Robin & Sangre Imperial vs. Blue Shark & El Vigia

Sang and Vig go at it. They trade basic holds. Sang armdrags him and they trade more holds before standing off. Vig bridges and cartwheels out of a wristlock then drags him over out of the electric chair. Blue top rope diving amrdrags Sang out. 

Blue flips over Robin's back. Robin superkicks him. Robin is hit with a double boot. Sang chokes Vig over the top rope and Robin alley oops Vig. Vig takes a basement dropkick out. Blue is kicked in the leg by Robin

Blue is put in tree of woe and Sang boots him there. Blue takes a spinebuster then a dropkick to the butt for 2. Vig is double teamed and Sang hites his head. Vig is hiptossed into the ring from the ramp for 2. Vig slides out of a double lariat. Blue top rope diving headscissors Robin. Vig spinning headscissors Sang. Blue tope con hilos out and Vig asai moonsaults out onto Sang.

Blue flips out of Robin's hiptoss and armdrags him. Blue does it again then tilt-a-whirl backbdrops him. Blue unties Robin's mask. Vig springboardtwisting crossbodies Sang then hits an AA on him. Vig then tries to take off Sang's mask. Sang chops him down. They go out and Sang tilt-a-whirl backbreakers him on the floor. Sang then throws him into the rails.

Blue top rope crossbodies Robin. Blue goes for a top rope hurricanrana on Robin. Robin initially blocks it then Blue pulls his mask off and hurricanrana's him. Robin's team wins by DQ.

Thoughts: I didn't really get this one. Blue and Vig were the faces here but were heelish as they tried to take the heels' masks off. Blue then totally ripped off Robin's mask, got busted and got mad about it. It's a shame the finish was bad as the action was good otherwise.

Robin talks to Blue on the mic after and wants a hair vs mask match. Blue accepts but it's lucha, so who knows. Sangre says they should do a double hair vs double mask match. Vigia says they will accept any challenge then Vig and Blue get hit.

La Magnifica, Marcela & Princesa Sugehit vs. Candela, Metalica & Reyna Isis

 

1st Fall - Mag and Metal go at it. Mag wristlocks her. Metal rolls out and armdrags her. Mag shoves her down then armdrags her into an armlock. Mag headstands out of a headscissors and snapmares her. Metal stomps on Mag then Mag spinning reverse headscissors her from the mat. Metal sweeps her and they stand off.

Metal basement dropkicks Marc. She clubs on her. Marc 2nd rope diving headscissors her then basement dropkicks her on the ropes. Cand gets in and shouldered over then stomped by Marc. Marc sentons her. Cand stomps on Marc. She seated springboard butt drops her. Cand and Suge then double boot each other in the gut. Suge hits a weird suplex on Cand.

Suge hits armdrags on Reyna when she comes in. Reyna bottom rope springboard diving armdrags her. Reyna rolls her up for 2. Reyna goes to curbstomp Suge but it's broken up. Reyna takes a gordbuster then Mag does an unusual backracker on her and pins her.  

2nd Fall - Mag and Metal trade chops. Metal back elbows her and stomps her. Mag takes corner attacks. Mage takes a basement dropkick and goes out. Suge is double tripped. Cand runs the ramp and flying spears her through the ropes. Marc takes corner attacks. Marc is put in reverse tree of woe and Reyna flying knees her. Rena cannonballs Marc off the apron. Cand spinning ocean cyclone suplexes Mag and Metal suplexes Suge. They both get pins and win the fall.

3rd Fall - Mag is triple teamed to start. Mag is hit with a heart attack then a legdrop while in a crab. Mag takes some hair throws and Marc is walked to the back by a doctor. Reyna hits shots on Suge then Suge is kicked in the leg. Sug escapes a triple team and hits shots on her opponents. Mag top rope double crossbodies her opponents. 

Reyna fisherman suplexes Suge for 2. Mag cradles Reyna for 2. Cand nudo's Mag and bridges back. Mag submits. Reyna hits a codebreaker on Suge and pins her. Candela's team wins the fall and match.

Thoughts: It was a mess and wasn't very good. These weren't the most athletic girls on the roster to begin with and no one came off looking that good here. Marcela also got injured and totally threw everyone off with it. 

Lightning Match - Guerrero Maya Jr. vs. Dragon Legendario

Maya refuses a handshake. They lock up. DL front facelocks him then side headlocks him. Maya takes him down by the wrist then trips him. DL hammerlocks him and Maya trips him. Maya chest clubs him down then stomps him. 

Maya arm throws him then crabs him. DL armdrags him then hip throws him. DL crucifixes him for 2. DL reverse monkey flips him. Maya hits a botched tombstone for 2. DL walks up the buckles and does a seated springboard flip into an armdrag on him. DL tope con hilos him outside.

