Stardom 9/6/2025 Stardom to the World 2025

They have a 5 Star Grand Prix awards ceremony before the show.

Fukigen Death vs. Rian vs. Akira Kurogane

FD ducks a lock up and does her pose. Ri side headlock takeovers AK. The girls drop down and FD poses between them. She pretends to smoke. FD takes a double dropkick. Ri and AK trade forearms. AK dropkicks her for 2 then crossfaces her.

FD breaks it up. AK boots her out of the corner then running dropkicks her. FD eye pokes her then AK suplexes her. Ri headscissors AK out of the corner and basement dropkicks her for 2. AK double russian legsweeps her opponents for 2.

Ri cradles AK for 2. AK underhook suplexes her for 2. Ri gets on FD's back and spin her over into a pin. Rian wins.

Thoughts: It was a shorter opener. FD did her comedy. It was nice to see Rian get the win. There was nothing wrong with this and it did what it was supposed to. 

Rina vs. Ema Maishima

Eam hits chest forearms on Ri then hits dropkicks. Ri basement dropkicks her. Ri hair throws her around and foot chokes her. Ri slams her. Ema hits chest forearms and Ri facekicks her. Ema flying headscissors her then basement dropkicks her. Ema corner dropkicks her for 2. 

Ri facekicks her on the ropes then STO's her for 2. Ema throws her down off the buckles. They trade chest forearms. Ema hits double suplexes for 2. Ema springboard crossbodies her for 2. Ri hip throws her then northern lights suplexes her for 2. Ri does a grounded headscissors with an armbar. Ri double knee drops her off the buckles for 2. 

Ri misses a top rope move and Ema rolls her up for 2. Ema cradles her for 2. Ri goes for a backslide but Ema gets a pin attempt off of it. Ri chest kicks her. Ema rolls her up for 2. Ri gori specials her and wins.

Thoughts: It was like a rookie match though Rina should be so far past this at this point. Ema wasn't bad as the underdog face and was likeable. Rina did her usual stuff.  

Aya Sakura & Kikyo Furusawa vs. Empress Nexus Venus (HANAKO & Waka Tsukiyama)

KF and Waka trade wristlocks and hammerlocks. KF elbow drops her leg then ankle locks her. Waka trips KF into the ropes and hip attacks her. Hana comes in and slams KF twice for 2. Waka hits hip attacks on KF. 

KF chest forearms Waka. Waka drops down and uppercuts her. KF dropkicks her in the knee and then low dropkicks her. aya gets in and dropkicks Waka. Aya chest kicks Waka down and spinning heel kicks Hana in the corner. Aya 2nd rope dropkicks Waka for 2.

Aya slams Waka. Waka basement dropkicks her. Waka slams her. Hana drops Waka butt first on Aya. Hana takes dropkicks in the corner then Hana is double dropkicked for 2. Aya triangles Hana and Hana powerbombs her down. Hana suplexes Aya for 2.

Aya guillotines then triangles Hana out of a rack. Waka breaks it up. Aya superkicks Hana. Hana hits a hard lariat on Aya for 2. Hana drops Waka into a splash on Aya. Hana sitout torture rack bombs Aya and pins her.

Thoughts: It was fine. I'm a big fan of Aya. I think she comes across as a real fighter and has so much confidence. It's almost hard to buy her losing these matches and she really should be past rookie work at this point. Waka did some comedy as usual, Hanako did her big girl stuff and Kikyo did fine as the fiery underdog. 

Hana and Aya tug on Hana's new belt after and Hana grabs her by the hair. 

Dark Silueta & Mei Seira vs. Cosmic Angels (Sayaka Kurara & Yuna Mizumori)

Mei sweeps Yuna. Yuna rolls over her and leapfrogs her. They try to dropkick each other at the same time and headflip up together. Yuna dropkicks her and AZM basement dropkicks her back. Mei is double teamed and is hit with a double basement dropkick for 2. 

SK hits corner dropkicks on Mei. SK camel clutches her. Mei suplexes SK. Dark comes in and dropkicks SK. Yuna is pushed into SK. Dark superkicks Yuna then ddt's SK. 

Dark hits chops on SK then backcrackers her while she's on the 2nd rope. Dark corner dropkicks SK for 2. SK running dropkicks Dark. SK flying forearms Dark then twisting fisherman's neckbreakers her for 2. Yuna running lariats Dark on the ropes then legdrops her for 2. 

