Brandon Miller does a promo. He said Rory Angel is picking a team and he says they live by the code of leaving the business well. He said some of the younger wrestlers could use a learning experience and ask Rory to choose them for his team. He says it's the right thing to do

Haystacks vs Backwoods Zook

Zook spits a toy eye ball in the ref's hand. Zook knees Hay in the gut then clubs his back. Hay corner splashes him and hits forearms. Zook stomps Hay's back. They say Zook is a backwoods marine and a hillbilly who lives in the woods. Zook bangs Hay's leg off the mat. Zook ties up the leg while hooking the leg and face.

Hay hits forearms then lariats him for 2. Hay sticks his fingers in Zook's eyes then corner splashes him. Hay bearhugs him then Zook bites his way out. Zook ddt's Hay for 2. Zook chop blocks Hay then single leg crabs him. A fan tells Hay to grab the rope to get out and Hay does. Zook does a fameasser then is chinbreakered. Zook boots him in the face/shoulder and wins it.

Thoughts: It wasn't that good. Zook definitely plays up his backwoods character. The fan telling Haystacks to grab the rope was a really funny moment that I'm surprised the fan didn't get kicked out for.

Terrance Knight, Manager of The System, does a promo in his car. He says he's not mad at Aaron Black or Marcus Knight, he's mad at Andrew. He says he knows it was him that got in Aaron's ear to try and destroy The System. He said he's more mad at himself that he didn't see it coming. He said you live and you learn but you never lose.

He says he warned Andrew multiple times and says it's been nothing but disrespect after disrespect. He says they won titles because he's the best manager in the business. He says it has nothing to do with the respect factor. He says March 23rd is coming up real fast. He says Marcus and Aaron won't be the only ones that have something to say when he's in their face. He says he's looking for Andrew and says they need to talk.

Harley T. Morris vs Aaron Black

Harley grabs the beard when he can't grab hair

 

Harley wristlocks him. Black reverses it. Harley goes to pull the hair but Black has no hair to pull. Harley then grabs the beard.

Black pushes Harley into the corner then does push-ups as Harley talks to the fans. Harley slaps him in the corner then Black running lariats him. Black hits punches then slams him. Black hits a headbutt and Harley flair flops. Harley goes over him in the corner and chop blocks him. Harley locks up Black's leg then punches and kicks it. Harley elbow drops him for 2.

Harley eye rakes him for 2. Harley hits punches. Black punches back then Harley dropkicks him in the knee. Harley does an inverted figure four and Black forearms his way out. Harley goes for the move again and is pushed into the buckles. Black hits lariats then chokeslams him.

They fight on the buckles. Harley is knocked off then Black top rope splashes him and wins it.

Thoughts: It was a solid match here with Harley looking like an absolute pro as usual with various heel shenanigans and working the leg.

George Davis does a promo. He said he hasn't talked to us since October. He said a lot has happened since then like Aaron Black. He said he had to choke Black into submission before he joined the submission. He said Black is standing on his own two feet and says they both know neither Marcus or Black can beat him. He says his 2024 is about to be horrendous.

"The Last Real Wrestler" GDT vs "The Butcher" Glenn Chainey

Butch wears a Bane mask with a cone on it and a bloody t-shirt and suspenders. He attacks GDT then kicks him in the back. Butch basement dropkicks him then legdrops him for 2. Butch facekicks him and grabs a fork. He goes to use it and ref grabs it. Butch backs up the ref then GDT chopblocks him.

GDT chokes him on the ropes then GDT's partner George chokes Butch on the ropes. They fight over a suplex and Butch kneelifts him. Butch chokes GDT on the ropes then misses an elbow drop.

GDT eye rakes Butch with his wrist. Butch eye rakes GDT the punches him. GDT eye rakes him. GDT boots him and foot chokes him in the corner. GDT pulls him out of the corner and powerbombs him. GDT then stpes on Butch's head. GDT chinlocks him then Butch backdrops him out of it. GDT corner lariats him then STO's him for 2.

GDT crossfaces him and Butch ropebreaks. GDT ddt's Butch for 2. They fight on the 2nd rope and Butch uranage's him off the 2nd rope. Butch then wins it.

Thoughts: It was a long and slow match. They both had some trouble maneuvering the other. I think Butch's look matches his character and I think there maybe is something there but this just went too long.

Overall thoughts: I wasn't a fan of this one. For whatever reason, everything RCW does just feels like it drags. Despite this only being about 36 minutes long, it felt double it. Harley T. Morris' match was good and he's legit one of the better workers in the US right now. I kind of liked Butcher here, but not in the long and slow match he had. I wouldn't recommend this one.
