining and should return.

AJ Francis is looking for more donations in the back. He asks the female ref and she gives $20. AJ then pockets it himself. AJ asks Home Town Man for some home town charity. Home says he has no extra cash and he hates him. Elijah comes in and says to leave Home alone. AJ says it's all Elijah's fault as he gave Expression the injury. Eli says it was self defense. AJ says he's tired of Eli disrespecting Expressions. He says he should beat some respect into him in a cage. Eli asks if he wants to walk with Elijah again at Lockdown and tells him to be careful what he asks for.

Daria Rae and Santino Marella talk in the back. Daria says she didn't like how the Knockouts Tag Title match went down and signs a rematch for Lockdown in a cage if Rosemary comes back. Daria says they need to trim the fat on the roster. He says Harley Hudson is first on the list as she hasn't won a match in months. Santino says she loves TNA. Daria says she's sure the board will care in a mocking tone.

TNA Knockouts TV Title Tournament Quarterfinal Match - Jada Stone vs Jody Threat

They lock up and JT wristlocks her. Jada flips out of it and side headlocks her. JT shoulders her over. Jada sunset flips her for 2. Jada bridges out of a lariat and dropkicks her for 2. Jada handsprings and is thrown from the backdrop position. JT corner lariats her.

JT exploders her for 2. Jada step up enzugiri's her. Jada lariats her over the top rope. Jada's crossbody is caught on the apron and JT drop down slams her on the apron. JT backbreakers her. Jada jawbreakers her and trips her into the ropes. Jada 619's her.

Jada kicks her off the ropes. Jada sitout moonsaults her for 2. JT pump kicks her in the head then meteora's her from behind. JT release germans her. Jada high kicks her and rolls her up for the pin.

Thoughts:
It was a shorter one. Jada did a lot of flying but Jody blocked most of those flying moves and that hurt this one from picking up. Jada had some problems with Jody's height here. This had some issues.

TNA International Title - Mustafa Ali (c) vs Jason Hotch

They lock up, Ali forearms him and shoulders him over. Jason side headlocks him. Ali chops him. Ali flying headscissors him and chops him down. Ali topes him outside. Jason's wife and family are in the front row. Jason 619's him under the bottom rope then tornado ddt's him off the post onto the floor.

Jason top rope crossbodies him for 2. Ali chops him and Jason punches him. Ali chops him down on the apron. Jason 2nd rope moonsaults him outside. We go to break and return. Ali is suplexed off the top through a table outside. Both men beat the 10 count in.

Jason hit chops on him. Jason running lariats him. Jason swinging backbreakers him for 2. Jason goes for a flying forearm in the corner and Ali pulls the ref in the way. Ali low blows Jason. Ali whips him with a belt. John Skyler pulls the belt away. Ali pushes him and Jason nails John on accident. Ali tries to pin Jason with his feet on the ropes and Tasha Steelz stops it. Mila Moore hits Tasha, they fight and security breaks it up. Ali and Jason trade pin attempts.

Ali sitout piledrivers Jason. Ali top rope 450's him. Ali gets a 2 count and Jason gets a 2 count on him. Ali misses a corner charge and goes into the buckles. Jason is crotched up top. Jason top rope diving M. Bison stomps him. Jason top rope splashes Ali and pins him. Jason wins!

Thoughts: It was a good match here with Jason pulling off the big upset. It's a shame this didn't get built up more because it could have been an even bigger moment. The stuff with Order 4 going at it made for a good moment and we had some nice teases before Jason ended up pulling it off. The top rope superplex spot through a table was cool as we didn't see it coming at all. Things should get interesting with Order 4 moving forward and I'm curious to see what that looks like.

Jason gets streamers thrown in the ring after then his family comes in.

Overall thoughts: I like the opener. Hail/Indi wasn't that interesting and I didn't love the KC Navarro segment. The Knockouts Tag Title match didn't accomplish a lot. I thought the stuff with AJ Francis looking for donations was entertaining. Jada/Jody could have been better. The main was good and one of the better TNA matches this year. I would give this a 6 out of 10 mostly for the main being a big success. It was an okay show overall.

WWE Main Event 7/30/2026

Last week's show is here: https://prowresblog.blogspot.com/2026/07/wwe-main-event-7232026.html

Blake Howard & Vic Joseph are on commentary.

