WOW Women of Wrestling 2/7/2026 Season 6, Episode 18
Last week's show is here: https://prowresblog.blogspot.com/2026/02/wow-women-of-wrestling-1312026-season-6.html
We are in Las Vegas on Freemont Street.
Sibley Scoles comes out for a contract ceremony for the WOW Tag Trios Titles.
Top Tier come out. Coach says this is ridiculous. She says they are wrestling Monsters and Metal over and over again to prove they are the best. Coach doesn't want to sign but says she will if this is what it takes to prove they are the best team in wrestling.
Monsters and Metal come out. Top Tier sign the contract then Monsters and Metal sign. Chain flips the table and grabs Krush. She then chokeslams her. Coach and Glitter then take chokeslams from Chain. That match will be next week.
Genesis vs Ashley Blaze
Gen has Drucilla Blade with her.
AB's kick is blocked and she boots Gen away. AB side headlocks her. AB takes her over with it. AB trips her then running knees her. AB flying headscissors her and sunset flips her for 2. Gen is pulled over the top. Gen sweeps AB on the apron and axe kicks her. AB's head is banged off the apron and the steps.
Gen step up legdrops her in the ring for 2. Gen does a heel hook and AB armdrags her out. AB armbars her and Gen ropebreaks. Gen forearms AB from behind. Gen footchokes AB and Drucilla Blade pulls AB on the bottom rope. Gen bangs AB's head off the buckles. Gen misses a running boot.
AB back elbows her then hits running lariats. AB sweeps her and mule kicks her. Gen rolling death valley drivers her for 2. Blade distracts AB. AB 2nd rope dropkicks Gen. Blade pulls AB's foot when she goes for a pin. Gen corkscrew kicks AB and wins.
Thoughts: Gen got the win here at least. It was just average for the most part. There wasn't anything too special here but they also didn't botch a lot.
Veronica Varoom talks to Catalina Speed in the back. Speed says she will take her up on the offer to team up and says they can run laps around everywhere here.
Catalina Speed vs Kalaki the Island Girl
Kal armlocks her and Cat backs her up in the corner. Kal side headlocks her. Kal hits a corner spear then hits punches in the corner. Kal side headlocks her then hip throws her. Cat headscissors her on the mat.
Kal armlocks her and Cat pulls Kal's throat over the top rope. Cat hits mounted shots. Cat stomps and foot chokes her in the corner. Kal is choked on the ropes by Cat and by Veronica Varoom. Cat stomps on Kal for 2. Cat hits knees on Kal's back for 2. Cat corner spears her and low sliding lariats her for 2. Cat misses a corner spear.
Kal enzugiri's her from the apron then back elbows her. Kal euros her down and headbutts her. Kal gutwrench powerslams her for 2. Varoom is supposed to trip Cat on accident but I'm not sure if she actually does. Kal snapmare drivers Cat. Kal ties her legs up and surfs on her. Kal then curbstomps her and pins her.
Thoughts: It wasn't too good here. They only did the basics and those didn't really hit. I think they messed up the spot where Varoom tripped Cat. Cat was the heel here, though just barely. I don't like Cat losing here in her first match with Varoom by her side.
The Dojo Defenders argue. Tara blames Kara for their loss last week. Tara asks what's wrong with her. Kara says if she hadn't spent time with Blaze, they'd be in a better position. Tara then complains about her spending time with Sandy Shore. They argue and Ashley Blaze breaks it up. Kara says this is proving her point and tells Blaze to mind her own business.
Gabriella Cruz and Lil' J-Boogie are interviewed. J says The Alliance are the biggest but they thrive under the pressure. She says they will dominate in the ring. She says she's proud to call her her best friend. Cruz thansk everyone for watching.
Next week has Animal Instinct vs the debuting Sierra Sands and Xena Phoenix.
The Alliance (Sylvia Sanchez and Reina del Rey) vs Gabriella Cruz and Lil' J-Boogie
Gab rolls out of Rey's lock up and kick. Gab side headlocks her and Rey throws her off. J tags in. J wristlocks Syl then hammerlocks her. Rey breaks it up. J goes up and over Syl then hits armdrags. J flying headscissors Syl then corner splashes her. J low leg lariats Syl for 2.
Syl takes a double shoulderblock for 2. Gab backsplashes Syl in the corner then J corner splashes Gab. Syl side slams Gab for 2. Syl bangs J' head off the buckles then chops her. Rey knees J in the corner then spinning back elbows her. Rey throws her down by the arm.
Syl armlocks J and clubs her. J is choked on the ropes and posed on. Rey hits J in the gut then puts her in tree of woe. Rey running knees her as she hangs. Syl then low dropkicks J as she hangs for 2. Syl corner spears J. J boots her out of the corner. J rams Syl's head into the buckles with her feet. J goes for the tag but Rey pulls Gab off the apron.
Syl snapmares J and chinlocks her. J boots Syl away. Gab tags in. She thesz presses Syl and hits mounted shots. Gab hits shoulder throws on her then facebusters her. Rey breaks up the pin and is pulled over the top. Syl is thrown out. Gab then flips off the apron onto The Alliance outside.
Syl spinning neckbreakers J. Gab spinning ddt's Syl. Gab enzugiri's Rey then is knocked off the apron. J step up enzugiri's Rey. J is thrown out. The Alliance corner Gab outside. Gab comes in and takes a high/low. Rey and Syl pin Gab to win.
Thoughts: It was a decent main here. Syl and Rey did their thing and Gab was a good face. J also looked a bit better here than usual.
The Alliance talk after. Arianna says everyone saw every member of The Alliance dominate in the ring. She says they are coming for every title in WOW as they are a dynasty that will rule.
Overall thoughts: There wasn't a lot to see here. The trios title match was set up for a future date. Genesis/Blaze had an average match. Speed/Kalaki wasn't good. The Dojo Defenders argued more. We had an okay main here with The Alliance vs Cruz/Boogie. Cruz had a good face comeback and is one of their better workers in the ring. Reina and Sanchez are reliable wrestlers and did their job against them just fine. I'd give this show a 5 out of 10. It was just an average show.
