All Japan Pro Wrestling 2/25/1993 - Kenta Kobashi and Tsuyoshi Kikuchi vs The Patriot and The Eagle

This is clipped with only the last 8 minutes available. Kikuchi gets beat on then fires back with some elbows. Eagle puts him in a clutch with a dragon sleeper then they do a big powerslam on him. Kikuchi comes back with a flying leg lariat and Kobashi does some super fast chops. Kobashi does a jumping DDT on Eagle then gets his missile dropkick met with Patriot's dropkick. Kobashi goes for a moonsault but Eagle stops it and he takes a super electric chair drop for a nearfall. Eagle tries a dropkick to the back on Kobashi but he doesn't seel it much, so he backdrops him. Kobashi gets back up soon though and tags in Kikuchi, who hits a big missile dropkick on Eagle. Eagle gets put on Kobashi's shoulders then gets dropkicked by Kikuchi. Kobashi then flips Kikuchi onto Eagle. Patriot gets in and Kikuchi downs him with an elbow, then he takes a big alabama slam. Patriot then hits a big divind shoulder block from the top that Kobashi breaks up. They double shoulder block Kobashi, then do a suplex/crossbody combo on Kikuchi. Patriot then wins it with a full-nelson slam. This was fine. I would have liked to have seen this in full though. Seeing the Patriot be heel is a weird thing but it looked like they did a good job. A fun little match with the Japanese faces vs the American heels.