Carmelo Hayes vs Ricky Saints

RS hits punches on Melo and chops him. RS hits punches in the corner and clubs him. Melo springboard twisting lariats him then lariats him over the top rope. Melo gets back elbowed down. RS stomps Melo then hits corner spears.

Melo is snet hard into the buckles. RS dances in the middle of the ring. RS stomps him in the corner. Melo hits chops. RS spinebusters him for 2. RS rope walks and clubs his arm. RS swinging neckbreakers him.

RS chinlocks him. RS knees him in the gut. Melo rolls him up for 2. They double clothesline each other down. RS goes down hard and holds his mouth. Melo hits punches. Melo la mistica drops him for 2. Melo rolls him up for 2 and superkicks him. RS double throat thrusts him and drops him face first on the mat for 2. Melo back body drops him.

Melo armdrags him off a roshambo and hits a first 48. Melo pins him.

Thoughts
: RS seemed to hurt his jaw off a double lariat spot. That slowed things down a little. It was more of a workrate match than any kind of match with heels and faces. I thought it was fine. Melo didn't fly around that much here.

The LWO (Joaquin Wilde and Cruz del Toro) vs Harlem Lewis and Harley Riggins

Lewis has his Evolve title with him.

Lewis and JW lock up. Lewis backs him up in the corner and JW shoves him. Lewis boots him in the gut and slams him. JW side headlocks him and Lewis shoulders him over. JW backrolls into a spinning reverse headscissors.

JW flying side headlock takeovers him. JW side headlocks HR then jawbreakers him. HR takes a double back elbow then JW is hiptossed into the ropes into a splash on him. Cruz bottom rope moonsaults HR for 2. HR misses a corner charge and JW top rope crossbodies him for 2.

HR lariats JW down. Lewis forearms Cruz from behind. Lewis backdrops him for 2. HR chinlocks Cruz then forearms him in the spine. Cruz hits shots on HR. Cruz boots him out of the corner. Lewis tilt-a-whirl backbreakers Cruz for 2. Cruz flying step up enzugiri's Lewis.

JW and HR tag in. JW flying forearms him twice then superkicks Lewis out. JW spinning ddt's HR. JW flying armbars HR and submits him.

Thoughts: It didn't get much of a reaction as the crowd wasn't familiar with either team (The LWO haven't made TV in a long time). Lewis and Harley were the heels here and just stuck to basic strikes. The LWO flew a little but it wasn't their best work. This was average, but I do think Harley does a good job.

Lyra Valkyria vs Wren Sinclair

Lyra armlocks her then trips her. Lyra stands on her back. Wren rolls out of a wristlock and throws her by the wrist. Wren pushes her over. Lyra back elbows her and Wren rolls her for 2. Wren backslides her for 2 and rolls her again for 2.

Wren side headlocks Lyra then armdrags her twice. Wren misses a dropkick and Lyra throws her down backwards. Lyra catapults her throat first into the bottom rope. Lyra stomps Wren for 2.

Lyra hits elbows to Wren's neck and chinlocks her. Wren elbows her in the gut. Wren rolls her up for 2. Wren chops her down and lariats her down. Wren back elbows her. Wren flying headscissors her. Wren corner splashes her and doube underhook suplexes her. Lyra rams Wren's throat into the top rope. Lyra throws her over backwards with a bulldog choke then she bulldog chokes her Wren taps out.

Thoughts
: Wren got the majority of the offense here and just did simple stuff. She did keep the pace up though. Lyra didn't get all that much in and it's not clear what exactly her new character is about. It was average. I don't love Wren losing despite being a Speed champ but that title is near worthless anyway.

Overall thoughts: We got 3 new matches here. Melo/Saints was the best match of the night and it was fine. Saints seemed to hurt his jaw in the match though. The LWO's match and Lyra/Wren were both average. Wren got most of the offense in on her match. There was nothing that great here and you don't really need to see this one, but it was an easy and quick watch. I wouldn't recommend this and I thought it was average.

Kamila vs Sai Perez

El Payaso Makabro and La Amazona Guerrera vs Elena Negroni and Brandon The Skater

"El Hostil" Jovan vs Joe Bravo

---

Abel Durant is our sole host.

Abel welcomes us to the show.

