Vic Joseph, Corey Graves and Booker T are on commentary.

Fatal Influence come out to the ring to talk. Jacy says Jordynne Grace damaged her throat by hitting her with a forearm in it. She said she didn't have a good night at The Great American Bash. She said she did what she always does though and shocked the fans. Fallon says Jacy will be champ for a long time. She says it'll be champ vs champ against Masha Slamovich at Slammiversary. She says she will be the one walking out with both titles.

Masha Slamovich comes out. She says the only reason she's still holding the NXT Title is because Blake Monroe hit Grace with the title. She said Jacy lost on Saturday and it took 4 of them to win at Evolution. She says she will be the first TNA wrestler to hold the NXT Title. Jacy promises she will never touch her NXT Title. She says something about holding two titles.

Sol Ruca and Zaria then come out. Sol says she won't be the only one with 2 titles as she has two. She says she will put her money on Masha in the match vs Jacy. Zaria says Sol was the MVP this weekend.

Nyx says Zaria is jealous that Fatal Influence are friends. The girls all end up fighting and Jacy gets triple teamed. The heels get knocked out of the ring.

We get a video on Tony D'Angleo's history in NXT.

Mike Santana, Joe Hendry and Trick Williams vs The Dark State (Saquon Shugars, Osiris Griffin and Cutler James)

Mike tope con hilos Dark State before they enter. Joe hits punches and headbutts on Dion. Shugars is thrown in and Mike boots him. Shugars misses a corner charge and is enzugiri'd. Shugars is dropped body first on the mat and Mike sentons him.

Trick slams Shugars then hits chops on him. Trick jumping side kicks him. Griffin lariats Trick while Trick mocks Joe. We go to break and return. Mike backrolls at Dion and Dion hits a waistlock takedown.

Dion forearms Mike in the back. Mike backrolls into a double cutter on Dion and Griffin. Joe comes in and lariats Dark State. He hits punches on Griffin then ddt's him. Joe fallaway slams Dion then Shugars. 

Joe hits a reverse AA on Shugars for 2. All 6 men fight in the ring. Trick pushes Joe and yells at him and Mike. Mike and Joe then punch Trick together. Mike then does an asai moonsault while Joe hurdles over the top. Mike and Joe countdown then The System's theme hits. JDC, Brian Myers and Eddie Edwards then come down and help beat up Dark State for the DQ.

Thoughts: The ending was weird as The System don't like Joe or Mike yet helped them out here. What we got of the match was fine with everyone hitting signature moves but we didn't get a ton of this one.

Arianna Grace talks to various girls in the locker room. Karmen Petrovic talks to her. Kali Armstrong comes in and says she should have been in the battle royale at Evolution, not Karmen who wasn't going to win. Karmen says she should talk to Ava to try and take Kali's title off her. Kali says she doesn't back down from any competition and tells her to talk to Ava. She says they can get it cracking tonight. Arianna says that escalated quick.

We get a video on Stacks' history in NXT.

WWE Evolve Women's Title - Kali Armstrong (c) vs Karmen Petrovic

This is Kali's NXT TV debut, though she was on Level Up towards the end of it.

Kali throws KP backwards. KP legsweeps her and running kicks her. KP steps over her arm and kips her in the face. Kali hits punches. Kali powerslams KP.  Jordynne Grace comes down, trips and attacks both girls no reason to cause a no contest.

Grace says she's not leaving the ring until Blake Monroe tells her why she did what she did. Robert Stone and Stevie Turner come down and say she's not here. We get a newspaper headline on the tron that says Blake despises everything about Grace. The voiceover says Grace isn't good enough to carry her shows. She says Grace is invited to her singles debut next week and says then she can see the difference between them. Grace then hits Stevie and spinebusters Stone. Grace runs to the back. Ava gets in her face with security to end the segment.

Thoughts: I didn't get or like this. And it's a shame Kali had to make her NXT debut like this when she deserves much better. This did not make Grace look good.

