AEW Collision 2/7/2026

Last week's show is here: https://prowresblog.blogspot.com/2026/02/aew-collision-1312026.html

We are in Las Vegas, NV. Tony Schiavone and Excalibur are on commentary.

The Young Bucks (Matt Jackson & Nick Jackson) vs. GOA (Bishop Kaun & Toa Liona)

The Bucks have only wrestled on this show like 3-4 times out of 131 episodes.

Toa shoves Matt back on the lock up. Toa shoulders him over and slams him. Toa slams him again and misses an elbow drop. Toa takes a double dropkick then is pulled over the top. Kaun is double dropkicked. Kaun takes an assisted shiranui and running knee. The Bucks are caught on plancha's outside and have their backs rammed into each other.

A Buck takes a double shoulderblock then a double trapezius hold. A Buck forearms them both. Kaun nails Toa on accident then Toa hits him on accident. A Buck is popped up into a double dropkick on GoA. Matt double dropkicks GOA through the buckles. Nick tope con hilos out, gets caught and is thrown into Matt. A Buck takes a Toa senton the apron then is dropkicked off the apron. A Buck is catapulted into a Toa headbutt. Toa tries a pin while posing on a Buck.

We go to PiP break and return. Toa misses a corner splash then Kaun hits one. Kaun hits a Buck from behind. The Buck avoids his splash and flips over the top into a stunner on Toa outside. Kaun takes punches from Nick. Nick spinning back elbows him and bulldogs him. Nick kicks Toa from the apron and slingshot facebusters Kaun. Nick apron moonsaults outside then top rope crossbodies Kaun for 2.

Kaun is put on the 2nd rope and Toa goes into him. A Buck top rope double stomps Toa's back and rolls into a backcracker on Kaun. The Bucks hit a top rope swanton/top rope elbow drop for 2 counts. Toa puts both Bucks on his shoulders then samoan drops both. Kaun slingshot plancha's The Bucks outside. Toa tries to apron moonsault both but never really flips and almost goes down head first.

A Buck is thrown off the top into a Toa shoulder. Another Buck is held for a cutter for 2. GoA's heads are banged together. Kaun is pulled over the top. Toa misses an apron senton. Nick walks up the buckles and corkscrews off the top onto GoA outside. The Bucks miss a BTE trigger then hit one on Kaun.

Toa is superkicked multiple times. A Buck hits a ddt on Toa. Kaun lariats a Buck over to the apron. Kaun then takes a Meltzer driver and is pinned.

Thoughts: It was the usual Bucks match with them doing every spot they know and winning as usual. GoA had some new double teams here and Toa almost broke his neck on an apron moonsault. As always, if they did about half the stuff they ended up doing, it would have been okay.

FTR and Big Stoke appear on the tron. Stoke congratulates them but says he can't believe they think they will be tag champs. He says The Elite all want to be champs and have that moment. Stoke says that was the good old days but they won't relive those again.

Dax says The Bucks have been chasing FTR's legacy for years. Dax says they are 11x champs and says he hopes they advance as there would be no better pleasure than to beat them one more time.

Brody King does a promo after Dynamite. He said he did what he said he would when he beat MJF. He said many would consider that the biggest win of his career. He says they are right until Grand Slam Australia.

Renee interviews Kris Statlander in the ring. Thekla appears in the ring when Kris isn't looking and Thek spears her. Skye Blue and Julia Hart come in. Thek whips Kris while she is held down. Thek says she doesn't care what the stipulation is, the end will be the same. She whips her more and says the end will be toxic. Thek then stands on her and holds up the title.

Kris gets on the mic as Thek goes to leave. Kris says Thek can meet "Straplander". She says they will fight in a strap match.

Sky neckbreakers KK for 2. KK cradles Sky for 2 then rolls him up for 2. KK jumps over a lariat then jumping ddt's him for 2.

KK is up top. Sky superplexes him for 2. KK dropkicks him. Sky sits on top and KK standing hurricanrana's him from the mat. KK springboard lariats him. KK hits a top rope 180 splash and pins him.

Thoughts
: These two aren't that different from each other and it was alright. It was a bit of random bout here. KK had some nice flying spots as usual. Sky took a painful looking bump where he rolled off the top rope and slammed into the ramp edge.

They shake hands after.

Hook does a promo outside. He says The Opps were on top of the world a few weeks ago but that's gone now. He says Samoa Joe is injured. He says while Joe is out recovering, he's the new boss. Hook says he won't take it lightly and says he was a born a winner and leader. He says we are looking at the greatest 2nd gen wrestler of all time and The Opps boss.

Mina Shirakawa vs. Viva Van

They lock up. Mina hammerlocks her and Viva reverses it. Mina wristlocks her. Van flips out using the bottom rope. Viva does Mina's shimmy and Mina says that's hers. Mina slingblades Viva.

Viva knees Mins in the gut and clubs her. Mina hits forearms and is stomped in the arm. Vivan snapmares her then straightjacket chokes her. Mina armdrags her.

Viva slingshots over her and is forearmed down. Mina hits a strike combo and drops her with a chest kick. Viva's leg is pulled down over the middle rope after a sloppy kick from Viva. Mina slingshot tornillo's her for 2. Mina bangs Vivan's knee off the mat.

Mina buzzsaw kicks her from behind. Mina ducks a lariat and uraken's her. Mina rolls her into a figure four and submits her.