WWC Tag Titles - Amaddeo Sole and Lou Forza (c) vs Mike Nice and Oscar Benabe

We join this in progress. OB chops up Sole. Sole flying back elbows him. OB gets stomped on by the heels. Lou then pounds on OB. Lou elbow drops and chokes OB. Lou running back elbows him. The heels stomp OB. OB hit shots on Sole then Sole single leg dropkicks him for 2. Lou corner lariats OB then Sol corner basement dropkicks OB. Lou gets a 2 count on OB. Lou chinlocks him. OB elbows Lou in the gut then Lou lariats him down.

Orlado Toledo and Lightning do a promo. Toledo says John Hawking is no stranger to him and shed blood to him. He tells him to get ready to shed a lot of blood in Aguadilla.

John Hawking does a promo. He says Lightning has done everything in lucha and was part of one of the most legendary tag teams. He says he admires Lightning but he has beaten him before. He says not many people can say that. He says Lightning's voices in his head are bothered by him beating him. He says he knows Lightning is coming to destroy him. He says the John Hawking he met in the past is not the same. He says he's mentally and physically ready for the match.

We see a hidden cam with someone putting a mask and gloves on. The masked guy shakes one of the ref's hands.

We return from break and go back to the match. Lou gets a 2 count on OB then foot chokes him. Sole stomps OB then boots him in the head. OB spinning forearms him and chops him. Sole pumping knees him. Sole and OB double clothesline each other down.

Lou and Mike tag in. Mike hits mongolian chops and lariats him. Mike spinebusters him. Mike os cutters Sole. Mike and OB hit mounted corner punches on the heels then hit lariats on the heels. Lou eye rakes Mike and OB claymore kicks Lou. Mike accidentally hits an F-5 on OB after being blinded. Lou codebreakers OB and Sole pedigrees OB. Lou pins OB.

Thoughts: They've been teasing for a while that Mike and OB would break up. They cut away on whatever lead to Mike hitting an F-5 on Oscar, so we didn't get to see what happened there, but that finish was hard to buy. It was an average match with simple heel work and a slower pace. Sole and Lou just won the titles so they weren't going to lose them back so quickly.

Mike checks on Oscar after. Oscar pushes him and gets mad.

Lou Forza does a promo. He says the WWC returns to Augadilla on 8/2. He says what's not perfect is that he has to face Oscar Benabe. He says Oscar will be defeated on 8/2 and it won't be a sad day for him.

Oscar Benabe does a promo. He says none of his buddies can help him. He says he has beaten him as a tag wrestler and as a singles wrestler. He says the killer always has him in his sights.

El Informante and Orlando Toledo do a promo.  They say they have the plan all figured out for the match vs Wilfredo Rivera. They tell Rivera to shine his TV Title up nice.

Wilfredo Rivera does a promo. He says he beat him in Bayamon and Informante couldn't win even with help. He says he has a title to defend and he will come out the winner of the match.

Wilfredo Rivera is interviewed by a Contralona reporter. The masked guy goes into a room and the ref he talked to earlier stops the reporter from following him.

WWC TV Title - Special Ref: Orlando Toledo - Wilfredo "Lynx" Rivera (c) vs El Informante

We join this in progress. Info elbows him down and stands on his throat. Info eye rakes him and chops him. Wil goes to hit him and Toledo stops him. Toledo then tries fast counts for Info. Wil cradles Info for 2 and Toledo adjusts the buckles instead. Info flying lariats Wil for 2.

Info cranks Wil's head. Wil hits punches as he makes his comeback. Wil hits running lariats. Wil back body drops him. Wil has him in the gori special and spins him into a sitout bomb. Toledo again doesn't count the pin. Info backrolls Wil for 2. Wil reverses it and Toledo holds his wrist in pain. Wil michinoku drivers him.

The other Informante comes out and crotches Wil on the top rope right in front of the ref. A masked man in an Informante mask then comes down and dropkicks Toledo. The masked man topes the other Info then pulls Info's throat down over the top. Wil top rope frogsplashes Info and another ref comes down to count the pin. Wil pins Info.

Thoughts: We've seen this one a lot lately with Toledo being a total heel ref. That angle usually ends up taking over the match and that's what happened here. The comeback and assistance from the masked man at the end was fun though. This was average and we didn't see all of it.

Mike Nice does a promo. He says he was one of the first people Sole fought when he came here. He says his angels will feel his presence and power, hallelujah.