The Undertaker's WWE LFG team talks. Drake says their team is on a roll and will be unstoppable. They say Taker will be on NXT next week. Trick Williams comes in. He says to move and says they are on A&E and think they can do what they want here. Trick says when he tells you to move, you better move. Trick says we can fight now if you want to do something about it. Drake stands up to Trick. Trick walks away and says they are wasting his time. The Undertaker then calls Shiloh and we cut away.

Ava talks to Jasper Troy. She says what Troy did was unacceptable this weekend. She says he can't keep attacking people who look at him the long way. Ava says if Troy wants to prove himself, he can do so in the matches she makes. Troy says he was minding his own business and Ricky came into his territory. Ava says they settle things in the way and it'll be Troy vs Saints in Houston. He says Saints will bend the knee and he will break him.

We then get a video on Luca Crusifino.

Lash Legend is interviewed. She says she talks a big game but backs it up. She talks about her performance at Evolution. She says at Slammiversary, one woman walks out with 2 titles. She says she will greet the double champ. Jaida Parker comes in. She says she's not the only woman in NXT who made an impression in the battle royal. She says if anyone will confront Masha or Jacy in Houston, it's her. She then tells her to clock it. Lash calls it delusion.

Tony D'Angelo vs Stacks vs Luca Crusifino

Tony hits punches on both men then they grab his arms. Tony fights off both then flying forearms both. Tony spinebusters Luca and hits mounted punches. Tony lariats Stacks, making him ddt Luca. Stacks looks for the crowbar but it's not there. Tony said he knew he was gonna do that. Tony hits punches on Stacks.

Luca bowls Tony over then hiptoss suplexes Stacks. Luca hits a double ddt off a double suplex attempt. Luca baseball slides both opponents outside. Tony gets facekicked off the apron then Stacks kicks Luca, knocking him onto Tony outside.

We go to PiP break and return. Stacks hits corner cannonballs on both. Stacks hits mounted shots on Tony. Stacks does Tony spot and hits Luca in the gut many times. Tony then does it Stacks. Tony is pushed into Luca and sends him out of the ring. Stacks tries to hiptoss Tony over the top but Tony ends up hiptossing him over the top. Tony lariats Luca on the floor.

Stacks grabs a crowbar under the ring then sends Tony into the steps. Stacks hits a knee curbstomp for 2. Luca flying euros Stacks in the corner. Tony slingshot double germans both opponents. We get a tower of doom spot with Luca throwing both. Tony buckle bombs Stacks. Luca slingshot double shoulderblocks his opponents. Luca swinging codebreakers Tony. Tony gets hit with a big rig for 2. Luca stops Stacks from using the crowbar. Luca then is pushed into the post. Tony spears Stacks through the riser.

Tony spinebusters Luca onto the commentary table then spinebusters Stacks to win.

Thoughts: I liked it. The three worked well together and we got a couple nice spots out of this. It's a shame it didn't get more time to play out but they did as much as they could here. I was a bit surprised to see Tony win. I have no idea where things go from here with any of these three.

Tavion Heights asks Wren why she wouldn't throw the towel in. She says Charlie wasn't going to let up. Tavion says look what Myles did on his own and said he wanted his own shot. Charlie Dempsey comes in. Tavion says he beat him and he has nothing to say. Charlie says they could go at it next week but Wren says they are busy as she is facing Blake Monroe at home in Texas. Wren says it's their choice if they want to be in her corner.

Josh Briggs comes out to talk. Josh said he saw an opportunity get squandered at The Bash. He said Inamura didn't win as much as Josh wanted him to. He said Inamura got a title match on a PPV and said he hasn't even sniffed an NXT Title match. He says Inamura is too nice. 

He says this is a cut throat business and you take a shot when you have an opportunity by any means necessary. Oba Femi comes out. Oba says The Bash wasn't supposed to be about Josh. He said Josh ruined the match and people are questioning Oba's win. He says Josh is jealous.

