We are in St. Joseph, MO. This is themed as "The Countdown to TNA Unbreakable" as the TNA Unbreakable PPV is on after this (Thursday at 10PM EST). I'm not expecting much in or out of the ring on this one.

Laredo Kid vs Jason Hotch

JH backs him up on the ropes. They botch a spot and Kid slaps him. Kid springboard headscissors him. Kid does a seated springboard into an armdrag then drops JH on his face. He basement dropkicks him. Kid is distracted by Tasha Steelz, then JH gets the edge off of it.

JH hits chops and punches in the corner. Kid neckbreakers him. Kid hits a top rope dropkick then topes him. Kid hits a corner forearm and falcon arrow. Kid then hits moonsaults off the buckles.

JH avoids one and enzugiri's him. JG then rolls into a neckbreaker for 2. They fight on the buckles and Kid 2nd rope michinoku drivers him for 2. Kid hits shots. Kid does a springboard crossbody but is caught into a nice spinning backbreaker on JH's back.

JH starts looking under the ring for some reason. Kid hits a top rope spanish fly and wins.

Thoughts: The finish was weird here with Hotch going to look for something under the ring when he had things going then getting caught. I didn't like that. I also didn't like the 2nd rope michinoku driver being kicked out. 

Leon Slater is interviewed. He says the idea of being the youngest X-Division champ sounds good. He says he has to beat Brian Myers tonight. He says he didn't forget about Myers hitting him with a ring last time. He says he has grown since then and will beat Brian. He says then his focus will be on Rebellion and becoming the youngest X-Division champ.

Santino Marella and Cody Deaner talk. Cody says his contract is up May 1st and asks if Santino can do anything about it. Santino says it will be addressed this week. He says the board is big on wins and losses and he doesn't remember the last time Cody won a match. Cody says it's not about that as the fans are behind him. He says he has 4 children. Santino says the board really focuses on wins and losses. He says he has an Ultimate X Qualifier spot open and says if Cody can win that, he has a good case to keep him.

Jasmyn Nyx vs Xia Brookside

Xia has Lei Ying Lee with her and Nyx has Fatal Influence with her.

Nyx wristlocks her. Xia rolls up, kips up and side headlock takeovers her. Nyx headscissors Xia and Xia handstands out. Xia rolls her up twice for 2 nearfalls.

Xia boots her out of the corner then headscissors her. Xia running dropkicks her then crossbodies her. Xia is dropped face first on the buckles. Nyx boots her in the corner then foot chokes her. 

Nyx chokes her on the ropes, leg sweeps her and PK's her for 2. Nyx fisherman suplexes her for 2. Nyx stomps on Xia's back. Xia is bulldgoed into the middle buckle and Nyx chest kicks her. They high kick each other at the same time and both go down.

Xia hits lariats then flying headscissors Nyx. Xia misses a corner meteora and Nyx rolls her up for 2. Nyx leg lariats her for 2. Xia his a crossbody off the buckles and Nyx is sent into the buckles.

Xia hits a corner meteora. Fallon distracts the ref and argues with Lei. Jacy distracts Xia. Rosemary comes down and green mists Jacy for some reason. Nyx tries to capitalize but Xia cradles her and wins.

Thoughts: It was easily Xia's best match in TNA so far. It got a lot of time and the two worked well together. Nyx continues to improve and showed up to play here when got the chance in this one. I'd like to see this one again and thought this helped both girls. This worked. 

Cody Deaner gets on the mic before his match. He says he's fighting for his job. He says he was told he has to win tonight to keep his job. He said some people said he can't win but he says if he has the people on his side, he can. He says he thinks he can beat the crap out of KC Navarro. KC gets on the mic and says pardon me.

KC says Cody hasn't won in a year. He says the people want to see KC in Ultimate X, not him (that's not exactly a lie). KC says he has $500, which is more than anyone in the crowd has anyway. He gives him money for his kids and tells him to forfeit. 

Cody says it's not his choice or KC's choice whether he leaves. He says it's the people's choice. He asks if he should leave or kick his @ss. The crowd chants for the latter and he nails KC.

Ultimate X Qualifier - KC Navarro vs Cody Deaner

Cody hits punches then hits mounted corner punches. Cody then puts the money in KC's mouth and punches him. KC dropicks him over the 2nd rope and hits mounted shots.

KC hits forearms and double stomps him for 2. Cody hits lariats then bulldogs him. Cody airplane spins him into a TKO for 2. KC punches Cody with a chain and wins.

Thoughts: The match was fine. I was surprised to see KC win this one. Him winning with a chain shot was a nice way to get some extra heat here.

George Iceman comes out. He says Ash is on vacation at a tropical beach resort that no one in the crowd can afford. He then says he wants to unveil his new project and it's Maggie Lee. He says she's farm fresh but not sophisticated or posh. George says she will get the opportunity of a lifetime tonight and will bring out her partner who is sophisticated and posh - Heather by Elegance.

Gigi Dolin and Tatum Paxley vs Heather By Elegance and Maggie Lee

HBE = Heather By Elegance

Lee and Gigi lock up. Lee pushes her into the corner. Lee knees her in the gut. Gigi goes up and over her then gets a pin attempt on her for 2. Gigi pulls on Lee's arms on the ropes then dropkicks her between the ropes.