Sai Perez does a promo. She says Kamila always says the same things and says her last name more than she does. She says she will tap her out.

Abel Durant says Eddie Colon has been in charge of WWC for a long time and says Orlando Colon did something terrible to him.

Eddie Colon does a video. He says he doesn't know what he will say. He says this is the 2nd time Orlando betrayed him and it hurts because they had plans to buy WWC. He says it hurts more than the first time. He says he convinced him to return to WWC and offering him more and more money until he agreed to return. He says he did it as a favor. He said all he had to do was eliminate Ray Gonzalez and he failed. He says his second failure as trying to remove him from WWC. Eddie says Orlando knows he is spiteful and crazy. He says he's only afraid of himself. He says he's furious.

Eddie says he spoke with Victor Jovica. He said he asked him to cancel the check for Orlando for showing up at the Anniversary show. He says if he wants his money, Orlando has to come back and face him. He says he has Andrade in charge of Carlito. He says he will deal with Orlando first then Carlito. He says Orlando will meet the devil and he will take him to hell.

The mayor of Aguadilla talks about the upcoming WWC show there.

Abel Durant talks. He says they will see us on the show tomorrow and will have updates on an upcoming cage of death match.

Overall thoughts
: We had 2 matches here. The opener was average as was the second match. The second match had a heel ref in Orlando Toledo and his shenanigans dominated the match. The rest of the show just had promos as usual. There's nothing you need to see here and I'd give it a 5 out of 10. This was average overall.

AEW Collision 7/30/2026

AEW Collision 7/30/2026

Last week's show is here: https://prowresblog.blogspot.com/2026/07/aew-collision-7252026.html

Note - This was aired on Thursday due to Summerslam 2026 being on this weekend.

We are in Detroit, MI. Nigel McGuinness, Paul Wight and Tony Schiavone are on commentary.

The Motor City Machine Guns come out, making their AEW debuts. The crowd chants for them since they are from Michigan. Sabin asks if they really thought they wouldn't be here. Sabin says there's no place they'd rather be than right here. Sabin says this is where the best wrestle.

Alex says they are hone in more ways than one and says they are All Elite.

Thoughts: Them signing with AEW was kind of expected, though I figured they would wait until All In. They'll fit right in. Will they draw any new viewers or sell tickets? Not really. Will they have some good matches? Absolutely.

AEW Trios Titles - The Demand (Ricochet, Toa Liona and Bishop Kaun) (c) The Rascalz (Myron Reed, Zachary Wentz and Dezmond Xavier)

Ric wristlocks Zach and snapmares him. Ric sweeps him and Zach sweeps him back. Zach flips out of a wristlock and armdrags Ric. Ric tope con hilos 2 opponents outside. Zach is slammed and Toa is slammed on him. Kaun shoulders Zach over and Ric poses instead of doubling up on it. Zach 2nd rope tornillos Ric.

Dez cutters Ric then flying headscissors him. Ric takes a codebreaker + double stomp to the back. Kaun takes kicks from the faces. Wentz tornillo's Kaun, Dez tope con hilos Ric and Reed suicide dives Toa. We go to PiP break and return.

Ric tries pins on Dez. Ric backrolls Dez for 2. Reed legdrops Ric over the 2nd rope. Reed spinning enzugiri's Kaun. Reed bridging flatliners Ric then Toa bodyblocks Reed. Reed stunners Toa. Reed kips up and double cutters GoA.

Ric takes a triple superkick then a triple team basement dropkick for 2. Kaun plancha's out and Kaun suplexes Dez on the floor. Kaun shotgun dropkicks Wentz then Toa hip attacks him. Wentz is yanked into a cutter and Ric springboard splashes him for 2.

Ric goes for a dive in and is pulled down. Wentz handspring jumping knees Toa. Reed jumps over the top and cutters Toa from the apron onto his partners outside. Wentz top rope swantons, Reed top rope 450's and Ric gets his knees up on Dez's spiral tap. Dez crucifixes Ric for 2.

Ric pumping knees Dez. Dez takes a double bodyblock and a T-gimmick. Dez is pinned.

Thoughts
: I liked it. It was exciting as expected with a lot of flying and people going all over the place. The Demand just won the titles last night so naturally they won here.