DL is popped up and he hurricanrana's Maya for 2. Maya spears him from the side. Maya step up springboard armdrags him then topes him outside. Maya rips at DL's mask. Maya sitout gordbusters him  for 2. DL cradles him for 2. 

Maya spin kicks him in the gut then does a neat bridging pedigree for 2. DL spinning headscissors him into a cradle for 2. DL hits a wasteland on him and misses a 450. Maya does a goliath bird eater neckbreaker on the knee and pins him.

Thoughts: They only had 10 minutes and wasted the first half of this. The second half was better though and had some nice moves and action and turned this around some. They had a lot of sloppy moments though which shouldn't have happened with a vet like Maya.

Torneo La Leyenda Azul 2025 Semi Final Cibernetico Match - Mistico vs. Akuma vs. Esfinge vs. Gran Guerrero vs. Atlantis Jr.

AJ = Atlantis Jr.

Gran and Esf have Blue Demon style masks on. We get a lot of 1v1 action to start. Mist flying headscissors AJ then is triple stomped on by the heels. The heels go to rip up Mist's mask.

Mist takes corner lariats. Mist superkicks AJ then is triple stomped by the heels. Esf baseball slides Mist off the apron. The Gran then baseball slides Esf and Akuma off the apron. 

Mist and Gran compete for cheers from the crowd. Mist handsprings off the ropes and springboard twisting headscissors him. Mist backrolls and is kicked by AJ. AJ monkey flips him. Esf springboard crossbodies AJ then corkscrew kicks him. Akuma top rope crossbodies Esf then basement dropkicks him. Akuma tope con hilos him. 

Akuma and Gran argue. They hug and Mist springboard crossbodies both. Mist is popped up into a kick from Gran. Mist flying headscissors Gran. Akuma spinning muscle busters Mist for 2 when AJ breaks it up for some reason.

Akuma hits corner lariats on AJ. AJ is catapulted into an Akuma spear. Akuma goes up top and Gran crotches him. Gran 2nd rope backdrops him. Esf springboard splashes Akuma and pins him. Akuma is eliminated.

Esf pumping knees and jumping kicks Gran for 2. AJ top rope crossbodies those two. Mist flying headscissors Gran. Esf superkicks AJ then stares down with Mist. They then hit stereo topes. Esf superkicks Mist and stomps him. Esf rips up Mist's mask. Gran running lariats Esf then rips his mask. 

Gran chops Esf in the corner and corner lariats him. Gran misses a splash and is corner enzugiri'd. Gran 2nd rope cradle shocks Esf and pins him. Esfinge is eliminated. 

AJ flying headscissors Gran out then topes him. Mist walks up the buckles and plancha's AJ. Mist rips on AJ's mask and argues with the ref about it. AJ then unties Mist's mask and tries to take it off. AJ then argues with the ref. 

Mist kicks AJ from behind. They trade forearms. AJ sits him up top and tries to unmask him. AJ dropkicks Mist while he's in tree of woe for 2. Gran cheers on AJ being rough with Mist and tries to make friends with him. Gran goes in and slides back out. Mist topes Gran. Mist topes Gran outside.

AJ begs for forgiveness from Mist in the ring. They shake hands  then AJ chops him down and stomps him. AJ rips at Mist's mack then he tilt-a-whirl backbreakers him. Gran and AJ trip Mist into a basement dropkick. Gran gordbusters AJ off the 2nd rope onto Mist but only gets a 2 count. 

Mist rolls up Gran for 2. Mist then goes to rip up Gran's mask but tops himself. Mist superkicks Gran. Gran pop-up drops Mist then basement dropkicks him out. AJ and Gran hug inside. Mist is bridged on the rail and Gran leapfrogs into a la silla on him. Gran tears at Mist's mask.

Mist handspring back elbows AJ then flying headscissors him. Mist rolls AJ up and Gran breaks the pin attempt. Gran then does Mist's pose. Gran then chops down both opponents. Gran chokeslams AJ and Mist refuses to work with AJ. Gran gorilla press gutbusters Mist and gets a 2 count on AJ.

Mist runs the ramp and is popped up by AJ into a headscissors on Gran. AJ top rope frogsplashes Gran and Mist pins Gran. Gran Guerrero is eliminated.

AJ and Mist talk. AJ rolls up Mist for 2. AJ tilt-a-whirl backbreakers Mist then topes him outside. Mist step up enzugiri's AJ off the apron. He springboard crossbodies him. Mist walks up the ropes and corkscrew diving armdrags him. Mist topes him into the rails outside.

