We are in Baltimore, MD.

Trick Williams comes out to talk. He rips Batlimore for their crab cakes and football team. He said he beat their boy Moose down in his own hometown. He says he is known to do that, just ask Mike Santana. He said he carried his title upside down as he turned TNA upside down.

Mike Santana comes out through the crowd. He asks how many people are tired of hearing Trick run his mouth. He talks about some of the stuff Trick did and takes credit for helping draw TNA's biggest gate. He says Trick didn't beat him at Slammiversary. He says he will hunt Trick down and become the new champ.

Trick says Mike had two chances and couldn't beat him. He says he doesn't have what it takes. Trick says no to another title shot.

Santino Marella comes out. SM says Mike deserves a title shot and he says he knows Baltimore wants to see it. He goes to make the match official and Trick says "no". Trick says he has paperwork that says he has 50 days until he has to defend the title according to the contract. He says he's doing Mike a favor as he doesn't have to embarrass himself in from of his family. Mike goes after Trick and Trick runs out. 

Gia interviews Order 4. Gia says it'll be Order 4 vs Moose, Cardona and Myers tonight. Ali says don't you just hate it when people disrespect and push you? He says it makes you want to do something about it and push back. Ali says The System continues to push and provoke him. He says he doesn't trust The System. he says it's in Ali they trust.

Trick Williams and AJ Francis talk outside. Santino comes up to them. He says Trick doesn't have to defend the title for 50 days but it doesn't mean he doesn't have to compete on Impact. He says Trick and AJ will fight Mike Santana and someone else. AJ says he has Trick's back.

They recap some of the things that happened from NXT with TNA stars this week.

TNA Knockouts World Title #1 Contendership Gauntlet Match

Leg 1 - Xia Brookside vs Killer Kelly

Xia does an inset promo talking about drawing the first spot in the gauntlet. She says she has to face every knockout to get a shot. She says she was born for this. Killer Kelly also does an inset promo. She says she's fine with #2 as they will all fall one by one. She says she didn't come to take a seat in the back, she came to become champ.

KK and Xia crawl at each other. Xia side headlocks her then wristlocks her. KK reverses it and Xia flips out using the ropes. KK headscissors her. Xia handstands out  nd dances at her. Xia boots her out of the corner and headscissors her. Xia then dropkicks her and crossbodies her for 2.

KK running facekicks her for 2. KK gordbusters her. Xia elbow drops her off the bottom rope for 2. Xia's head is banged off the buckles. KK knees Xia in the face. KK sliding lariats her from behind for 2.

They trade shots and Xia stunners her off the casadora. Xia iconoclasms Kelly and pins her. 

Leg 2 - Xia Brookside vs Dani Luna

Xia uses the ropes to flip out of a wristlock. She then tries to roll out of one. Xia walks up the buckles and armdrags her. Xia yanks on the arm and wristlocks her. Dani tries to roll through, Xia rolls with her and Xia puts the hold back on.

Dani slams her. Dani overhead suplexes her and sliding lariats her for 2. Dani suplexes her then elbow drops the arm. Xia flying headscissors her and running back elbows her in the corner. Xia misses a meteora and Dani does a single leg dropkick. Dani hits a luna landing and pins her. 

Leg 3 - Dani Luna vs Rosemary

Dani drives her into the corner for corner spears. They forearm each other at the same time and Rose spears her. Rose stomps on Dani outside then bangs her head off the apron. Rose is sent into the post.

Rose bites Dani's hand. Rose hanging headscissors Dani over the top rope. Rose hits forearms. Dani shoulders her over and misses a sliding lariat. Rose sliding forearms her for 2. Dani flying kicks her in the gut.

Rose rakes the eyes and Dani back body drops her. Dani hits a luna landing and pins her.

Leg 4 - Dani Luna vs Indi Hartwell

Rosemary attacks Indi as she comes down the ramp. We goto break and return. Dani rolls her up. Indi hits shots on Dani. Indi boots and euros Dani over the 2nd rope for 2. Dani sliding lariats her for 2. Dani is thrown hard into the buckles for 2. Indi side slams her for 2.

