TNA Victory Road 2025 9/26/2025

TNA Victory Road 2025 9/26/2025

The System (Eddie Edwards, Bryan Myers and JDC) vs Order 4 (John Skyler, Jason Hotch and Agent Zero)

BM throws his shirt at Zero and takes a facekick. Zero hitsp unches in the corner and suplexes him. Zero hits punches on him and runs into a double boot. Eddie comes in and chops Zero. Zero powerslams him. Eddie has his crotch stood on in the corner. John chinlocks Eddie then russian legsweeps him for 2.

John is sent shoulder first into the post by Eddie. Jason takes a back body drop from Eddie. JDC comes in and hits shots on The Great Hands. Jason hangs from the top and JDC slingshot legdrops him. JDC falcon arrows him for 2. Zero takes a double superkick and a double lariat over the top.

Jason takes a double team double underhook suplex. JDC top rope legdrops Jason to win.

Thoughts: There was a lot I didn't like about this. This was Zero's debut. It got no hype which was a mistake. Then his team lost quickly. As a match the work was fine but the booking of it was bad.

They do the usual PPV intro.

Ash By Elegance comes out with Santino and Silva. Ash says she was mentally defeated a year ago but said she realized TNA is her family and she wanted to help grow it. She says she's no longer able to compete. She says she's stepping away from in-ring competition and has to forfeit the title. She says she hopes whoever wins the title will keep up the honor of it. She says the crowd gave her the best of her life and says she will miss them. Ash then gives up the title.

Thoughts: Hopefully Ash is okay. This is really bad news for TNA as not only is she out but Masha Slamovich is likely done with the company as well after domestic abuse allegations came out. Ash's situation wasn't mentioned online at all. This also continues TNA's usual habit of having to make a last minute card change to a PLE.

Santino then says tonight's Knockouts Title match will be moved to Impact. He says we will have a battle royal. He says the last two will compete tonight to crown a new Knockouts champ.

Knockouts Battle Royal - Final Two Advance to a Title Match

Dani Luna pushes The Iinspiration. The Elegance Brand then hit Dani and everyone beats up on Dani. The Iinspiration pose. George Iceman gets in the ring and threatens The Iinspiration. He pushes an unknown girl in front of them. The Iinspiration throw that girl out and the announcers say, "whoever that was". Jody Threat running boots M By Elegance and trips Heather into her. Dani Luna lariats Jody over the top for the elimination.

Xia Brookside and Lei Ying Lee hit kicks on Dani. Lee hits mounted corner shots on her. Xia monkey flips Dani. Dani blocks her headscissors then dumps her over the top. Lee high kicks Dani and Dani lariats her. Multiple girls throw out Dani.

Heather and M are sent into each other and fight with The Iinspiration. Both teams get thrown out together making Kelani Jordan and Lei Ying Lee the last two survivors.

Thoughts:
You could tell this was a last minute thing. The announcers didn't even know who the one girl was. The match wasn't that good and Kelani Jordan is somehow competing for the Knockouts Title after not being around for a long time.

Indi Hartwell is interviewed. She says there's a lot of pressure on her as the special guest ref. She says she will call it down the middle. She says she has to make sure whoever wins earns their way to the PPV. She say the winner will step into the ring with the best version of Indi Hartwell.

Matt Cardona & The Home Town Man vs. The Nemeths (Nic Nemeth & Ryan Nemeth)

Home comes out with a mascot.

Ryan and Matt lock up then push each other. Matt lariats him then flapjacks him. Cody and Nic get in. Cody hits punches and drops him. The announcers openly talk about how Home is Cody Deaner. Home corner hip attacks and slams Nic. He then elbow drops him. Nic dropkicks Home then Ryan lariats Home for 2.

We cut to the back and Joe Hendry is down backstage. Nic neckbreakers Home then elbow drops him. Ryan goes for a broski boot and Home lariats Ryan. Matt comes in and lariats Nic. He double knees him out of the corner and 2nd rope dropkicks him. Matt corner lariats Nic and broski boot's him. Matt then hits his wife's unprettier for 2.

Matt leg lariats Nic then Ryan jumping ddt's Matt for 2. Home hits a top rope double crossbody on the heels. Everyone gets a shot in. Home goes for a double shiranui but is stopped. Home then takes a spinebuster + jumping lariat combo. Ryan goes for a sharpshooter. Matt pulls Nic out then Home cradles Ryan off the sharpshooter attempt to win.

