WWE Monday Night Raw 10/5/2026

We are in St. Louis, MO. Joe Tessitore and Wade Barrett are on commentary.

We see clips from last week of Jacob Fatu getting run over.

We see Roman Reigns and The Uso's arrive. Jey says they need to talk him about family business. LA Knight's music then hits and interrupts them. Roman says he's got something to handle as LA Knight comes out.

LA says we've got violence running everywhere around here and says all that matters is his match with Roman. He says he sees Roman as the establishment and he wants the whole thing to come down. He says Roman will come down the aisle on Saturday and may want to start now at his slow pace. He says Roman will worry about 946 and says 946 might do something to himself too. LA says he's used to living in the chaos and says Roman is used to living in the protected bubble. He says down with the establishment and down with the same old trash in Roman. 

Roman Reigns comes out. He and LA stare down. Roman asks if he looks scared. He says he was born in the deep end and fire and it doesn't matter to him. Roman says LA thinks he has a shot but he doesn't. Roman says LA's been running his mouth about his family but he's nothing but a giant hypocrite. 

Roman says he busted his butt vs Penta while LA took the low road and dropped him where he stood. Roman says LA's always had his attention. He says LA has people thinking they are on the same level and it's not the truth. He says he's a doer and LA is a complainer. Roman says they got plans for LA and he's an egg in the omelette. Roman says he will break his b!tch @ss. Roman says he's the only megastar and the only true champ here. Roman tells the crowd to acknowledge him and they stare down.

LA says Roman's the most manufactured and corporate puppet he has ever seen. He says Roman had the rocket shoved so far up his @ss he's surprised he's not spitting out rocket fuel. He says it may be the oversized teeth of his. He says he will drop him on his head and Roman will realize he couldn't do anything about it.

Thoughts: Roman thankfully held back from burying LA 6-feet deep like he normally would. 

The commentators talk. 

We see various wrestlers arrive.

The Vision (Bron Breakker and Austin Theory) vs Penta and Je'von Evans

The faces run at the heels outside and lose. Bron double legs Penta onto the floor and pounds on him. Penta's head is banged off the apron. Bron is sent into the post and he takes Penta's leg kicks. Bron is sent into the rails. Penta enzugiri's the post when Bron moves. Bron lariats him down.

Evans nails Bron from behind then AT hits Evans from behind. The bell rings to start this. Evans superkicks AT. Evans seated springboard headscissors AT then dropkicks him. Evans hits mounted corner shots on AT. AT then hits mounted shots on him. 

Evans is held for a running lariat. Bron karelin's lifts Evans. Bron knees Evans in the face in the corner then throws him. Bron yells at Penta. Evans goes for the tag and Penta is pulled down. Bron belly to belly suplexes Evans over the top. 

We go to break and return. Evans takes an electric chair bulldog. Bron misses a charge and goes into the post. Penta tags in and flying headscissors AT. Penta slingblade facebusters him. Penta handstand pendulum double boots him in the corner. Penta springboard twisting ddt's AT. Bron is pulled over the top. Penta tope con hilos Bron outside. Evans springboard lariats AT.

Evans goes for springboard and AT pulls on the ropes. Maxxine Dupri distracts the ref. Logan Paul throws knucks in but Evans gets them. Evans hits theory with the knucks and pins him.

Thoughts: What we got was fine. Big loss for the heels though. Bron Breakker is losing stock fast and stuff like this doesn't help. 

Bronson Reed nails the faces from behind after. Reed brainbusters Evans. Reed death valley drivers Penta. Reed top rope splashes Penta. Oba Femi runs down and nails The Vision. Logan Paul tries to stop him and runs. Oba is held for a Bron spear but avoids it. Oba lariats Reed and Bron down together. He hits running corner attacks on them and flying euros Bron. Oba lariats Bron over the top rope. Reed lariats and sentons Oba. Reed goes up top and is dropped down to the floor with a euro. 

Oba gets on the mic after. He says Reed has his work cut out for him. He says the other men are climbing ladders but he has a mountain to climb. Oba says the only thing waiting for him is a fall from grace. He says he will punish him and send him to the deepest waters where he can't swim. He says The Vision can have his back and Heyman can have his mind, but his @ss belongs to Oba.

Liv Morgan says he's not surprised Lynch and Vaquer teamed up to screw her out of the title. She says she's the most talented woman in WWE history and she'd hate her too. She says she will get even and says revenge is what she does best. She says Becky will learn she is so much better. She says she will end this once and for all with Steph. She says she hopes they both learn that she is the greatest women's champ of all time.

Dragon Lee and Rey Mysterio are interviewed. Lee says Rey is the GOAT of lucha and moves like a 20 year old. Rey says Big Cass threw a tantrum like a baby and reminds him of Dom. Dominik Mysterio and JD McDonaugh come in and insult them. Dom says Rey will always be a deadbeat and he's the greatest Mysterio. Lee tells Dom to remember the word respect and challenges them to a match tonight. They make a joke about JD's head and JD says he will go talk to Pearce now.