Dark flying headscissors Yuna then rolls her into a pin for 2. Dark spinning heel kicks Yuna. Mei comes in and dropkicks Yuna on the ropes. Mei running headhunters her for 2. They trade forearms. 

Mei hits chest forearms on Yuna. Yuna springboard dropkicks her. Mei rolls Yuna up for 2. Mei springboard dropkicks Yuna for 2. Mei spin kicks her in the gut. Yuna holds Mei up in the air and Yuna flips her over. Yuna hits a big lariat on Mei for 2. 

Mei running dropkicks Yuna. Mei misses a top rope crossbody and SK spears her. Yuna takes a superkick into a german for 2. Mei superkicks Yuna then does a flipping crucifix bomb on her to win.

Thoughts: I liked it at first but it went a little long. There was also a very noticeable pace difference when Mei/Yuna were in as opposed to SK/Dark. Those girls couldn't keep up and it hurt the flow of the match. 

Mei holds her title in Yuna's face after. 

HATE (Azusa Inaba, Konami & Momo Watanabe) vs. Mi Vida Loca (Bozilla, Itsuki Aoki & Rina Yamashita)

Aoki's team is hit before the bell. AI tries kicks and punches on Boz and Boz doesn't sell them at all. Boz lariats her for 2. Momo and Kon try leg kicks on Bo. She no sells them. Boz is double swept and double kicked. AI hits kicks on Boz. Boz slams her. AI takes hair throws from her opponents. AI is slammed and splashed. Aoki's team then poses on her. 

Rina chest forearms AI down. AI does a nice flip out of a snapmare and superkicks Rina in the face. AI slams her. Kon top rope dropkicks Rina. Kon pulls Boz over the top and PK's Rina. Kon fisherman suplexes Aoki while tying up Rina's legs. She then pulls on Rina's hair. 

Kon and Rina trade forearms for leg kicks. Kon high kicks her. Rina stops herself from falling down then step up enzugiri's Kon. Kon germans her. Rina suplexes her. Kon high kicks her and Rina lariats her. Aoki and Momo trade forearms. 

Momo forearms her down. Momo is tripped into the ropes and is hit with a double knee. Aoki STO's her for 2. Aoki takes corner attacks and then kicks to the chest. Momo PK's her for 2. 

Momo chickenwings her. Boz crossbodies Momo then Aoki gets a 2 count on Momo. Aoki is thrown from the top then Aoki lariats Momo for 2. Boz is hit with a bat from Momo then Aoki gets hit too. Momo kicks Aoki in the head and tiger suplexes her for the win.

Thoughts: I didn't expect much from it but I liked it. Aoki and shockingly AI brought some personality to this. Boz's size was protected and we got a lot of okay looking kicks.

STARS (Hanan, Momo Kohgo, Saya Iida & Yuria Hime) vs. God's Eye (Hina, Kiyoka Kotatsu, Ranna Yagami & Saki Kashima)

Hime dropkicks Ran to start and they each hit chest forearms. Ran basement dropkicks her and slams her. Ran kicks her in the back. KK comes in and kicks down Hime. KK then takes attacks from all 4 opponents and a 4 person basement dropkick.

KK takes chops from Hime and Saya. Saya elbow rops her for 2. Han leg lariats and low dropkicks KK from behind. KK hanging headscissors Han over the top rope and chest kiks her down. Han takes corner attacks and Saki holds Han for kicks from Ran.

Saki flying headscissors Han then Saki takes a double team elbow to the body. Saki palm strike uppercuts Hime. Hina comes in and running neckbreakers Hime for 2. Hime hits chest forearms on Hina. Hina knocks her down with a forearm. Hime dropkicks Hina then legdrops her for 2.

Hina hip throws Hime then wrist-clutch uranages her for 2. Hime swinging facebusters Hina then does a reverse pedigree on her. Hime headscissors Hina and pulls the arms. Momo comes in and 2nd rope twisting crossbodies Hina for 2. Hina takes a 619 and is lifted for a double facebuster for 2.

Momo superkicks Hina then suplexes her for 2. Hina STO's Momo for 2. Momo cradles her for 2. Hina swinging drops Momo for 2. Hina jackhammers Momo and pins her. 

Thoughts: It was a fast paced match. It wasn't particularly memorable or anything but it was okay for being a mulit-girl throwaaya.

Hime and Hina tug over Hina's belt after.