Thoughts: I didn't like the announcers bringing up how Home is Cody Deaner. He lost a match where he had to TNA if he lost then he just put a mask on and returned. They shouldn't be pointing out that they are ignoring their own stips. It was a shorter and average match. I have no idea why this match even happened.

The heels attack Home and Matt after. The heels then take Home's mask off after and pose with it.

Mike Santana talks from the concourse. He says Trick Williams sent Ridge after him. He says he hopes Ridge is ready. Mike says he sacrificed 17 years for Bound for Glory. He says he's sending a message to Ridge, Trick and the entire world that he's built for war. He says he's walking out of Bound for Glory as TNA champ.

Mike Santana vs Ridge Holland

Mike john woos him to start then hits mounted punches. Mike tope con hilos him outside. Mike chops Ridge outside then sends him into the steps. Mike jumps off the steps onto Ridge but is dropped face first on the apron. Ridge sliding kicks him outside then ki krushers him for 2.

Mike back elbows Ridge then 2nd rope twisting crossbodies him. Mike hits punches then is powerslammed. Ridge northern lights bombs him for 2. Mike back body drops Ridge. Mike hits punches and lariats him. Mike then flying lariats him.

Mike enzugiri's him in the corner. Ridge jumps at him and is hit with a death valley driver for 2. Mike backrolls into a cutter on him for 2. Mike corner cannonballs him. Mike superplexes him but Ridge holds on and hits a big powerslam for 2.

They trade forearms on their knees. They get up and trade forearms. Ridge headbutts him and hits a forearm. Mike ducks lariats then hits a hard spinning lariat to win.

Thoughts: It was a decent match. Ridge had a good showing and was moving well here. It was one of Mike's better efforts. Mike got the win as expected. I wouldn't mind seeing Ridge here again.

Trick Williams' music hits. He tries to attack Mike from behind. Ridge trips Mike and Trick nails Mike with the title belt.

TNA Injury Report

Joe Hendry is questionable after being attacked earlier. Moose is cleared. Mara Sade is out with bruising. Maclin and Kazarian are both cleared.

Matt Hardy's neck is being checked on in the back by the doc. He asks if he's cleared and says he needs to be cleared. The doc clears him.

Moose vs Mustafa Ali

Ali wore some Egyptian style necklace out with some girls in middle eastern costumes. They both agreed to have a 1v1 with none of their buddies out here.

Ali rolls out of a lock-up and shuffles. Ali ducks a lariat and slides out. Ali goofs around outside and is hit with a pump kick. Moose comes back in and gets kicked. Moose chops him in the corner. Ali flips over him then Moose dropkicks him while he's seated on the top rope.

Ali superkicks him outside then uses the post to tornado ddt him. Ali triangle asai moonsaults back in for 1. Moose throws him to the apron on the pin attempt. Ali rolls into a neckbreaker on him for 2. Ali chinlocks him. Moose escapes and runs into a back elbow. Ali headscissors him off the buckles then topes him into a podium outside. Ali misses a 450 inside then Moose uranages him. Moose sentons him then kips up. Ali knees him in the face and they chop each other. Ali superkicks him then Moose hits a big lariat. Moose goes for a powerbomb and Ali kind of hits a code red on him.

Ali goes for a springboard and Moose hits a sky high on him for 2. Ali suplexes him. Ali hits chest kicks on Moose. Moose rolling spears Ali for 2. Ali goes out. Moose runs at him and ends up getting back body dropped onto the bottom of the steps.

Ali hits a 450 off the top for 2. Ali goes for an os cutter but is headbutted. Moose hits a big powerbomb for 2. Ali's females come out to ringside. They distract the ref. One of the girls low blows Moose. Ali john woo's Moose. Ali 450's Moose off the top and wins.

Thoughts: I didn't like it at all. They did way too much as they always do in Ali's matches. That tornado ddt on the floor and the back body drop on the steps should have taken someone out. They also made a joke of the rule about not having seconds be out there as they interfered anyway.

Tasha Steelz is then revealed to be one of the girls.

Eric Young gets on the mic. He says his opponent Joe Hendry couldn't be here tonight. He says he doesn't know why but he's not coming. He says that makes him the automatic winner. Eric says this was a cleansing and now Joe is gone forever. He says to say goodbye to Joe Hendry. Joe Hendry then comes out.