The Conglomeration are interviewed by Lexi. OC says he feels sorry about losing and just put his name in The Continental Cup. All 3 say they put their name in for The Continental Cup. Kyle says they were nominated for the Ice Bucket Challenge.

The announcers say they will tell us about The Continental Cup tonight.

We see The Continental Cup. They say the winner of it wins The Continental Title and they say Mox will be in it. They say it's a 16-man, single elimination tournament. The matches are drawn at random and it's inspired by the FA Cup. Nigel says he will be in The Cup.

Thoughts: I'm fine with this. At least there isn't a new title coming out of it. It might give us some different matches. It's stupid though that in theory, Mox has to win this tournament to keep his title then has to win The Continental Classic in 2 months to keep the title again when he could just be TNT champ and defend it whenever.

Tomasso Ciampa vs Nick Comoroto

They lock up. Nick headbutts him down. TC goes out, Nick chases and is stomped in the ring. TC stomp flurries him. TC pumping knees him and pins him.

Thoughts: It's AEW, where the big boys lay. This was a quick squash and not much more.

Adam Page does a promo. He says he needs to find something else to do. Brody King comes in and thanks him for helping him last night. He says he appreciates him having his back. Bandido comes in and thanks him too. Page says he's been figuring out what to do with himself. He says they are in Mexico next week and says they should challenge for the Trios Title. Bandido says they should be called, "The Good, The Bad and The Ugly". King asks which one is the ugly one.

Hazuki and The Brawling Birds (Jamie Hayter and Alex Windsor) vs Athena, Billie Starkz and Diamante

Ath and Jamie lock up. Jamie side headlock takeovers her. Ath side headlocks her. Dia armdrags Jamie. Alex and Jamie chop Dia in the corner. Dia side headlock takeovers Alex.

Dia takes an atomic drop > sunset flip > boot to the face. Haz and BS tag in. Haz suplexes her and sentons her. Haz boots her on the bottom rope. Jamie forearms Ath and BS forearms Jamie. All 6 girls fight. 5 of the 6 girls go out and Jamie is kicked as she goes for a tope.

The girls fight on the ramp and stage. BS is headbutted off the stage onto the floor. Alex is ddt'd on the stage. Ath suplexes Jamie off the steps to the floor. We go to break and return. Haz 2nd rope dropkicks Dia. Haz flying headscissors BS.

Haz running back elbows Dia and BS then codebreakers both for 2. Ath germans Haz. We get some germans in a row then Alex germans BS. Dia hits a chaos theory german on Alex for 2.

BS is whipped into Dia then Ath is sent into them. Alex and Jamie hit lariats on them in the corner then Haz is rammed into a dropkick on Dia in the corner. Haz crossbodies BS off the apron.

Ath hits an STO + headlock driver combo. Dia does an assisted shiranui on Alex for 2. Ath cartwheels out of a headscissor. Ath and Haz trade forearms. Haz running back elbows her. Haz pump kicks Ath and Ath superkicks her. Haz germans Ath. Dia takes a hart attack from The Birds and is pinned.

Thoughts:
They didn't sell that much here but it was a fun tag otherwise. It fast paced, stiff, got a lot of time and they really went all out for it. This went well.

Divine Dominion come out and pull The Birds out. Jamie is sent into the steps. Ath bangs Haz's head off the ROH Title. Meg and Lena slam The Birds on the stage.

The Demand do a promo with The Lethal Twist behind them. Ric asks who Page, King and Bandido are to demand things from them. Ric says they have no option but to accept the challenge and put them down. Jay Lethal says he will crush Komander and his dreams of being at Grand Slam Mexico.

The Conglomeration sit in an inflatable pool on the stage for the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge. Rhino of ECW fame and The Insane Clown Posse (who are running a show against this right now through JCW Lunacy) come out to dump the water. The Conglom's then get water dumped on them.

The Bang Bang Gang (Juice Robinson, Ace Austin, Colten Gunn and Austin Gunn) vs The Death Riders (Jon Moxley, PAC, Wheeler Yuta and Claudio Castagnoli)

Yuta and Austin go at it. Yuta wristlocks him and hits punches. Austin trips him then hits punches. Yuta takes a running back elbow. Juice sentons Yuta. Yuta knees Juice in the gut. Ace double axe handles Pac's arm. Ace armdrags and dropkicks him. Ace enzugiri's Pac. Ace has Pac and Yuta on his shoulders and he samoan drops both.