Josh says Oba is about to break and nothing lasts forever. Yoshiki Inamura comes out. He says Josh doesn't speak for him. Oba says Inamura deserves another title shot but Josh doesn't deserve anything. Inamura tells Josh to be quiet and says he's his own man. He says he will do what it takes to win but he will do it with honor. Josh asks for a triple threat match for the NXT Title next week. Oba asks if this is hwat he wants. Josh hits Oba, Oba hits him back then nails Inamura on accident. Josh hits Inamura with an elbow on accident. Security then comes down to stop it. 

Ethan Page talks about Canada's Indpendence Day and 4th of July. He said he almost broke his back against Ricky Saints. He says he's ready for a celebration but not tonight. He wants to do it in Houston, Texas.

Ricky Saints is interviewed. He sais he told people who he would be the man around here. He says Jasper Troy picked the wrong place and the wrong guy. He says Troy's rage will cost him next week in Texas. He says we will find out why Saints is everything he says he is.

The Undertaker tweets at Trick Williams, threatening him.

Masha, Sol and Zaria talk in the back. Zaria says we have this. Sol says they will root for Masha. Masha says let's go kick some @ss. We see The Culling walking in the back. Tatum is hiding. Izzi tells her to get up. Tatum says it was all her fault this weekend. Izzi says she's mad at Sol, not her. Izzi tells her to stop worrying. Tatum says she thinks she has an idea.

Fatal Influence (Jacy Jayne, Jazmyn Nyx and Fallon Henley) vs Sol Ruca, Masha Slamovich and Zaria

Zar and Fallon go at it. Zar shoves her backwards. Fallon forearms her then Zar shoulders her over. Sol top rope double axe handles Fallon's arm then codebreakers it. Masha snapmares Fallon and kicks her in the back. Masha's head is banged off the buckles. Nyx springboard enzugiri's Masha. Masha boots Nyx in the side of the head and lariats her.

Masha rolls up Jacy then Jacy armdrags her. Jacy flying headscissors Masha then back elbows her for 2. Masha high kicks Jacy. Jacy takes a double hiptoss and a double elbow drop. Lexis King is in the crowd with covers on his ears. Ava comes down and takes them.

Sol surfs on Jacy's back then slams Nyx onto Jacy for 2. Sol's throat is pulled over the top rope and Jacy superkicks her. Fallon wraparound kicks Sol on the post outside. We go to PiP break and return.

Jacy chinlocks Sol on her back and Sol drops her backwards. Zar comes in and beats up on Nyx and Fallon. she backdrops Nyx then germans Fallon. Jacy superkicks Zar then Nyx leg lariats Zar. Jacy running neckbreakers Zar for 2.

Nyx boots Zar in the corner. Zar hits a 2nd rope double clothesline on the heels. Masha comes in and lariats Jacy several times. She hook kicks Jacy and facekicks Nyx. She step up knees Jacy and facekicks her in the corner. Masha spinning heel kicks Jacy for 2.

Jacy cradles Masha then lariats her for 2. Masha takes a double flapjack then a double facebuster. Jacy pumping knees Masha for 2. Nyx pele kicks Sol and Zaria spears Nyx. Tatum Paxley and Izzi Dame come out with Spears and Niko. Sol and Zar hit cannonballs on them. Hank and Tank fight The Cullimg to the back.

Masha spinning high kicks Jacy then hits a northern lights bomb and wins.

Thoughts: It was a nice tag match here. They kept a fast pace and it was full of action. I thought it was good and I liked it. Nyx had a good showing as usual in the little she got to do. I'm assuming Masha beating Jacy here means she loses at Slammiversary, but I hope that is not the case and it's not that I'm some big Masha fan, I just don't want to see TNA lose again.

Overall thoughts: This show really hyped up next week's show which is being pushed as big deal. They did a good job with it and made me want to see that show. The opener was okay but I didn't like the ending. I didn't like Kali and Karmen's match be interrupted so a face Jordynne Grace could beat them up. The three-way delivered and went about as well as it could. The main was good too. It was a good show overall with a ton of things going on and lots of outside guests. I'd give it a 7 out of 10 total and I liked it overall.
