Next week's show is here: https://prowresblog.blogspot.com/2025/07/wwe-evolve-7302025.html

Robert Stone and Peter Rosenberg are on commentary.

Dante Chen vs Edris Enofe

Chen drops him with a punch to start then hits punches in the corner. Chen hiptosses him and side headlock takeovers him. Chen shoulders him over and basement dropkicks him. Enofe bends over and is kicked. Chen is dropped throat first on the ropes and Enofe running facekicks him.

Enofe hits mounted punches. Enofe knee drops him. Stone says Enofe's ceiling is so high you can't see it. Enofe does a cravate. Chen elbows him in the gut and backfists him in the face. Enofe double axe handles him and ddt's him for 2.

Enofe does the cravate again. Chen neckbreakers him. Chen hits some punches then running lariats him. Chen step up enzugiri's him and pump kicks him. Enofe slides out to the apron and stunners Chen over the top. Enofe goes for a straightjacket neckbreaker, Chen goes for the pin then Enofe pins him using the tights.

Thoughts:
It was pretty dry and just average. There wasn't a lot going on excitement or personality wise here.

We see Jordan Oasis talk to It's Gal and Sam Halloway. Jordan says Keanu Carver is trying to put an end to WWE ID and he explains why it's bad. Gal doesn't get it. Jordan says they need to be on the same page and asks if one of them will team with him. Gal says his request is denied and he's weak and pale. Sam asks who would ever wanna tag with him? Cappuccino Jones and Jack Cartwheel come in. They say Jordan has been earning his stripes here. Gal says it's a lie and Jack asks who he is to degrade him. Jordan says he's gotta find him a tag partner. Gal and Sam make fun of him. Gal says Sam has become a ferocious stud and says it's nothing they'd know about. Sam says maybe him and Gal can send them packing. Jones says to go do that.

Thoughts: I thought Gal did good here and showed some personality. It's stuff like this that makes you realize why they signed him.

Adrenaline Drip (Cappuccino Jones and Jack Cartwheel) vs It's GAL and Sam Holloway

Gal has a megaphone with him. Sam has worked on his look a lot and looks different from when he started.

Gal backs him up in the corner and taunts him. CJ side headlock takeovers him then does push-up's while he headscissors him. SJ snapmares him and does push-up's on him. Gal then squats him and CJ dropkicks him. CJ dropkicks Gal and Jack running ssp's Gal. Jack step up enzugiri's Gal and is sent out when Sam pulls the ropes down. Sam dropkicks Jack on the floor then sends CJ into the post crotch first. Sam steps over the 2nd rope and elbow drops him for 2. Gal dropkicks Jack then does push-up's.

Gale legdrops him for 2. Gal throws Jack then running euros him. Sam double underhook suplex throws Jack for 2. Sam then chinlocks him. Jack flips out of a throw, CJ springboards in and dropkicks Sam. CJ hits lariats on Sam and superman punches him.

Gal gets on the mic with the megaphone. Sam runs into him and is suplexed. Sam takes a flatliner + diving top rope reverse blockbuster for 2. Gal catches CJ's plancha outside then Jack flying space tigers them over. Sam then suicide dives outside. Sam then top rope splashes Jack for 2 when CJ breaks it up with a top rope elbow drop. Gal is headscissored down by Jack. Gal takes a forearm into a rolling death valley driver. Jack then hits a top rope corkscrew dive (kind of an SSP but not a tornillo) on Gal and wins.

Thoughts:
It was a good tag that got to show off what these guys can do. Things really exploded in the end when they all started busting out various dives and making this exciting. I liked this one and I'd be up for seeing it again. They heavily pushed Jones and Jack here and they are probably fighting Swipe Right in the finals of the Evolve Tag Title Tournament, whenever that ends up happening.

Brooks Jensen goes up to Jordan Oasis. He offers to be his partner and Jordan asks if he's sure. He thought he had his fill with the tag team thing. Brooks says he's still figuring himself out and trying to walk his own way like Jordan. He says Vanity Project has his attention and says for one night, Jordan doesn't have to wonder alone. Brooks says if you help Brooks, he will help Jordan.

