Thoughts: It wasn't quite as good as it should have been. The crowd didn't get super into it and neither guy got enough heat. I think they had some of the idea of the big vs small man right though. AJPW doesn't have a ton of guys and it makes sense to try and push Atsuki as a guy when people like him and his brother is already one of their stars. I'm for him getting the upset here.
Yuma Aoyagi then high fives Atsuki as he leaves and as Yuma enters for his match.

Thoughts: It was a good match. It had the usual brawling outside that didn't help things but I thought they got the idea of this right in the final parts of this and the two were able to get things going. They didn't do anything too crazy or wild. Yuma was a decent face and Jun was a nice obstacle for him. This was one of Jun's better matches so far. I had no problem with this.
Yuma is helped to the back then Jun talks on the mic.
Kento Miyahara comes out and challenges Jun for the title after.
Overall thoughts: It was similar to what we have been getting later with AJPW with a standard opener, an undercard filled with comedy and non-serious matches then an okay top half of the card. The main was the best thing on here but that wasn't saying a lot. Rei/Atsuki wasn't as good or as hot as it should have been but they had the right idea. I'd give it a 5 out of 10 as the undercard brought this down.