Indi pulls Dani's arms back then Dani rolls her over. Indi spinebusters Dani for 2. They roll each other up and Indi seemingly pulls the tights to win.

Indi shakes her hand and helps her up. Dani lariats her then stomps on her. Dani flying kicks her. 

Leg 5 - Indi Hartwell vs Jody Threat

Jody comes down, yelling at Dani for turning on Indi. Dani tells Jody she did it for her. The bell rings and Dani goes to chair Indi. Jody stops Dani. Dani then nails Jody. Dani then chairs Indi. They rule that Jody wins the gauntlet by DQ as Jody got hit first. Guards comes to break it up and Dani lariats one of them.

Thoughts: The finish was really stupid. Dani chaired both wrestlers and the match should have been thrown out. Instead, Indi gets punished because Dani chaired Jody first. It wasn't that bad wrestling wise though. Xia/Dani had the best bout in the gauntlet and they did some old-school British wrestling in it to start things off. 

TNA Injury Report

Referee Daniel Spencer is cleared after getting lariated at the PLE. Zach Wentz has a shoulder injury and he's day to day. Matt Cardona is cleared from bruising. Ash By Elegance is cleared.

The Iinspiration do a promo. They complain about The Elegance Brand costing them the title match at the PLE. They say they have their eyes set on the tag titles. Fatal Influence walk in minus Jacy. Fallon says NXT is the superior brand and they are the superior team. Cassie asks if they want to prove it and Fallon says anytime. 

Jody Threat talks to Santino Marella. She says she can't accept the win and doesn't want a title shot. She says she didn't earn it and said Indi should be given in. Dani Luna comes in. She said she did it for her. Jody says Dani hit her in the face and asks what's wrong with her. Dani says she's not getting what she deserves.

Ryan Nemeth comes out. He says Nic Nemeth returns to TNA in 2 weeks.

We see a clip from after Emergence. Jake Something and Frankie Kazarian talk. Jake tells him not to get in his way again. Kaz says he should watch him wrestle if he wants to be something again.

Jake Something vs Frankie Kazarian

Kaz gets some punches in. Jake bodyblocks him. Jake corner lariats him then hits a short arm lariat. Jake back body drops him. Jake corner splashes him then throws him over the top and out of the ring. Jake goes for a dive but Kaz moves. Jake lariats him on the floor.

Jake lariats him on the floor. Jake hits a powerslam for 2. Jake clubs him and forearms him. Kaz backcrackers him and springboard legdrops him for 1.

Jake hits lariats. Kaz hits punches. Jake steps on his foot and forearms him down. Kaz goes up and over for a sunset flip attempt. Jake rolls through and hits a big sitout powerbomb for 2.

Jake forearms him. Kaz takes off the 2nd turnbuckle pad and Jake goes face first into it. Kaz hits a beach break and wins.

Thoughts: Kaz picking up bigger singles wins in 2025 is a very strange thing. It was acceptable. Jake hit a stiff lariat and powerbombed Kaz hard.  

The Hardy's go up to Mara Sade in the back. She's painting a picture for them. Jeff says he's working on stuff as well and invites her to come check it out.

Leon Slater and Cedric Alexander talk in the back. Ced congratulates him for the match at Emergence. Leon says he's trying to make moments and matches that live forever. Ced said Leon told him he'd love to tag with him. Ced says he got them a tag match next week vs The Hardy's. Leon isn't thrilled but says it'll be a banger. 

Santino Marella is on the phone and Steve Maclin comes in. He says he'll be Mike Santana's partner as he holds the line for TNA. Santino agrees. 

Jacy Jayne comes out to talk. She says she's not looking for sympathy from anyone in the back and says no one in the back has reached her level of success. She says the girls in the back couldn't hold two titles at once like her. She says Santino knows it too. She says she thrives when the odds are tacked against her. She said WWE never thanked her for bringing the title to WWE.

She says the fans don't support her, they support mediocrity. She says the women in the back will be hoping and praying the title gets brought back home. She says Masha and Ash will return empty handed and disappointed.

