Indi Hartwell vs Tasha Steelz

Tasha hits her from behind and clubs on her. Tasha hits chops in the corner then boots her in the corner. Indi euros her down then slams her. Tasha is over the 2nd rope and is booted. Indi is swept on the apron. Tasha rakes Indi's eyes with her feet then hits elbow drops.

Indi runs at her and is booted. Tasha PK's her for 2. Tasha clubs her then hits a euro and enzugiri in the corner. Tasha then hits a sliced bread for 2. Tasha chinlocks her. Indi jawbreakers her out. Tasha codebreakers her for 2.

Indi uranages her. Indi hits lariats then spinebusters her for 2. Skyler tries to get Hotch to attack Indi but he won't. Indi hits a facekick then a full nelson twisting drop and wins.

Thoughts: It didn't look good on paper and it wasn't any better in reality. I didn't expect much out of Indi but Tasha was significantly worse here with a lot of sloppy moments.

Mustafa Ali walks down to ringside. Ali throws the ref then shoves Tasha. Hotch gets in Ali's face. 

Mance Warner does a video on Steve Maclin. He says he came back from a cracked skull. He said he's been going through hell but came out the other side. Mance says him and Steph live in hell. Mane says Steve has a target painted on his head and he's coming to take the title. Steph says Mance will get the gold back at the PLE.

We see Rosemary and Xia Brookside locked in the room for 24 hours for the Monster's Ball match.

John Skyler asks Tasha Steelz is everything is fine. Tasha says she doesn't know why Ali would do that. Skyler says Ali is under a lot of pressure and this stuff happens. Tasha then talks on the phone with someone and asks if he can talk to Ali. Skyler then takes the phone away. Ali then comes back in and asks if everything is good. Hotch then comes in. Ali says he knows what Hotch wants to say - he's here to apologize. Ali says it happens to the best of us and he accepts his apology. Ali says they believe in a core principle and it's actions have consequences. Ali says there will be consequences for Hotch's actions. He says Hotch will fight at the PLE against Ali.

TNA X-Division Title - Moose (c) vs Eric Young

Moose has a white shirt on and very yellow pants. Moose misses a shot and EY hits punches in the corner. Moose atomic drops him. EY stands on his crotch in the corner and sings O' Canada. He does it for a while as his buddies distract the ref.

Moose pulls EY off the 2nd rope for a sky high for 2. Moose chokes him with a shirt. Moose is pulled out and hits EY as he goes for a dive. Moose uranage's him on the apron then sends him into the steps. Moose is back body dropped over the top then EY topes him.

EY top rope crossbodies Moose for 2. They trade chops. Moose facekicks him then walks up the buckles and twisting crossbodies him. EY death valley drivers him for 2. Moose misses a corner spear and EY crucifixes him for 2. Moose pump kicks him then EY spinning lariats him. EY hits a piledriver for 2 when JDC puts Moose's leg on the ropes.

Judas and Travis dive on JDC. Moose low blows EY. Moose then rolling spears EY and wins.

Thoughts: They tried but it was just average. EY looked a mess here with a white beard and black boots that were falling apart. The O' Canada spot wasted a bunch of time.

A fan tries to high five EY and EY beats him up then stomps on him. TRacis and Judas then join in.

Dani Luna says you don't know what you have until it's gone. She said she know what Spitfire had though and said they became a family. She said the hurt from them being forced to break up is fuel. She says Spitfire is done but Dani Luna is not. She says this fire remains and she can't wait to show what she can do. 

Joe Hendry talks in the back. He says he lost the TNA Title and says the last year was a whirlwind. He says he was supposed to be the team captain and dropped the ball. He says the title is in the hands of someone who doesn't appreciate it. He says he understands it's not his spot to take Trick's title now as he says Elijah gets the next shot. He said he started watching wrestling in 2002 and said wrestling inspired him to be better. He said he let everyone down.

Frankie Kazarian shows up behind him and says he got carried away. He says Joe is no saint and said when Joe watched TNA, he watched him. Kaz says Joe lost to someone who isn't on the roster and says it's embarrassing. He says he's a better man than him and will be a better champ. He said he has one more chance to embarrass him at Against all Odds and will do so.

George Iceman talk in the ring. He says Canada is a hellhole and the fans are degenerates. He then brings out Heather and M.

The Elegance Brand (Heather and M By Elegance) vs Myla Grace and Harley Hudson

HBE = Heather by Elegance, HH = Harley Hudson

M backs up HH in the corner. HH throws her over by the arms then does a pin attempt on her. HH overhead suplexes her. Myla side headlocks M. Myla leg sweeps M then basement dropkicks her for 1. M takes a double team chop and a double team sweep.

Hearher trips HH on the apron. M bow and arrows HH then HBE top rope double stomps HH's gut for 2. HBE hits mounted forearms. M pulls HH's arms back. HH jawbreakers her. HH shoulders over M.

Myla gets in and knocks HBE over several times. She hits a corner euro and dropkicks her through the ropes in the corner. Myla backdrops HBE for 2. HH is sent into the post. Myla gets hit while on the buckles and she takes a 2nd rope spanish fly. M hits a top rope moonsault on Myla and wins.