Ace takes running corner attacks. We go to PiP break and return. Yuta dropkicks Ace off the apron into a CC backbreaker. Pac then double stomps Ace from the apron.

Mox straightjacket chokes Ace and takes a spin kick to the face.  Colten comes in and punches Pac. Colten flying lariats Mox then hits punches on CC. Colten dropkicks CC. Colten eurostep neckbreakers Pac then backdrop uranage's Yuta for 2.

CC euros Colten over. CC takes a 310 to Yuma from The Gunn's. Pac rebound germans Austin. Colten fameassers Pac. Mox shotgun dropkicks Colten then topes him. Ace PK's Mox from the apron then fosbury flops him outside. JR hit punches on Yuta. Yuta bites him. JR backrolls him and pins him.

Thoughts: It was another fast paced and entertaining bout here. The action was quicker than I could really call it at times. It went well as expected and I enjoyed it.

Juice is stomped by the heels after. The Dogs then come out and jump The Gang. The Motor City Machine Guns then save Juice from getting hit with a hurricanrana. Finlay comes back in and The Gunn's hit a 310 to Yuma on him.

Tomasso Ciamp does a promo. He says he went to hell with Jericho and survived. He says his eyes are on Wembley. He says him and Andrade have traveled similar routes and say they come to an edge next week. He says he will see him at Grand Slam.

Kris Statlander vs Aurora Teves

Kris does an inset promo. She says Persephone cost her the TBS Title, so she did the same to her last night. She challenges her for Grand Slam Mexico.

Teves was on last night's MLP Mayhem. Kris backs up AT in the corner. AT hits kicks on her and is swept. Kris corner splashes AT then delay suplexes her. Kris running euros her in the corner and facekicks her there. Kris hits staturday night fever and pins her.

Thoughts: It was all squash here. Teves got some kicks in that didn't look good and not much else.

Mike Bailey and Kyle Fletcher are interviewed. They stare each other down. Kyle says he's the best wrestler in the world and has nothing to prove to Mike. He says Mike has everything to prove. Mike says he's not at his best and won't be until he leaves Don Callis. He says he wants him on his own. Kyle facekicks Mike and throws him through doors. Kyle facekicks him on the stage, sending him down the ramp. Kyle misses a title shot on him and is superkicked. Kyle superkicks him back. Mike PK's him and standing moonsault double knee drops him. Kyle then runs.

Kevin Knight does a promo. He says TNT is home to a lot of great champs. He says The Don Callis Family is a family of champs. He says him, Okada and Hech want to issue an open challenge at Grand Slam Mexico.

Jay Lethal vs Komander

Jay wristlocks Kom. Kom side headlocks him. Jay takes him down by the wrist and wristlocks him. Kom casadora armdrags Jay then cradles him for 2. Kom pump kicks him. Kom top rope diving armdrags Jay. Kom cartwheels on the top rope and headscissors Jay out of the ring. Kom walks up the ropes and blind moonsaults Jay outside.

We go to PiP break, full break and return. Kom pump kicks Jay and kicks him in the back. Kom 619's him in the gut. Kom springboard crossbodies him for 2. Jay pump kicks him and enzugiri's him. Jay STO's him on the knee then flatliners him. Jay top rope elbow drops Kom for 2. Jay chases Kom and Kom springboard 450's him in the ring for 2.

Jay is up top and is enzugiri'd. Kom walks up the ropes and springboard diving headscissors Jay while Jay is on the 2nd rope. Kom rope walk ssp's Jay and pins him.

Thoughts: Kom got a rare win here. I liked it. Kom did a lot of nice flying and Jay doesn't overdo it.

Will Ospreay vs Daniel Garcia

Mox is on commentary for this.

Will misses a facekick and DG goes out. Will chases him around. WIll chops him outside. Will facekicks him. DG double throat thrusts him. Will flying headscissors him. Will slingshot plancha's him outside. Will hits punches on him outside. Will is swept gut first on the rail top and DG bridging ddt's him on the floor.

We go to PiP break and return. Will armbars DG and DG pounds on him. Will handspring corkscrew kicks him. Will chest kicks him down then standing corkscrew moonsaults him for 2. Will his Kawada kicks and chops him. Will springboard forearms him for 2.

