As always, I'm new to this promotion as well. They at least have some name graphics, but I do have to use English subtitles, so I don't fully know what's going on.

Hector Irizarry and Cano Montes are the commentators. Hector really does have a Puerto Rican Conrad Thompson thing going on.

Someone's bothering the president of GZW, Richard Rondon. They set up a match for this guy against one of Joe Colon's crew. Richard then goes away as he gets a phone call.

Drakon vs Axel Skull

Watch for the guy in the back hitting his kid in the head with a chop

Drakon wears a Bane mask and carries a sword. Axel just wears camo, a shirt and a bandana. Axel wants a handshake and Drakon pushes him. I think Drakon may be managed by a guy named Venganza Letal, that wears a Dr. Wagner esque mask.. They trade nice punches and Axel hits some nice dropkicks and gets him out. Drakon hits a nice kick to the chest and splashes him. Drakon's manager works Axel's arm over the bottom rope then Drakon slams down Axel's arm over the bottom rope.

Drakon hits some uppercut punches that the announcers say are karate strikes, then Drakon pounds on him in the corner. Drakon's manager then takes cheap shots on Axel. Drakon spin kicks Axel and he argues with his manager outside. Drakon gets back in and continues working the arm. Axel tries to get a comeback going but takes a crossbody. Axel hits some nice punches on Drakon then Axel does a sit-out spinebuster for 2.  Axel climbs the top rope and Drakon's manager tries to shake the ropes. Axel then is belly to belly suplexed off the top but Axel ropebreks on the pin attempt.

Drakon hits something like a pele kick then top rope splashes Axel. He then armbars him and taps him out for the win.

This was a pretty solid match. Drakon worked the arm most of the match then finished it with an armbar. He and his manager were heels and Axel was a decent face with good punches.

Drakon pokes his sword into Axel after and threatens the ref with it.

Luis Cruz is at the commentators booth. He was all over the N.O.W. show I reviewed.

Luis Forza talks with an announcer about Joe Colon. He says he knows Joe Colon for 8 years. He says Joe owes him a lot.

We have some commercials for a tattoo and jewelry shop.

I believe La Revolucion from NOW does a promo. They say they will destroy Los Bastardos and say they have been the best tag team year after year.
 

The announcers talk about Los Bastardos vs La Revulucion and say it is No DQ. Luis says Los Bastardos will learn to respect Joe Colon.

Luis goes up to Los Bastardos who are arriving at the building. Luis wants an interview and they grab him by the shirt and put him against the wall. They then get jumped by Las Bestias Del Apocalipsis and Luis talks trash while they get beaten. One of them is choked with a chain. One of Los Bastardos gets a suitcase thrown at him during this.

Luis and Las Bestias Del Apocalipsis do a promo. Luis yells at Los Bastardos for trying to put their hands on him.

 

Los Bastardos (Kenolly and John Slayer) then do a promo with the other commentator(Hector Irizarry). He said he apologiez for what happened to them. John calls them cowardly. John says they want a No DQ match as they specialize at that. They said they don't fear anything and said they want revenge on June 18th. 

 

No Disqualification - Las Bestias Del Apocalipsis (Bane and Balrog) with Luis Cruz vs Los Bastardos

John Slayer is in front, Kenolly is in the back

They fight outside before they even get in the ring. Slayer hits one of the LBDA's with a kendo stick then the other LBDA his punches on Kenolly. Slayer hits someone's head off the gimmick table and then a trash can. Slayer then throws a trash can at him then Slayer gets whipped hard into the cement bleachers. Slayer then gets suplexed on the floor. Slayer gets beaten up in the stands then Kenolly beats up his opponents in the stands.

Slayer hits kendo stick shots and suplexes his opponent on the gym floor. Slayer chokes him with a kendo stick then Kenolly gets some kendo stick shots in. They finally get in the ring and Slayer gets chokeslammed. One of the LBDA's takes two kendo stick shots then another jumps Kenolly from behind.

Kenolly gets hanged with a chain while an LBDA is in the ring. Luis Cruz tries to hit Kenolly but his shot is blocked. He gets pushed and takes a nice bump then Slayer top rope frogsplashes an LBDA to win!

This was short but this was super action packed and I really liked this. It was a good hardcore brawl with people taking suplexes on the gym floor and Luis even getting a nice bump in there with a hot crowd. No fancy or funny crap here which I appreciated.

One of the LBDA's turns on the other after and chokeslams him. Luis throws a chain in and the one LBDA takes some punches and has his mask ripped. He then comes back with punches and takes a black hole slam. Luis then poses with one of the LBDA's after.

The commentators talk about the big turn and hype up the big show this week.

We cut to Cano interviewing Luis Forza. Luis says the devil will tremble when he is in front of him. He says Joe Colon's wrestler will fall in front of him. Luis says something to the affect that he is urinating in his territory. He said he doesn't come alone and says people will fall at the Summer Bash show.

Forza then talks with Ricard Rondon. He tells him to take it easy and asks him what he really wants here. Fora says he wants respect and wants the title. He tells him to win his match and implies maybe he can do something for him then. Forza says Rondon dresses well and he guarantees victory. Rondon then gets a phone call after.

Overall thoughts: This was a pretty good show and the best in-ring show of the week in Puerto Rico. Drakon/Axel Skull was good and the No DQ match was really good with a cool turn at the end. Definitely worth checking out if you want to see some Puerto Rican wrestling.