George Iceman comes out with Ash By Elegance. Ash says she's an attention whore. She says everyone should be talking about her. She talks about her accomplishments and asks what Jacy did. She's not impressed by her holding 2 titles. Ash says the match should be about her vs Jacy, not Masha. 

Masha Slamovich comes out. She says everyone is tired of hearing them run their mouths. She says she will beat both at Heatwave and bring the TNA title where it belongs. All 3 argue and Jacy leaves without any fights breaking out.

Tasha Steelz and The Great Hands look at Mara Sade's painting. Tasha says it's garbage and asks if a 5th grader did this. She says her dogs could do it with her paws. The Hardy's and Mara walk in. Tasha says this is trash and asks what it is. Mara says Tasha knows little about art. She says she will tell Santino that they will have a match. She says she will show how creative she can be. Matt then calls her a bleeped out word. We then see that Mara painted a Hardy Boyz logo. 

Myron Reed's head phones are pulled off by Eric Young. EY says there's a shift and change coming through. He says Reed gets to decide. Eric says he's the 3rd man in a group and when Trey comes back, he's expendable. Eric says he can decide which side he's on. Wentz comes in and asks what is going on. Reed says he thinks Eric is challenging him for next week. Eric says that's the wrong choice and a cleanse is coming.

Matt Cardona and The System (Moose and Brian Myers) vs Order 4 (Mustafa Ali, Jason Hotch and John Skyler)

BM and John shove each other in the corner then BM stomps on him there. BM flying forearms him. John takes an STO + russian legsweep combo. Matt back body drops Jason then corner lariats him. Matt then 2nd rope dropkicks him for 2.

Jason takes a double flapjack for 2. BM is backed up in the corner then takes punches and a basement dropkick from Ali. Ali is back body dropped out. Jason comes off the top and is hit then Moose powerbombs Jason out onto his partners. Matt armlocks John. Ali knees Matt from the apron. John eye rakes Matt. Matt takes a double rolling neckbreaker.

Jason knee lifts and neckbreakers Matt for 2. John hits mounted punches on Matt. Matt facebusters John. We go to break and return. Moose gets tagged in and dropkicks Ali while he sits up top. Matt uranages and sentons John. Moose pulls Ali off the buckles and hits a sky high.

Moose headbutts Jason then corner euros him. Matt codebreakers Jason then Moose powerbombs Jason. BM top rope elbow drops Jason for 2. Matt dropkicks John through the ropes then Ali topes Matt. Moose pump kicks Ali outside. Tasha stops Moose from doing it again. Moose picks her up. Moose takes a triple superkick from Order 4.

Moose is sent into the steps. Alisha Edwards checks on Moose and Tasha sends her into the steps. Eddie Edwards comes out and Agent Zero facekicks him. Ali low blows BM inside. BM takes a samoan drop + flipping neckbreaker and John pins BM.

Thoughts: Order 4 were the much smaller team and did a lot of bumping because of it. I thought they did too much and came off like jobbers from it. I was surprised they got the win but if there's one thing this company loves, it's embarrassing babyfaces, especially at home. This is Moose's hometown and he lost here, after losing the night before this at Emergence. The match was fast and full of action but the booking was bad.

Matt hits the heels after. Ali chairs Matt and throws him into the post. Moose is held by the guards. Ali goes to chair him. JDC comes out with a chair and Ali stops. JDC van daminators a guard then walks up the buckles and flip dives off the top.  JDC goes to chair Moose and Agent Zero gets in his way. Zero headbutts JDC then double arm chokeslams him on a chair. Order 4 then pose in the ring with JDC down under them.Moose is held by guards and forced to watch.

Overall thoughts: It was your usual Impact, just like it is every week. The wrestling is okay enough and everything makes sense, but there's nothing ever must see here. TNA dug into their usual tropes here and buried Moose at home after doing it to Mike Santana at Slammiversary. We had a really stupid finish to the women's gauntlet and Frankie Kazarian beat Jake Something for unknown reasons. I'd give this a 5 out of 10 and I don't think you need to see this one.