Eric Young vs Joe Hendry

Joe runs down and hits punches. Joe back elbows him down then back body drops him. EY goes up and over then Joe throws him out. Joe sends him into the post. EY punches him in the ring and ddt's him. EY foot chokes him.

Joe hits punches and euros. EY back elbows him for 2 then foot chokes him. EY chinlocks him. Joe jawbreakers out. EY sleepers him then grounds him with it. Joe eventually escapes and suplexes him. Joe hits some lariats then flying headscissors him. Joe fallaway slams him and kips up.

EY eye rakes him then Joe shoulders him over. Joe olympic slams him for 2. EY knocks him off the 2nd rope and hits a top rope elbow drop for 2. EY mocks Joe's clap. Joe hits euros. EY piledrivers him for 2.

EY threatens the ref then grabs the ref while doing a low blow to Joe. EY grabs a chair from under the ring. Travis Williams and Judas Icarus come down. They stop EY from using the chair. Joe then chokeslams EY on the chair and wins.

Thoughts: Joe's been losing to everyone for months on end because he's leaving but finally won here. EY looks weak in the loss as he definitely attacked Joe beforehand and still couldn't beat an injured Joe. The match was long and was about as average as it gets. Atleast Icarus and Williams came out to further whatever is going on with EY.

We see clips of the big TNA vs NXT brawl on NXT this week.

We see clips from the pre-show First Class Penthouse where AJ Francis chokeslammed Matt Hardy through a table.

Tables Match - AJ Francis vs Matt Hardy

AJ comes out alone. Matt says he spoke to Santino and says this will be a tables match. Matt says he will put AJ's big @ss through a table.

AJ misses a lariat and is lariated over the top. Matt dropkicks AJ through the ropes then sends him into the steps. Matt pulls a table out then AJ puts it back under the ring. AJ is pushed into the post and sent into the steps. Matt comes off the steps and is hit. AJ chokes Matt on the steps then on the ropes.

AJ hits Tennessee whiskey. AJ misses a senton. Matt neckbreakers him then brings a table in. AJ boots him in the chest. AJ tries to charge him into a table in the corner but Matt moves. AJ tries it again and ends up sending himself through the table. They say it doesn't count towards a loss though.

Matt bangs AJ's head off the buckles then tornado ddt's him. Matt puts a chair around AJ's neck. AJ hits him in the chin with the chair still on his neck. AJ puts Matt in a chair then is tripped into it.

AJ throws a chair in Matt's face. AJ then chokes him with the chair top. AJ gets on the 2nd rope and is chaired. Matt then hits a 2nd rope side effect on AJ. Matt brings another table in. AJ spears Matt as he re-enters the ring. AJ grabs Matt's title belt and tells the commentators that it should be his title. Matt hits a twist of fate on AJ. Matt hits AJ with the belt and sends him over the top. AJ is put on a table outside. Matt top rope legdrops AJ through a table outside and wins.

Thoughts: It was alright. AJ bumped big here and was an effective heel as usual. The weapons helped hide Matt's various weaknesses.

TNA Knockouts Title - Special Guest Ref: Indi Hartwell - Kelani Jordan vs Lei Ying Lee

Indi has referee themed gear on.

The girls shake hands and lock up. Lee armdrags her off of it then KJ does the same. Lee wristlocks her. KJ flips out and reverses it. Lee trips her into a facelock. Lee shoulders her over. KJ tiger feint armdrags her and dropkicks her out. Lee sweeps her and knees her in the face.

KJ low crossbodies her for 2. They each try pin attempts. KJ backslides her and they sweep each other. They then get up and stand off. KJ backrolls her. Lee hits a corner forearm then hits mounted corner punches. Lee exploders her for 2.

KJ goes for her twisting legdrop off the buckles but ends up nailing Indi on accident. Lee spinning high kicks KJ and goes for the pin but the ref is down.
They trade pin attempts. KJ hits a split-legged stunner. KJ hits a split-legged moonsault and pins Lee. Indi stares at her hand after she counts the pin.

Thoughts: The match was surprisingly a good match with Lee having one of her best outings. Her and KJ matched up well and they got a ton of time for this. This was much better than anything we usually get here. This match only came about due to unusual circumstances (Masha is suspended and Ash is out) so I will give it some leeway booking wise. It's good for NXT but I don't know how good it is for TNA.I wish they would have sold the botched hurricanrana on the outside spot as a powerbomb as it would have worked better.