FWC (Hazuki & Koguma) vs. Cosmic Angels (Natsupoi & Saori Anou) vs. God's Eye (Ami Sourei & Lady C) vs. Neo Genesis (AZM & Miyu Amasaki)

Ami go the pin over Miyu here. It was a fast paced match with multiple people in for most of it. It didn't get a ton of time and kind of was a waste of some of the better girls in this.  

Mayumi Ozaki vs. Natsuko Tora

Oz swings a chair at Tora then throws her a pipe to use. Oz hits Tora with her chain and hits a spinning chain shot twice. Then she hits mounted chain shots. Oz puts the chain around Tora's neck and hits her with it. She then hangs Tora over the bottom rope with it. Oz then throws Tora's stablemates into the seats outside.

Tor'a head is banged off a table then she is sent into the seats. Oz hits Tora with a chain. Oz puts her boot in Tora's face on the ropes. OZ rubs the chain in Tora's face. Tora shoulders her over. Tora corner lariats Oz then crossbodies her for 2. Tora sentons her for 2.

Rina pulls Ozaki out and HATE stomps on Oz outside. Tora sends Oz into the seats and throws chairs at her. HATE then stomps on Oz in the ring wth the ref omehow not seeing anything despite them being 3 feet away. Oz double flying neckbreakes the heels. Oz spinning polish hammers Tora in the face for 2. 

Oz hits her with a chain and shining wizards her for 2. A plastic box is thrown in to break the count. Oz red mists Ruaka and goes to pin Tora but the ref is pulled out. Oz half and half suplexes Tora for 2. 

Tora spits mist in Oz's face then running lariats her for 2. Tora death valley drivers her for 2. Tora swantons Oz off the buckles. Momo hits Oz with a bat and Tora death valley drivers Oz to win.

Thoughts: Tora may have won but she needed like 6 people to beat a 56 year old woman and that wasn't impressive. I don't think this was No DQ, but neither girl followed the rules and the ref was helpless to do anything about it. It was mostly all brawling and inteference. It was pretty much what I expected and was average.

Tora talks on the mic then gives Oz the mic. Oz says something and is senton'd. Tora then talks on the mic more. She then boots her.

IWGP Women's Title Match - Sareee (c) vs. Suzu Suzuki

They trade chest forearms. Suzu hits a big forearm. Sare uses the ropes and armdrags her then low dropkicks her. Sare foot chokes Suzu on the ropes. Suzu throws her out and sends her into the seats. Suzu is then sent into the seats. Suzu spits water in Sare's eyes. Sare chest forearms her. 

They trade chest forearms outside. Sare facekicks her. Suzu hits chest forearms. Suzu kicks her in the back. Sare hair snapmares her and kicks her in the back. Suzu hair throws her. Sare snapmares her and chinlocks her.

Suzu armbars her. Suzu running knees her in the corner. Suzu top rope dropkicks her for 2. Sare rolls her into a double stomp. They trde chest forearms. Sare dropkicks her against the ropes. Suzu running knees her against hte ropes. Sare then does an octopus on her.

Sare does a double stomp off the buckles then does a second for 2. Suzu high kicks her twice. Sare pulls back on Suzu's arms. Sare running boots her on the ropes. Sare double stomps her on the apron.

Suzu piledrivers her on the apron. Sare suplexes her on the floor. Suzu germans her inside. Sare no sells it and germans her back. Suzu top rope germans her. Sare then top rope germans her. They trade forearms and then headbutts. Suzu buzzsaw kicks her and is hit with a uranage. Suzu tequila shot's her for 2.

Suzu hits two german's for 2. Sare does a pin attempt on her for 2. Sare running double stomps her for another 2. Sare uranges her twice for 2. She then does it again and pins her.

Thoughts: I didn't like this one. They went out to start, they traded strikes, Sare took a piledriver on the apron, Suzu took a suplex on the floor and they hit top rope germans on each other. I thought they did too much here and I thought it went too long with a slower pace to it.

Wonder Of Stardom Title Match - Starlight Kid (c) vs. Tomoka Inaba

TI kicks her off the lock up. Kid side headlocks her. Kid cartwheels over her then armdrags her off the casadora. TI drives Kid's knee into the mat. Kid is hit with a kneebreaker on the knee. TI hits leg kicks and an ankle lock on her. TI ties up Kid's legs and pulls. 

