Zoey Stark vs Maxxine Duprii

They lock up and Max is pulled down off the lock-up. Zoey then poses. Zoey waistlock takedowns her. Max hits armdrags. Max goes up and over then is superkicked. Zoey hits some mounted shots. Zoey hits corner spears.

Zoey hits chops then Max hits bad chops. Zoey snapmares Max then knee drops her in the face. Zoey chinlocks Max then throws her down backwards. Zoey hits ataxia for 2. Zoey misses a springboard dropkick. Max hits flying forearms then spin kicks her. Max pumping knees her. Max hits a fisherman's suplex and kips up.

Max hits a corner splash. Max does a reverse caterpillar elbow drop for 2 when Shayna Baszler puts Zoey's foot on the ropes. Max then cannonballs Shayna off the apron. Zoey superkicks Max then hits a Z360 to win.

Thoughts: Max tried but she's still green and just not a natural at this and I don't think that can ever be fixed. Zoey did her usual stuff. It was average. This was the first appearance of Damage Ctrl without Sonya, who just got fired.

Grayson Waller vs Penta

Penta's already being put on Main Event which isn't a good sign. This is a big drop off for Waller. Austin Theory is with Waller. Penta hugs someone in a mask and Theory yells at that person.

Penta piefaces GW then GW rightfully drops him with a punch. GW elbow drops him. Penta chops GW from the apron. Theory pulls down Penta outside. Penta superkicks Theory. GW then lariats Penta outside and yells at the masked guy in the front row.

We go to break and return. They trade chops. GW forearms him over. GW hits mounted forearms to the back of the neck for 2. GW euros Penta over. GW hits forearms. Penta kicks him as he bends over. Penta superkicks him in the spine and slingblades him. Penta then tope con hilos him outside.

Penta hits a top rope crossbody then GW jumping knees him. GW pulls Penta's throat down over the top. GW rolls in and hits a flatliner for 2. Penta pendulum double boots him in the corner for 2. Theory gets on the apron and GW nails him when Penta moves. Penta superkicks GW then does a spinning canadian destroyer off the up and over. Penta then cranks back on GW's arm. Penta hits a made in Japan.

Thoughts: They tried here and kept this one moving. It was fine for what it was and was an athletic and fast paced match as you would expect. I'm not sure why this was done on Main Event and not Raw.

Penta then brings in the fan with the mask after and it's George Kittle of the San Francisco 49ers. Kittle then poses with him.

Overall thoughts: There were only two new matches as usual. The women's match was average. The main was better and had George Kittle posing with Penta after the match. There was nothing must see here but Kittle getting involved is something above the usual star power of Main Event. I wouldn't really recommend this one, but it was only 15 minutes or so.