Stevie Turner and Marcus Mathers talk in the back. Stevie says Keanu messed up his debut and she gets his frustration. She says she wants to give him a WWE ID Showcase Match vs Bryce Donovan, as Sean Legacy is fighting Carver.

Kali Armstrong comes in and wants Jin Tala. She says she wants her next week with no sneak attacks or games. Stevie says okay.

Kendal Grey vs Zayda Steel

Zay armdrags KG. Zay throws her down backwards and side headlock tkeovers her. Zay shoulders her over then KG side headlock takeovers her. Zay slaps KG. KG slides under her and crossbodies her. KG does a fireman's carry takeover and Zay wants a timeout. KG follows her and takes a codebreaker over the 2nd rope.

Zay stomps and foot chokes her in the corner. Zay hits a pepsi twist lariat for 2. Zay step up knees her in the corner and sends her hard into the buckles. Zay then stands on KG's back and stomps her head into the mat.

KG germans her. They trade forearms on their knees then get up and trade. KG back elbows her. KG 2nd rope twisting crossbodies her and Zay rolls through for 2. KG hits a gutwrench powerslam. KG overhead belly to belly suplexes her. Zay backrolls her then KG seatbelt pins her to win.

Thoughts: I was surprised to see KG win here. KG did her usual stuff. Zay didn't really impress in-ring wise as usual but she didn't botch anything and it probably was one of her better outings.

KG looks for Wendy Choo under the ring after. Chuey Martinez interviews KG. KG says what you see is what you get and if Choo has a problem, they can handle it in the ring.

Sean Legacy does a promo on Keanu Carver. He says Carver took out Timothy Thatcher, who is someone he looks up top. He says Carver's path to the top of Evolve is much more difficult. Sean says he's been grinding in the ring long before Carver put his football pads on. He says they should fight next week.

Chantel Monroe does a promo. She says Kylie Rae is smiley and happy all the time but she needs to get out of her way. She says Rae cost her a title opportunity not once but twice. She says Rae may be okay with coming up short but Monroe isn't. She says she looks in the mirror and sees athleticism and charisma but Rae only sees disappointment and shame.

Next week has Keanu Carver vs Sean Legacy.

Swipe Right (Brad Baylor and Ricky Smokes) vs Jordan Oasis and Brooks Jensen

Brad side headlocks BJ then pulls him by the hair to keep it on. BJ side headlocks him and then pulls the hair as well. BJ side headlock takeovers him. BJ flying facebusters Brad and JO neckbreakers Brad.

JO leapfrogs RS then armdrags him. JO throws RS in the corner and hits chops. JO and BJ hit chops together in the corner. JO slams RS then sentons him for 2.

Brad trips JO from the outside and RS facekicks JO. RS stomps on him and we go to break. We return from break. JO is sent into a facekick then Brad clubs on JO. Brad misses an elbow drop on JO then JO cradles him for 2. Brad hits forearms on JO. JO's neck is pulled forward and he is basement dropkicked in the back. RS hits knees to JO's back and knee drops him for 2.

Brad elbow drops JO then clubs on him. JO forearms Brad then backbreakers him. JO back body drops him. JO is held for a dropkick for 2. Brad knee drops JO. RS hits mounted shots on JO. Brad stomps on JO in the corner. Brad chinlocks JO then JO backdrops him.

JO does his cannonball on Brad's back on the ropes. BJ throws JO into his corner and tags himself in. BJ hits punches on Brad and then RS. BJ powerslams Brad and hits a double lariat on the heels. BJ tags JO in by force and throws him in. BJ says he wants the Evolve Title and says "screw you". JO then takes a super swipe and is pinned.

Thoughts: Yeah, I don't know what that ending was about. I don't think BJ helped his title shot chances by turning on JO and losing the match. It was pretty average as expected with Brooks and Jordan not offering a lot in this.

Overall thoughts: Evolve is still trying to find its way and I don't think this episode really hit. Chen/Enofe was dry and average. The tag match with Jones and Jack was easily the best thing on here and it helped out all four men. We had some nice spots at the end that really helped it. Kendal/Zayda was acceptable. The main was a waste of time with a stupid ending. I'd give it a 5 out of 10 overall as only the tag match was good and there wasn't much else of interest.