DG hits chops and Will flips off of him. DG guillotines him in the air. DG piledrivers Will for 2. DG chops him and is forearmed down. DG rolls him and into a sharpshooter. DG bulldog chokes him. Will hook kicks him. Will's blind springboard is caught and DG puts him in a grounded choke. Will escapes and hidden blades him.

Thoughts:
Will did a lot of flying here. They kept this moving and Will got the win as expected. There wasn't a great story or anything and I don't get why The Death Riders didn't go after Will for turning on him, but the wrestler was okay. Mox spent this whole match putting Will over like he's still best friends with him. Did they just forget this week happened or something?

Mark Davis grabs Will from the crowd with a sleeper. Mark headbutts him in the seats. Will jumps off a balcony with a forearm. The Don Callis Family then comes out to help Mark. Mark piledrivers Will on the floor. Will is held for a chair shot to the gut from Mark in the ring. Mark gets on the mic and says Will isn't so tough without The Death Riders. He says no one is coming to save him. Will then grabs the chair and scares the heels out.

Will gets on the mic after. Will says if Mark wanted to bring weapons into the situation, all he had to do was ask. He says he needs to show everyone there is no hesitation left. He says they should make their match a Mexico City Street Fight. Will says it's do or die.

Overall thoughts: It was a good night of in-ring action. We had a lot of fast paced and exciting matches here and they hit the mark on just about everything minus the squashes. We also had The Motor City Machine Guns debut, Rhino/ICP appear and the announcement of The Continental Cup. The matches were a bit random but at least they were good. I'd give this a 7 out of 10 overall as this was much better than the usual Collision. I liked the women's trios match best here. It was a good show.

Maple Leaf Pro Wrestling Mayhem 7/29/2026

Maple Leaf Pro Wrestling Mayhem 7/29/2026

Last week's show is here: https://prowresblog.blogspot.com/2026/07/maple-leaf-pro-wrestling-mayhem-7222026.html

We are in Windsor, Ontario, Canada. Don Callis and Mauro Ranallo are our hosts.

We get a video on Psycho Mike and we see him head into the building. He runs into Jay Lethal.

Billy Gunn, Psycho Mike & Zach Gowen vs. The Lethal Twist (Blake Christian, Jay Lethal & Lee Johnson)

Michael Allen Richard Clark is on commentary for this.

Jay nearly runs into Mike and falls down in fear. Lee comes in and Mike side headlocks him. Mike shoulders him over. Mike makes faces and the crowd chants for a "bodyslam". Mike then asks who wants to see a bodyslam? Lee goes out.

Zach slingshot swantons Jay. Zach chops him and boots him out of the corner. Blake sliding lariats Zach. Jay stomps Zach for 2. Lee stomps Zach and hits mounted punches on him. Blake hits mounted shots on Zach then chinlocks him. Blake lariats Zach and hits mounted shots. Jay chokes Zach.

Blake stomps on Zach. Blake tries to figure four Zach, but he doesn't have a second leg to do it with. Blake hops on one foot to taunt him and Zach boots him out of the ring. Billy comes in and drops the heels with punches. Billy is superkicked by Blake and Billy fameassers him for 2.

Jay step up enzugiri's Billy. Mike running lariats Jay. Billy hits a cobra clutch slam on Blake. Zach misses a top rope moonsault on Blake. Blake springboard 450's Zach for 2. Mike tags in. Mike eventually slams Blake and Jay rolls up Mike with the tights in hand and pins him.

Thoughts: They hyped up Mike some here then of course he took the fall. I don't really like them using Zach as he's a hard guy to buy due to his limitations. They kind of lost some of the flow when Blake was trying to figure four Zach...and naturally couldn't because he only has one leg. I think this one was just too silly for me and I don't think this should be the look MLP is going for.

Mo Jabari talks about growing up a refugee camp. Bret Hart quickly appears but say 4 words. Mo talks about Canada being welcoming to him. He says he's Canadian. Bret says Mo has a great story and legacy.

Subculture (Flash Morgan Webster & Mark Andrews) vs Fight Or Flight (Gabriel Fuerza & Vaughn Vertigo)

Dani Luna is with Subculture. No entrance for Fight or Flight here.

