Jakara Jackson vs Arianna Grace

Grace is armdragged and armlocked. JJ wristlocks her then Grace rolls through it and arm throws her down. Grace shoulder throws her then rolls her into an armbar attempt. Grace shoulder throws her and does a cobra clutch.

Lash Legend pulls on Grace's leg on the apron then Grace's neck is pulled down over the top rope. JJ bangs Grace's head off the buckles and Grace backslides her. JJ hits shots to the gut and euros her. JJ bangs Grace's head off the mat then cravates her.

JJ tries to pin her with the cravate which is something different. Grace rolls her then shoulders and lariats her. Grace suplexes her then Lash gets on the apron. Grace forearms her then kneelifts JJ for 2. Oro Mensah distracts the ref. JJ eye rakes and knees Grace in the gut. JJ then jumps over her back and fameassers her. JJ gets the win.

It wasn't anything special with real basic work here. I guess Grace was supposed to be the face here but she has been a heel so far in NXT.

Dion Lennox and Dante Chen are interviewed. Dion said he wants to learn and grow everyday. He said Dante is the gatekeeper of NXT and he wants to learn with him and not against him. Dante said Dion impresses him. He said he has speed, power and a willingness to gain knowledge. Dion says there's one thing they have to do. They then say film study at the same time and leave.

Carlee Bright vs Jaida Parker

They lock up. Jaida throws her into the corner CB side headlocks her then headlock takeovers her. CB works the side headlock. She is thrown into the ropes then drops down and headlocks her again. CB dropkicks her then misses one. Jaida  puts her on the 2nd rope and buttpresses her down for 2.

Jaida forearms her in the back of the head and is forearmed back. Jaida catches her on a crossbody with a backbreaker and powerslam for 2. Jaida pounds on her then grounded abdominal stretches her. Jaida slaps her in the stomach and CB kicks her way out.

CB flying lariats her then does a cartwheel into a kick. CB does a la mistica takedown then is pulled into the ropes. Jaida hits a headhunter then running hip attacks her. Jaida then gets the win.

This was the match where I finally figured out what they saw in Jaida. She really does have good ring presence and puts her heelish personality in all of her offense. Her finisher is simple but looks good and she's really starting to put the tough girl persona together.

Dion Lennox and Dante Chen vs Malik Blade and Edris Enofe

Dion side headlocks Blade then shoulders him over. Dion is double tripped then takes a double dropkick. Enofe slams Dion and hits elbow drops. Dante corner lariats Enofe while Dion holds him there. Enofe double boots him out of the corner then pulls on his arm so Blade can top rope double axe handle it.

Blade armlocks Dante. Dante drops down, Blade crossbodies and is caught and backbreakered by Dion. Dion hits spears to the back of Blade then backdrops him. Dion backbreakers Blade. Dante chinlocks Blade while kneeling on his back.

Blade sunset flips Dante then Dante blocks Blade's tag. Dion corner splashes Blade then hits a high nrothern lights suplex for 2. Dion torture rcks Blade and Brinley Reece gets on the apron to cheer on Blade.

Enofe is tagged in and hits nice lariats. He slingblade bulldogs Dion then spinebusters Dante. Blade superkicks Dion then Chen double chops Enofe into Dion. Blade flying blockbusters Dante then TKO's him. Blade then picks up the win.

It was a decent tag here with Blade and Enofe looking good as usual. Dion hit a great northern lights suplex here and the Chen double chop spot was cool.

Overall thoughts: The main was okay and I thought Jaida showed some promise in the 2nd match. The opener wasn't anything special. I wouldn't recommend this one and just thought it was an average show.