AJ is up top and is hit with a step up enzugiri. Mist unties AJ's mask. Mist hits a top rope spanish fly for 2. Mist misses a top rope swanton. AJ top rope frogsplashes him for 2. We then cut ahead for some reason and Mist has won the match. We later see in the replay that Mist won with a la mistica.

Thoughts: I knew there was some kind of issue with the feed during this but I didn't expect that. Atlantis was talking to the camera then we cut away and Mist won. 

It was a longer bout and it wasn't particularly fast paced. The heels all teamed up on the faces early. Atlantis saved Mist from elimination for some reason and then they ended up fighting each other. The heels also fought each other too. Atlantis formed an alliance with Gran Guerrero here but Gran just gave it up and did moves to him like anyone else. Atlantis and Mist then were the final two and the feed messed up on the finish. I appreciated that they tried to tell a story but the execution could have been a little better. We didn't see the finish though and it's hard to rate this without it. 

Angel de Oro, Hechicero & Volador Jr. vs. Neon, Templario & Titan

 

1st Fall - Neon comes in but Oro wants Titan. Oro then hits Neon on the apron and tags out. Hech takes Neon down and Neon top wristlocks him. Neon flips out of a snapmare and is shouldered over. Hech takes Neon down. Neon tilt-a-whirl armdrags him. Neon rolls up Hech. Oro comes in and kicks Neon, Neon chases him on the ramp and is beaten up along with Titan.

Oro throws Neon in and unlaces his mask up top. Hech punches Temp in the corner during this. Neon is triple teamed. Neon takes corner attacks and an Oro superkick. Vol boots Neon out. Oro kicks Titan in the leg and sends him out. Temp is double teamed then takes a step up knee from Hech. Vol superkicks Temp.

Vol crabs Temp and submits him. Hech spinning hammerlock backbreakers Titan and pins him. Hechicero's team wins the fall.

2nd Fall - Vol runs the ropes and basement dropkicks Neon. Neon takes a double back elbow then is flipped into a double kick. Temp is triple teamed and takes a triple spinebuster. Oro superkicks Temp in the face. Hech delay suplexes Titan. Neon flying headscissors Vol then he is pounded on by the heels. Neon is popped up into a double kick. Vol rips on Neon's mask and hits punches. Neon flying headscissors Vol. Titan and Temp do stereo springboard armdrags. Neon tope con hilos outside. Titan springboard double stomps Hech. Temp hits a go to sleep on Vol. Titan and Temp pick up pins. Titan's team wins the fall.

3rd Fall - Neon headscissors Oro on the ramp. Oro stalls outside and Neon wants him back in. Temp and Vol fight. Temp flips over his back and superkicks him. Hech comes in and ducks a Temp superkick. Temp spinning headscissors Hech. Oro and Temp botch a leapfrog. Temp step up springboard diving headscissors Oro.

Titan blocks Vol's sunset flip and double stomps him. Titan goes up and over Hech. Titan hits a headscissors + armdrag combo on the heels. Titan rope walks, does rope tricks and diving headscissors Hech. Titan dropkicks Oro out. 

Neon and Vol go at it after Oro walks out. Neon spinning headscissors Vol then hurricanrana's Hech off a pop up. Neon spin kicks Oro in the gut then top rope diving headscissors him. The faces hit triple topes outside.

Hech is double teamed. Vol is gordbustered onto Hech for 2. Oro and Neon trade. Neon facekicks him then pop up dropkicks him for 2. Titan top rope double stomps Hech while he's on Neon's shoulders.

Oro and Neon fight. Neon flying headscissors him then tornillo's him outside. Titan springboard crossbodies Hech then dropkicks him out. Titan tope con hilos him outside. Temp flying headscissors Vol out then he flying space tigers him. Neon wasteland's Oro. Neon top rope inverted splashes Oro. Hech pulls the ref out on the pin attempt. Oro takes off Neon's mask and pins him. Hechicero's team wins the fall and match.

Thoughts: I didn't like this that much. The heels got too much offense in during the first half without a lot of excitement. The faces got most of the offense in during the 2nd half. There should have been a DQ for the ref being pulled out on the count. They did a nice job focusing on Oro vs Neon though. There was no commentary for most of this due to the technical issues that started during the last match.

Neon talks to Oro on the mic after and wants a singles bout. Oro wants to do it now. Oro says everyone is already leaving. He says he will accept then rips his mask off and stomps him.

Overall thoughts: It wasn't the best CMLL show. It could have been but things didn't work out the way they were supposed to. The opener had bad heel/face logic. The women's match had an injury and sucked. Maya/Dragon had a lot of sloppiness. The cibernetico was going okay but the end got cut off due to technial issues and who knows what we missed. The main had a slow first half and really only just furthered Oro/Neon. We also lost the commentary for most of this. I'd give this a 4 out of 10 as there were a lot of issues.
