WWE Saturday Morning Slam 12/8/2012 Review

WWE Saturday Morning Slam 12/8/2012 Review

Last week's show is here: http://prowresblog.blogspot.com/2012/12/wwe-satuday-morning-slam-12120012-review.html

Booker T is at the booth with Josh Mathews.

Titus O'Neil vs Sheamus
Darren Young said that "Sheamus is a workhorse. I'm a big fan of him". He then said, "Before us, there were no tag teams. We revamped it". Titus sent Sheamus rolling out early with a shot and then rammed him in the ring to send him back in. Sheamus then put on the abdominal stretch. Sheamus made his comeback and then hit the White Noise. Sheamus then hit the Brogue kick for the win. They didn't show either move which was comical especially when they did replays of not showing it.

Matt Striker interviewed John Cena. He said he will be the man with his hand raised up high.

Booker T showed us how to do the spinarooni. Step 1 is the hand, Step 2 is getting on your knee and Step 3 is the spinaroonie. It really wasn't very helpful. I legitimately would have liked to know how to do it.

They did a small package on John Cena.

John Cena vs Heath Slater
Booker T brought up that Cena has been around for 10 years now. Cena was in control early, working on Heath's arm. Jinder got in here and Cena chased after him then 3MB jumped in and hit Cena. No DQ for that of course! I mean what's wrong with 2 people interfering? The ref then ejected 3MB, although I think the ref should have been the one ejected. We then went to break and when we came back, Heath hit a big splash. He did a bodyscissors and Cena did his usual comeback. He hit the attitude adjustment for the win. This was just a squash.

Overall thoughts: Nothing wrong with this one. Nothing great but perfectly fine for a 30 minute show.
