WWE Monday Night Raw 7/29/2013 Preview
Confirmed Matches:
Ryback vs John Cena in a Tables match
Kane vs Daniel Bryan
Rob Van Dam vs Fandango
AJ Lee vs Kaitlyn
Christian vs Alberto Del Rio
The Shield vs Mark Henry and The Uso's
This show was taped and the results are already out there if you want spoilers. I purposely did not read the spoilers.
Let's take a look at the matches tonight:
Ryback vs John Cena in a Tables match
At best this will be okay. Tables matches are kind of anti-climatic and Ryback isn't the best worker in the world. There's no reason for Ryback to win here and the chances of him winning seem unlikely.
Kane vs Daniel Bryan
I'm not sure on this one. DB will get the win, if there is a match, but the quality isn't guaranteed. A Kane match will always be a Kane match. Kane has been better in the last few months and DB is always good, so there is a chance here. But, there is no chance of DB losing, especially with The Wyatt's possibly making an appearance.
Rob Van Dam vs Fandango
I can't see this being anything but good. RVD has made a nice comeback and Fandango is a good worker. Hopefully, Fandango stays out of injury trouble here and hopefully we get a good match. RVD should win this.
AJ Lee vs Kaitlyn
I'll take Kaitlyn for the upset on this one. Dolph will get involved somehow and he will most likely cost AJ the match. Expect more shenanigans than wrestling here.
Christian vs Alberto Del Rio
If we get an actual match, this should be good. Both these guys are good workers and Christian can work well with anyone. Hopefully they get tons of time. Alberto will win though and Christian has no shot of taking this.
The Shield vs Mark Henry and The Uso's
I'm expecting this to be short, but if given the time, this could be good. But, I think we are looking for storylines here and building to a bigger picture. The Shield wins.