Thoughts:
It wasn't good. Viva's always pretty sloppy and she's just not athletic enough for some of the flips she tried here. Mina wasn't that much better.

Mina goes to leave and The Death Riders music hits. Wheeler Yuta, Shair and Mox come out. Mina is upset.

Marina Shafir and Wheeler Yuta vs Skyflight (Dante Martin and Zayda Steel)

Shafir blocks Dante's springboard. Shafir then throws Dante on the floor. Yuta germans Dante for 2 then sleepers him. We go to PiP break and return.

Yuta chops Dante. Dante is sat up top. Yuta rakes Dante's back. Dante top rope flip dives onto Yuta. Yuta germans Dante for 2. Yuta hits downward elbows on Dante. Dante forearms him and gets his eyes raked. The girls get in. Zay thesz presses Shafir and hits mounted shots. Zay neckbreakers Shafir and hits Yuta.

Zay comes off the top, Shafir catches her and swinging side slams her. Shafir does mother's milk to her and Zay is out.

Thoughts: I'm not a big fan of intergender matches as the men are never smart enough to hit the girls and get the easy pin. Mox talked about people thinking Yuta's hair is fake during this. I think it's obvious Yuta is getting a hair cut in Australia next week.

Yuta teases cutting Dante's hair after then grabs Zayda by the hair. Toni Storm and Orange Cassidy come out. Toni then tries to cut Shafir's hair with scissors. The heels back off and Toni stares them down.

We see Alex windsor and Jamie Hayter drinking beer. A guy asks if he can join in. They beat him up and hit him with a glass. Jamie then says she knows the name of their team and we see a graphic for "The Brawling Birds".

We see an MJF promo from Dynamite. He says Page will get handled for sticking his nose in his business. He says he hopes Page beats Andrade as he hates Page. He says Andrade winning will be just as fun too as he will lay down the hammer on him. He says he bets Brody King is excited. He says tonight is a fluke and says King wouldn't have had a prayer without Page. MJF says his back is up against the wall and that's when the devil is at his most dangerous. He says he will make King his b!tch.

Thekla vs Brittnie Brooks

Brooks has done jobs on TNA before and jobbed on Dynamite this week.

BB tells Thek to come on. Thek drops her with a forearm twice. Thek does a spider walk and spears her for the win.

Thoughts
: It was a short squash and a waste of time.

Brooks is held after by Thek and her crew. Thek whips her with a strap. Thek then does the spider pose over her.

Jon Moxley does a promo. He says KT beat him twice. He says he doesn't believe in failure but iteration. He says no matter what the world puts in front of them, eventually they will succeed. He says Takeshita is not the same kid who came from DDT years ago. He says he evolved and is much different. He says they are both the best. He says both are chasing the dragon and one of them will find it.

Zach is sent into a car. Bill chokeslams Zach on a windshield. Dez takes a doomsday device on the concrete (Drake was on a car roof). Eddie headbutts Gibson. Ortiz and Eddie double suplex Bill on the limo roof.

The Vets fight Eddie and Ortiz. They all trade shots then the face take low blows. The Vets choke Eddie with a scarf. Ortiz then chokes The Vet with a wire. Isla Dawn hits Ortiz with something and breaks it up. Myron Reed swantons off a car roof onto The Vets. Isla swings a pipe at Reed. Reed puts her in the back of a car. Ortiz powerbombs Drake on a windshield. Eddie ddt's Gibson on top of a car. Eddie pins Gibson on the windshield to win.

Thoughts: It was entertaining, full of action and a total war but I can't really put this over. There were some really dangerous spots here and I'd be shocked if no one got injured from this. This was totally brutal at times and was full of stuff nobody should ever do.

Roderick Strong is interviewed. He says things haven't been going his way and a change is needed. He says that's why he answered Ciampa's challenge. Mark Briscoe interrupts. He says Rod has what it takes to become the TNT champ and says he believes he has what it takes also if he gets another shot. He asks Rod to give him, his Conglomeration buddy, the first shot if he wins tonight. Rod says thanks for the words of encouragement, but says he's not in The Conglomeration.

TC hits a double underhook sitout drop on CC for 2. CC giant swings TC. CC pop-up euros RS for 2. CC takes 2 jumping knees from RS for 2. TC running knees RS and pins him.

Thoughts: It was almost all strikes here. They had some good spots but the three-way's are always a bit hard to manage. What we got was fine. This could have used a bit more time. Ciampa won the title last week and there was no reason for him to lose it here.

Kyle Fletcher comes out. Kyle comes in. He asks Ciampa how it feels to be All Elite. He asks how it feels to know he will never fill his shoes. He says he's the greatest TNT champ of all time. He says he was looking to take the title from Mark Briscoe but Ciampa changed that. He says he wants to walks into Grand Slam Australia and get the hero's welcome he deserves. He challenges him for the TNT Title on Dynamite. Ciampa holds the title up at him. Kyle says he will find out what the best really looks like.

Overall thoughts: It was a wrestling heavy show as always. Most of the matches were random as always as well. They did an okay job making it seem like the show mattered as some of the stars were here and things were set up for other shows. The parking lot brawl was the match of the night but it was dangerous and I'd be shocked if no one got injured from it. The main was acceptable as well. I'd give it a 6 out of 10 overall as it was alright overall.