Gabe wristlocks Flash. Flash uses the ropes to flip out of it and is put in a headscissors. They shake hands then Gabe stomps the hand. Gabe takes a double hiptoss and a standing moonsault for 1. Gabe chops Mark and boots VV out of the corner. VV takes a side slam + legdrop combo for 2.

Flash takes a boot to the back from the apron then he is dropped into the ropes for a half-nelon suplex. Gabe jumps over the top in and cutters Flash. Gabe backdrops Flash for 1. VV PK's Flash for 2. Flash chops VV.

Flash flips out of the corner and tags out. Mark hits shots on both opponents. Mark double pele kicks his opponents. Marj rolls VV and tornado ddt's Gabe off of it. VV takes a double headbutt to the chest. Mark and Flash hit stereo tope con hilos outside.

M does something like a diamond dust to VV. Flash swantons VV's back off the buckles and pins him.

Thoughts: It was a very fast paced match here and almost hard to follow. Gabe didn't get a lot in but moved well. This was fine for what it was.

PCO does a video. He says some men fear pain and failure but he just fears feeling forgotten. He says he gave this business everything and every time, they bury him. He says he dug his way out. He says it's not normal, but obsession to keep a man alive when he should have disappeared. He says he will destroy what's left of him so the world never forgets his name.

Taylor Rising vs Alexia Nicole

Kris Chambers is with Taylor Rising. The women's champ is on commentary for this.

Tay waistlock takedowns her. AN dropkicks her in the corner. AN's head is banged off the buckles. AN boots her out of the corner and is forearmed. Tay backsplashes her and is rolled up for 2. AN spinning high kicks her and codebreakers her.

Tay sends her into the 2nd rope and 619's her there. Tay pedigree's her and pins her.

Thoughts: It was just a short squash here and Taylor won as expected. Alexia needs to connect more on her shots.

Alexia Nicole slaps the women's champ in the back after the break.

PWA Champion's Grail Title Match - Rohan Raja (c) vs. Evil Uno

Aurora Teves is with Raja.

RR piefaces Uno before the match. Uno facekicks him down to starts then chops him in the corner. Uno boots him and chops him again. Uno back body drops him. Uno hits a corner lariat and misses a top rope move.

RR spears Uno in the knee then stomps the knee. Uno stops him and punches him. Uno lariats him over the top. Uno goes for a dive and gets distracted by Aurora. Uno is pushed into the steps.

We go to break and return. Uno lariats RR down and double chops him. Uno hits punches. RR puts the ref in the way. Uno makes the ref hold RR's leg then Uno neckbreakers RR. RR clips him and backcrackers him for 2.

They trade forearms. Uno hits a forearm combo. RR jumping forearms him. Uno slaps him then hits oblivion. RR slides out. RR tries to hit Uno with his title and misses the shot. The ref takes the title. Uno facekicks and ddt's RR for 2.

Uno piledrivers RR for 2. RR black hole slams Uno for 2. RR sky high's him for 2. RR half crabs him. Aurora hits Uno with the title belt from the outside. RR STF's Uno and rolls him onto his back with it. Uno is out and RR wins.

Thoughts:
It was fine. Uno had decent looking offense and RR picked up the win in the end. There was some shenanigans but it wasn't over the top. I can't say Raja really impressed or anything but he did nothing wrong.

RR hits punches on Uno after and tries to rip his mask off. Stu Grayson comes out to save Uno since he's his former partner. Stu spears Raja, hits shots and Raja slides out.

Stu gets on the mic after. He says he knows what Raja did what he did. He says he knows Raja is dreaming of being the next MLP champ. He says he will give him a title shot if he wants one but Raja's title will be on the line too in that match. Stu says it's winner takes all.

Adam Copeland does a video. He says he knows what this place is. He says some people chase moments and he create them. He asks if MLP is ready for one more unforgettable night.

Overall thoughts: It was average overall. The matches had no big stories going into them. I didn't like them starting things off with Zach Gowen as this company needs credibility and he's not it. Subculture's match was fine. Taylor Rising won a squash. The match was also fine here but nothing too memorable. The big news is that Adam Copeland is coming to MLP, but with him being an AEW roster and AEW working with MLP, that's not too unbelievable. I'm still not too high on this promotion and just think they need to do a lot more to give meaning behind matches and introduce the roster. I'd give it a 5 out of 10. The main was the best thing on here.