We get a 946 video. Keys says how can they claim to be the ones when they spill their blood. Keys says there's 2 left in Bloodline then it's the grand prize as ain't nobody safe.

The Uso's talk in the back and aren't bothered. Roman comes in. Roman asks what's going on with 946. Roman asks if Jacob is alright and says Fatu was supposed to handle this. Roman says Fatu is a soldier and is suppose to take. Roman says he will handle this.

Sol Ruca and Lola Vice vs The Judgment Day (Roxanne Perez and Raquel Rodriguez)

The bell rings and the faces knock the heels into each other. RR is double clubbed on. RP jumps on Sol's back. Sol throws her off. Sol spinning drops RP on her chest. Sol surfs on RP's back. 

RP takes a double back elbow and a double hip attack for 2. Vice gets a triangle on RR and is thrown into the ropes. RR  elbow drops Vice. Vice pump kicks her back for 2. RR is tripped and takes a double superkick. RR is double lariated over the top. RP is dumped over the top. Vice la silla's RR off the apron and Sol bottom rope springboard tornillo's the heels outside.

We go to break and return. Sol enzugiri's RR. Vice hits kicks on RP and does a kick combo on her. Sol superkicks RR and dropkicks her from behind. The faces do stereo corner hip attacks then stinkfaces. Vice backdrops RP for 2. 

RP tries a bridge on Vice and is put in a grounded choke. Vince spin kicks RP in the gut. RR tags in and Sol dropkicks her. RP pulls the rope on Sol's springboard. Sol takes a spinning side slam. 

Sol goes for a sol snatcher. RP stops her. Sol rolls RR off a one-arm powerbomb attempt. Vice chest kicks RP down. RP takes a backcracker variation into a spinning high kick for 2. Vice uraken's Sol on accident and RP bridge pins Sol.

Thoughts: The heels winning was a bit of a surprise as Vice is new. It was acceptable and kept up a pretty good pace.

The Bloodline talk to Adam Pearce. They want a match with 946 and Adam agrees for one next week. Jey thinks Roman will be in the match but he says, "not me, him". Solo Sikoa then walks in. 

Rey Fenix vs Ethan Page

Page shoves him of the lock-up. Rey side headlocks him. Page shoves him and side headlock takeovers him. Page shoulders him over. Page bangs Rey's head off the buckles. Rey springboard enzugiri's him. Rey rope walk kicks him off the apron. Rey springboard tornillo's him outside.

Rey is crotched up top. Rey double jump moonsaults him. Rey is pulled into the 2nd buckle by the mask and Page facekicks him down. 

We go to break and return. Rey fights out of a hold and hits shots. Rey takes a wristclutch backdrop for 2. Rey hits kicks on him. Rey handspring stunners him for 2. Rey swing kicks him in the face. Rey does an angel's wings for 2. Rey superkicks him for 2. Page powerslams him then yanks him into another for 2. 

Page goes up top and Rey back enzugiri's him. Rey superkicks him. Page knees him in the gut and Rey cradles him. Rey then pins him.

Thoughts: It was an acceptable midcard match. Rey won as he's the AAA cruiserweight champ. It needed more time to turn into something great.

We get a video on Money in the Bank.

The Judgment Day talk in the back. Liv congratulates Perez and Raquel on winning. Dom says they will have 3 titles at MITB and says Liv will win tonight. Liv tells them not to get too big of a head tonight. JD looks at them and says nothing Joe Hendry said to him has bothered him. He says he has a normal sized head. JD then receives a delivery box. JD is given a funko pop of himself from Joe Hendry. The note tells them to enjoy his new album. JD gets mad at the funko pop.

Rey Mysterio and Dragon Lee vs Judgment Day (Dominik Mysterio and JD McDonaugh)

JD waistlock takedowns Rey. JD hammerlocks him and takes elbows. Rey flying snapmares him and dropkicks him. JD takes a double back elbow. Rey is dropped into a legdrop and Lee double stomps JD for 2. Lee spin kicks JD in the gut. Lee facekicks JD then flying headscissors him. 

Lee hits combinacion cabron on JD. Lee lariats JD over the top. Lee tope con hilos JD. Rey la silla's Dom off the apron. We go to break and return.

Rey flips out of a backdrop and step up enzugiri's JD. Dom elbow drops Rey when he is tagged in. Rey takes a gori special into the buckles for 2. Rey is sent into the buckles chest first by JD for 1. JD lariats Rey down then rakes his eyes with his feet. 

Rey's asai moonsault is caught and he is rammed into the buckles. JD spears the post when moves out of tree of woe. Dom hits forearms and a euro on Rey. Rey is popped up and he flying headscissors JD over the top. Rey spinning ddt's Dom.

Big Cass comes out and pulls Lee off the apron. Cass dumps Lee over the rails. Cass catches Rey's slingshot plancha. Cass is rammed into the post. Rey headscissors Dom into the 2nd rope. JD headbutts Rey and pins him.