Thoughts: This was a lose-lose situation here with neither team needing to lose. Myla and HH lost as expected. It was an average match for the most part but it was better than I expected. 

TNA Injury Report

Tessa Blanchard is day to day after suffering from TMJ. Matt Cardona is cleared. 

We get a video on Rosemary vs Xia Brookside.

Monster's Ball Match - Rosemary vs Xia Brookside

Xia is holding a belt and Rose brings out a trash can with weapons.

Rose claps cookie sheets at her then Xia blocks a shot with it. Xia hits chest forearms and step up enzugiri's her. Xia whips her with her jacket then stomps on her in the corner. Rose blocks a belt shot. They battle for it and Rose eye rakes her. Rose whips her with the belt. Rose chokes her with it. 

Xia is sent head first into a trash can between the buckles. We go to break and return. Xia is suplexed. Rose punches her with a belt then hanging headscissors over the top with the belt. Xia blocks a staple gun shot and whips Rose with a belt.

Xia ducks hockey pucks into the ring. Rose staple guns her in the gut. Xia samoan drops her on pucks. Xia hits punches and hits her with a cookie sheet for 2. Xia ddt's her for 2. A 2x2 set of chairs is set up. Rose is hit with a trash can lid. Rose spears Xia through a door in the corner. Rose hits her with a trash can lid.

Xia powers up and blocks Rose's green mist with a trash can lid. She then iconoclasm's Rose on the 2x2 set of chairs and wins.

Thoughts: It was okay. It was a little slow at times and there wasn't a lot here but various weapons shots. They tried and didn't have any bad moments.

The Rascalz are in their smoke room. Wentz is on ancestry.com and wonders if The Nemeth's are brothers. They talk about various wrestling tag teams and say some are brothers that aren't. They say The Nemeth's are brothers like them and they will beat the TNA tag champs.

Elijah sings then does a poem in a taped video. He says Trick Williams has been tricking people so long but says Trick is not calm and is cracking. He says Trick is built on hype and not heart. He says Trick is not burn to win. He says Trick is playing dress up in main event spots and says his push is forced. He says his spirit is weak and says he will fall in their fight. He says to bring the TNA title home to stay.

We get a Lei Ying Lee video. She says she came from China and dfought for this chance. She says she trains in the dark  says she came to end Masha's reign. She says her goal is to win.

Santino Marella comes out. He says he will step down at Against All Odds as the Director of Authority. He says it'll be him vs Robert Stone. He says if Stone wins, he gets Santino's job. He says if he wins, Stone is out of here. Santino says he was happy to be off the road at one point. He said he missed his family and a lot of Ariana's life. He says he came here and it didn't take him long to fall in love with wrestling again.

He said he took the job seriously and still does today. He says he is stepping down only for one day as he will be reinstated when he destroys Robert Stone.

Robert Stone comes out with Victoria Crawford. He mocks Santino. He says Santino isn't a leader but a loser. He says he will make sure Santino is never allowed at TNA again when he beats him. He says the show will be officially the Sheriff Stone show.

Santino says his kids will watch him stand up to a piece of ___ like him. He tells him to be ready to go through hell and says he will only win by going through his dead body.

Masha Slamovich does a video. She says nothing else matters when she is locked into her opponent. She says everything else is gone. She says she's ready for a real challenge and competitor. She says she can see through Lee and will find her weakness.  She says she chose Lee because she is the best and it's time she beat the best. 

Nic Nemeth, Ryan Nemeth and Frankie Kazarian vs Matt Hardy, Leon Slater and Mike Santana

All 6 fight to start and The Nemeths are sent out. Kaz's head is banged off the buckles. Leon hits poetry in motion off of Matt's back and Mike hits a corner cannonball on Kaz. Matt hits a 2nd rope elbow on Kaz's arm.

Nic trips Matt and Kaz springboard legdrops Matt. Nic chokes Matt in the corner and hits punches in the corner. Nic sleepers Matt. Leon comes in and hits lariats on The Nemeth's. He rewind kicks Ryan. Leon hits a handspring double back elbow on The Nemeth's then plancha's both outside.

Leon hits a big blue thunder on Nic for 2 then Kaz sends Leon into the corner shoulder first. Leon superkicks Nic. Mike gets in and hits shots on Ryan. He then backrolls and hits a double cutter on Kaz and Ryan for 2. Mike death valley drivers Ryan off a leapfrog. Leon slingshot cutters Kaz.

Leon is crotched up top. Ryan rolls up Mike for 2. Mike spinning lariats Ryan and wins.

Thoughts: It was a short main and was a bit rushed. It wasn't much but people hitting their signature moves. I'm really not sure what the point of this one was since these guys aren't even really fighting each other at the PPV.

Overall thoughts: Indi vs Tasha wasn't good. Moose/EY was average. The women's tag was a lose-lose situation and was average but wasn't the disaster it could have been. Rosemary/Xia was okay. The main was short and didn't do a lot to build up the PPV. The show really could have used Trick and Joe Hendry in bigger roles here. I wouldn't recommend this one and thought it just was the usual average TNA show. I'd give it a 5 out of 10 overall. They really have to do something about having these PLE/PPV shows so close together as the build to these shows is never that great and it just doesn't do the wrestlers or the matches justice.