Ash By Elegance comes out, hugs KJ and raises her hand.

TNA International Title Match - Steve Maclin (c) vs. Frankie Kazarian

Kaz uses the ropes to flip out of a wristlock. SM armdrags him into an armlock. Kaz headscissors him. SM hits armdrags. Kaz side headlocks him. Kaz pokes him and is shoved. SM hits punches and knees Kaz in the gut. SM clubs Kaz's back then uranage backbreakers him for 2. Kaz misses a guillotine legdrop then side steps SM's tope.

SM lariats him from behind. Kaz blocks SM's crosshairs spear and hits a cutter off of it. Kaz pulls SM's throat down over the top rope. They fight on the buckles. SM superplexes him then hits an ushigoroshi. Kaz then slides out.

Kaz slingshot ddt's him for 2. Kaz is knocked off the buckles then SM misses a splash. SM topes him outside. Kaz is in tree of woe. El Mesias comes out (him and SM had a confrontation on the pre-show). SM topes Mesias. Kaz kicks the rope into SM's crotch then slingshot cutters him for the win.

Thoughts:
I didn't expect it to be that great and it wasn't. TNA really loves Kaz for some reason and gave him the win, which doesn't excite me at all. It doesn't really do a lot for TNA either. Atleast SM didn't lose clean and has a new program set up.

TNA X-Division Title Match - Leon Slater (c) vs. Myron Reed

I'm sure the match will be fine but it's a bit of an odd choice for a main event. Reed wasn't even with the company a few months ago.

They shake hands and Reed pulls him in. Reed gets of an armlock. Reed puts his own wristlock on. Leon waistlocks him. Reed side headlock takovers him then Leon does the same. They then stand off. Reed sweeps him then does a jumping legdrop.

Reed escapes a waistlock and teases punching him on the break. Leon then forearms him down. Leon hits a flurry of shots. Reed springboard dropkicks him. Reed then slingshot codebreakers him. Reed goes to springboard and is dropkicked. Leon then plancha's him outside.

Leon hits chops in the corner then hits mounted punches. Leon crossbodies Reed off the buckles. Reed rolls him up for 2 and takes a hook kick. Reed hurricanrana's him for 2. Reed then superkicks him. Reed guillotine legdrops Leon over the 2nd rope. Reed kips down out of a lariat then enzugiri's him. Reed does a slingshot powerbomb for 2.

Reed kips down out of a lariat and jumps into a spinning torture rack bomb for 2. Reed comes off the buckles and runs into a knee to the face. Leon does a tope con hilo over the post. Leon leg lariats him. Reed suplexes him over the top, Leon holds on while they are on the floor and Reed stunners him.

Leon is on the apron and Reed jumps over the top to cutter him on the floor. Reed springboard 450's him. They trade shots and chop each other. Reed kips down out of a leg lariat then kips up and cutters him. Leon twisting suplexes him off the top. Leon hits a swanton 450 and wins.

Thoughts: I didn't like this one at all. It was all out video game wrestling here. Reed did like a million kip downs and kip ups and everything was overly complicated. If you were looking for any basic wrestling at all here, you didn't get it. I expected flying and some cool moves, but that's all it was. They also didn't get that much time for this. I feel like this was a reward for Reed coming back when one of The Rascalz was out a few months ago.

They shake hands and hug after.

Santino Marella's music hits after. He says that is TNA and the X-Division champ, Leon Slater. He says he talked to Ava at NXT and has a match. He says at Bound for Glory, it'll be Leon Slater vs an opponent that makes him feel "jumpity jump". Je'Von Evans then appears on the tron. He says he always wanted a match in a TNA ring but it didn't happen. He says it'll be him vs Leon for the TNA X-Title. He says it's about to get real bouncy at Bound for Glory.

Overall thoughts
: It was a long PPV with some matches that could have been skipped. The System's match was too short. The battle royal was definitely a last minute deal. The Nemeth's match was another short one. Santana/Ridge was a decent match that was one of Mike's better outings. Moose and Ali did too much in their match. Young/Joe was average as well. I was fine with Francis/Hardy. The women's match was easily the match of the night with Kelani and Lei clicking well. Maclin/Kaz wasn't that good and resulted in Kaz winning a title. The main was video game wrestling with lots of flashy moves and no substance. I'd give this a 5 out of 10 and wouldn't recommend it. We didn't really need this PPV.