Thoughts: It was acceptable but not quite as good as it should have been here. The camera's didn't quite do a good job of catching the finish in this one. 

Big Cass comes in after and grabs Rey. Dragon Lee comes in and hits Cass. Cass hits a black hole slam on him. Cass then big boots Rey and Lee together. 

Becky Lynch does a video. She says Liv screamed about she lost the title but didn't mention all the times she cheated. She says Liv cries when people fight back. She says Liv doesn't want her involved with the title as she knows Becky will hold her feet to the flame while Liv uses it as a participation trophy. She says it'll be Lynch vs Vaquer at MITB when she beats Liv. She says it's not about winning but making sure Liv doesn't.

Byron Saxton interviews Lyra Valkyria. Lyra asks why she is not on top. She says she beat Bayley twice and she's the reason she's not in MITB. She asks what she has to do to make it end. Bayley comes in. Bayley says it's funny Lyra thinks she has control over this situation. Bayley says it's going to be the end for Lyra, but not until she says it's over.

946 do a video. Jaida says Solo found her way back to the family but they are taking them out 1v1. Keys says line them all up and one shot - pow. Jaida says ain't nobody safe.

Paul Heyman watches the tv in the back. Bronson Reed comes up to him. He says he won't just beat Oba. Paul interrupts and says he hopes so. He says Oba is the ruler and the bringer of war. He says he's the mountain no man can climb. He says Reed needs to climb the mountain, throw him off and hit tsunami after tsunami...then another and another. Paul says Reed doesn't know what happens when the bell ring but he does. He says Oba humbled him. He says he's been p!ssing people off for 40 years and he came back every time he got slapped down or fired. He says he got more obnoxious each time but not this time. He says he showed that Brock Lesnar is human and showed that Brock was just another opponent for Oba. He says if Reed doesn't hit him with tsunami after tsunami, Oba will humble him too.

Thoughts: This was kind of interesting. Paul isn't Oba's manager, but this is a promo you would do for someone who you manage. I wonder if there's any legs to this, because this is a unique style of promo we haven't seen much of. 

Women's World Title #1 Contenders Match - Liv Morgan vs Becky Lynch

They lock up and BL back Liv up in the corner. Liv slaps her. BL drops her with a shot and stomps her. BL spin kicks her off the apron and baseball slides her. Liv send BL into the post and the rails.

Liv throws BL in for 1. Liv hits mounted shots and stomps her. Liv backsplashes her and step up knees her in the corner. Liv basement dropkicks her for 2. Liv chinlocks her. Liv throws her down backwards.

BL backslides her for 2. BL hits forearms. BL running lariats her then leg lariats her. BL exploders her. BL clubs her down for 2. They each hit kicks and Liv codebreakers her. BL flying forearms her.

We go to PiP break and return. BL ends up over the comentary table and has to get back in the ring. Liv cradles her for 2. Liv suplexes her three times. Liv step up enzugiri's her for 2. 

Liv goes up top and BL stops her. BL superplexes her and ddt's her. BL then armbars her. Liv bites her to escape then half-crabs her. Liv 2nd rope dropkicks her for 2. Liv boots her in the face. They slap each other. BL running chest kicks her down. Raquel comes out and BL is armdragged. Raquel gets on the apron. Roxanne Perez pulls BL down over the top rope. Liv sunset bombs BL for 2. 

BL hits Raquel and Perez on the apron. BL uranage's Liv for 2. BL dropkicks Raquel through the ropes and flying forearms her off the apron. BL high kicks Liv. BL is swept off the 2nd rope by Raquel. Stephanie Vaquer comes out and pulls Perez off the apron. Steph shows the ref that Raquel is handing Liv the title belt. The ref ejects Raquel.

Liv stares down Steph and wants to hit her. BL runs at Liv but nails Steph on accident. Liv dropkicks Steph off the apron. BL rolls up Liv for 2. BL headutts Liv and Steph nails both.

Thoughts: It's a shame we had a non-finish here as this was going well. There wasn't a great story, but they hit their stuff clean and it had some nice excitement to it. This will for sure result in a three-way at some point.

Steph drops Liv and BL after. Steph headbutt flurries Liv and corner meteora's both. Steph gets on the mic. She tells Adam Pearce to come out. Steph says she wants to face both this Saturday. Adam Pearce agrees. Steph lays Liv and Becky near each other and skytwister presses both together. Steph then holds her title up.

Overall thoughts: It was another Raw that lacked major starpower. Some of the stars were here, but they weren't wrestling. It's like watching an improved version of WWE Main Event and about the only positive is that it saves the wrestlers a few bumps. This was basically a midcard show and yet another weak Raw in a long streak of weak Raw's. It was acceptable enough, but it did little to excite me for the PPV and was not WWE's best work by a mile. Vince would have never given us a card like this. I'd give it a 5 out of 10 overall for the weak card they put out.