Kid hits forearms on TI. TI kicks the rope into Kid's leg then dragon screws her. Ti then leglocks her around the bottom rope. Kid dragon screws her around the middle rope. Kid has TI on the apron and drives her knee down on the floor. 

Kid asai moonsaults her outside. Kid texas cloverleafs her. Kid kneels on her on the bottom rope. Kid chops her in the corner. TI hits knees to the gut then chest kicks her. Kid running dropkicks her. Kid springboards but is caught with a spinning high kick in mid-air. 

Kid cross-legged suplexes her. Kid dropkicks TI in the knee. TI leg kicks her then Kid rolls her into a stretch muffler. TI leglocks her. TI sitout gordbusters her and headkicks her for 2. Kid dragon screws her. Kid meteora's her from behind. Kid dragon screws her from the buckles. Kid tiger drivers her then goes for a dragon screw. TI ankle locks her. TI michinoku drivers her. 

TI leglocks her and turns it into a figure four. TI chest kicks her for 2. Kid tiger suplexes her for 2. TI high kicks her then Kid tombstones her. Kid kicks her in the head. Kid top rope moonsaults the leg. Kid turns it into a stretch muffler and drops her. TI then submits.

Thoughts: It was alright but not super interesting. They both worked each others knee's for most of the match. That's the typical SLK match so it wasn't surprising. I'm not quite sure if this needed as much time if it got or if it needed to be the semi-main though.

They talk to each other on the mic after and Kid gives her a white rose. Kid then talks more after.

World Of Stardom Title Match - Saya Kamitani (c) vs. Bea Priestley

They lock up and Saya forearms her. They go down to the mat and BP hits mounted forearms. BP trips her and does a sleeper. BP tries a pin attempt for 2. BP side headlocks her. BP slaps her. Saya's buddy Rina trips BP and Saya basement dropkicks BP. BP is thrown into the seats twice. 

BP top rope double stomps Saya's back on the apron. Saya is thrown into the seats. Her back is rammed into the apron edge and BP double stomps the back. BP kicks her in the back. BP clubs Saya's back. Saya 2nd rope dropkicks her off the apron then springboard crossbodies her.

Saya top rope dropkicks her inside for 2. Saya slingshot splashes her for 2. BP pumping knees her on the ropes. Saya suplexes her to the outside and BP hangs on, bringing her with her.

Saya and BP trade forearms outside. BP facekicks her. Saya suplexes her on the floor. Saya then germans her on the floor. Saya spinning heel kicks her then northern lights suplexes her for 2. BP germans her 3 times for 2. BP runs at her and is double M. Bison stomped.

BP dragon screws her then half crabs her. Saya victory rolls her for 2. BP lariats her for 2. Saya top rope hurricanrana's her. Saya flips out of a german and corkscrew kicks her. BP germans her and Saya ki krushers her. Saya pump kicks her then BP forearms her over. BP superkicks her and powerbombs her down. BP does a sit out bomb for 2. BP pumping knees her in the corner.

BP hits an ocean cyclone suplex for 2. BP tries it again and is hurricanrana'd. Saya hits a straight punch. BP superkicks her and Saya pumping knees her for 2. Saya ki krushers her for 2. Saya hits a kamigoye and another ki krusher to win.

Thoughts: It was a decent main. They didn't overdo it too much. BP worked the back for the first half of this but kind of gave up on it. Saya did her usual offense. I guess BP was the face here but she's more suited as a heel and wasn't anything special in the role. This got a lot of time and felt like a main event match.

Saya talks on the mic after. She says BP is the #1 shotpai. BP says she got a warm goodbye when she left Stardom and has had a warm welcome on her return. She says she loves Stardom and says Stardom is #1 wrestling home. She says she wants Stardom to be a place people enjoy. She says maybe she failed and is shotpai today but says she will always be #1 gaijin and will get her revenge. They then give each other the finger. 

AZM comes in the ring and has words for Saya. Saya has words for her as well and they seem to set up something. Say then closes the show on the mic. 

Overall thoughts: It was a long one here with the show going close to 4 hours. Half the card was basically filler that didn't really need to be here though it wasn't bad. I would say the main event or Kid/Inaba was the best match here. Suzu/Sareee didn't deliver like I had hopped. The Hate/Loca tag was better than I expected though and I thought Aya Sakura looked good her in match. I was also fine with the opener. I'd give this a 6 out of 10 overall and thought it was okay overall.