TP elbow drops Lee. Lee suplexes her. TP bangs Lee's head off of her knee. TP corner crossbodies Lee then Gigi bronco busters Lee. Gigi htis Kawada kicks. George distracts Gigi. Lee drops Gigi throat first on the top rope then wheelbarrow germans her.

Lee pump kicks Gigi in the corner then HBE corner dropkicks Gigi. HBE stomps and foot chokes Gigi in the corner. Lee stomps Gigi then HBE stomps Gigi. Gigi headscissors HBE from the mat. TP gets in and hits forearms. She step up enzugiri's HBE then neckbreakers her.

TP hits a nwckbreaker on HBE. HBE takes maybe a double headbutt then she takes the cemetary drive and is pinned.

Thoughts: This was weird booking wise as the heels lost and Heather was the one that lost. That doesn't really make a lot of sense and doesn't help this storyline. It was an average match overall and nothing too special.

George Iceman talks to Heather and Maggie in the back. George says he will file grievances and call the lawyers. George says they need to make sure Ash doesn't find out about this. Lash and Jakara walk in and mock them. Lash says they need to put their titles up for grabs. Spitfire walk in and say they have a rematch clause. Tatum and Gigi then walk in and say they want a shot. Heather yells at everyone as they surround her. Heather agrees to a four way and says to stop yelling at her. George is confused and gets mad. He says Ash will have their heads.

We get a video on the classic AJ Styles vs Samoa Joe vs Christopher Daniels match at Unbreakable 2005. Some of the wrestlers chime in on it. Kaz says he's tired of this and says of course Unbreakable 2025 will be good.

AJ Francis is in Vegas and he's outside. He says he's buying property. He says he bought a piece of property and says hiswin at the PPV will be a down payment. He says he will be the first International champion.

Joe Hendry and Masha Slamovich talk. Joe says they come from different backgrounds but both want to be the best. Joe says the titles are what things are all about and they won't relinquish them. Joe says he's not 100% though. Masha says Tessa Blanchard is trying to break her and take everything from her.

Masha says Tess came into her house and ring and spit on her. Masha says Tessa tried to get under her skin and it worked. Masha says they don't break. Masha says she doesn't want to beat Tessa, she wants to hurt her. Joe says the only thing that is unbreakable is their grasp on the titles.

Jakara Jackson vs Dani Luna

JJ hits her from behind. Dani side headlocks her. JJ side headlocks her. Dani shouldersher over. Dani exploders her then sliding lariats her. Lash sweeps Dani on the apron. The ref ejects Lash. Lash refuses to leave and gets in her face. Another ref and a guard comes down. Lash nails the guard.

JJ hits mounted forearms on Dani. JJ cravates Dani. Dani slams her. JJ hits knee drops on Dani for 2. Dani and JJ run into each other and both go down. Dani hits lariats then flying kicks her.

JJ knees Dani in the gut then Dani does a slingshot blue thunder for 2. JJ is sent into the buckles. JJ tornado ddt's her for 2. Dani lariats her then hits a luna landing and wins.

Thoughts: I wasn't interested in this one. Neither are that great and it was just the average leading the average. It also got more time than it needed. 

Elijah is in the ring with a guitar and Gia does an intro for him. Eli plays guitar and asks who wants to walk with him. He sings about Kaz and signs a song with the lyrics of "Walk This Way". Elijah says there will be a "Walk With Elijah Open Challenge" at the PLE.

Ethan Page says we are 10 days away from Rebellion. He says Rebellion is all he has to worry about. He says Kazarian and Joe Hendry are in a match though. Page wonders why Joe is making so many silly decisions. He says Joe's shoulder is 80% and wonders how it will be when Kaz gets his hands on him. He says he beat Joe at 100% and says he will join everyone else and enjoy the entire show. He says he only has to worry about getting ready for Joe.

Leon Slater vs Brian Myers

Leon and BM shove each other. Leon shoulders BM over then hiptosses him. Leon htis a dropkick. BM's head is banged off the buckles. BM's head is banged off the buckles. BM superkicks him and sends him into the corner. BM kicks him in the back. Leon rewind kicks him.

Leon handspring back elbows BM. BM goes out and has his shoulder pulled into the post. Leon is swept on the apron. BM spears him ont he floor. BM chinlocks him. BM trips him and slides out. They trade shots. BM sleepers him on his back.

Leon boots him out of the corner and flying single leg dropkicks him. Leon hits a top rope crossbody for 2. Leon dropkicks him then hits a leg lariat for 2. BM pele kicks him, superkicks him and hits an imapaler ddt for 2. 

BM goes up top and is enzugiri'd down to the floor.  Leon tope con hilos him over the post. BM tries to put a ring on to hit Leon with. The ref takes the ring. BM low blows Leon then lariats him for the win.

Thoughts: It was acceptable but nothing too special. I feel like I saw this same match and finish recently though. I think Brian got his mouth bloodied here.

Overall thoughts: It was a long episode of TNA. Due to the PPV being on after this and them taping everything in 1-2 days, there weren't a lot of stars left for this show and the show had heavy help from NXT. There was nothing really must see here or anything with big consequences moving forward. It was mostly a filler show. Xia/Nyx was the best thing on here and the main was acceptable.I'd give it a 5 out of 10 as it was really average. I wouldn't recommend it.
