Mike Santana vs AJ Francis

Mike comes out through the crowd and is wearing Bret Hart colors since we are in Canada. AJ Francis comes out with a crutch. He says he came out of his limo too fast and has turf toe. He says KC Navarro will take his place. 

Mike Santana vs KC Navarro

KC is thrown in and Mike lariats him. KC hits Mike from behind as AJ talks on the mic. KC is flipped then Mike dropkicks him. Mike drops him chest first then sentons him for 2. Mike pulls off KC's shirt. Mike hits triple suplexes for 2.

Mike back elbows KC. AJ hits Mike in the leg with his crutch. KC hits a 305 kick and a spinning ddt. KC then pounds on Mike. KC double stomps Mike for 2. Mike blocks a ddt and flips KC from the suplex position.

Mike enzugiri's KC. KC goes up and over and Mike backrolls into a cutter on him for 2. KC superkicks Mike. Mike pump kicks him. KC spin kicks him in the face for 2. KC top rope splashes Mike for 2. KC rolls up Mike for 2. KC is caught off the 2nd rope. KC is buckle bombed then takes a corner cannonball for 2.

KC is out of it and Mike alley oops him. Mike then hits a spinning lariat and pins KC.

Thoughts: I'm a big KC Navarro fan and I liked this. KC was Mike's punching bag here as expected and got beaten. They kept it moving with lots of action. It would not be a TNA PLE without card substitutions and matches being cancelled.

Mike shakes KC's hand after. AJ then comes in and hits Mike in the leg with a crutch. AJ stomps on Mike then chokes him with the crutch. KC is not joining in on the beatdown and seems bothered. He then does some stomps but doesn't look that into it.

We are told Gia Miller is on vacation. Gabby Laspisa is taking her place. Gabby interviews two people from the Brampton Board of Trade. They thank TNA for coming and get booed.

Eric Young talks to Cody Deaner in the back. He says he has been here before but is still standing. Cody thanks him.

If Deaner wins, he gets a TNA contract - Eddie Edwards vs. Cody Deaner

Eddie pokes him. They shove each other and Cody slaps him. Cody thesz presses Eddie and hits punches. Cody knee drops Eddie then Eddie running back elbows him. Alisha Edwards grabs Cody by the beard from the outside. Eddie corner lariats Cody then hits a regular lariat for 2.

Eddie pounds on Cody then chinlocks him. Cody lariats Eddie over the top then plancha's him outside. Cody takes a blue thunder on the apron. 

Eddie hits mounted shots on Cody. Cody suplexes him. Cody starts to power up. Eddie chops Cody and Cody no sells it. Cody hits punches then lariats Eddie. Cody hits a bulldog. Cody goes up top and is kicked. Eddie 2nd rope superplexes him then sitout powerbombs him for 2. Eddie argues with a fan outside that could kick Eddie's @ss. Cody hits a sliced bread off the steps outside. Cody hits a top rope crossbody for 2.

Alisha gets on the apron. Eddie then punches Cody with a ring for 2. Cody blocks a chop and hits hits own double chops. Alisha low blows Cody then Eddie shining wizards Cody and wins.

Thoughts: It was a little long but it was okay. Cody did what he was supposed to do here. We'll have to see where things go with Cody. TNA just did budget cuts and fired a bunch of people so he really could be gone.

The System come out. Brian says "oh, poor Cody". He congratulates him on a mediocre career and thanks Eddie for retiring him. Brian says if you want to thank Cody, you can thank him tomorrow at his new job at his local gas station.

JDC says Cody is a disappointment. JDC says nobody cares about Cody. Moose says Cody used to be the hero to these idiots and is now jobless. Moose says Cody is nothing but a big, fat loser.

The Northern Armory come out in masks and ponchos for some reason. Eric asks how long they thought they would let this go on. Eric says the three of them were born here in Canada.

Eric says The System have their honey badger with them and says they will bring their own honey badger in the ring with them (there's a mascot there named Hammer who is a honey badger). Eric says if they wanna get nuts, let's get nuts. 

The Northern Armory (Eric Young, Judas Icarus and Travis Williams) vs The System (Moose, Brian Myers and JDC)

Hammer the honey badger is with The Armory.

JDC and Judas lock up. Judas armdrags him. JDC hammerlock suplexes him. Judas la magistral's JDC then stunners him. JDC is lariated for 2. Trav kicks JDC in the arm then jumps on BM's back with a sleeper. Judas dropkicks BM in the corner.

Moose and Eric go at it. Eric side headlocks him. Moose shoulders him over. Eric hiptosses him. The crowd sings "O Canada". Judas sentons Moose for 2.

Moose hits kicks on Trav then hits mounted punches. BM backdrops Judas for 2 then facelocks him. JDC hits punches on Travis. BM chinlocks Travis then lifting flatliners him.

Trav kicks BM. Moose and Eric get in. Eric hits shots on all the heels. He then top rope crossbodies Moose for 2. Eric is hit up top. Moose is double powerbombed down. Trav and Juad do stereo topes and Eric top rope elbow drops Moose for 2.

Moose rolling spears Eric for 2. Everyone starts coming in to hit a move. Eric punches Moose then is dropkicked. Eric death valley drivers Moose. Alisha grabs a kendo stick and nails Hammer with it. Moose is given the stick. The politicians take the stick away from BM then Eric piledrivers Moose for the win.

Thoughts: The match wasn't that bad or anything but I had zero interest in this one. The Northern Armory are faces again it seems and I don't expect much to come of that. Eric's approaching Big Show levels of face and heel turns at this point. I didn't like the politicians getting involved here.

We see Myla Grace and Harley Hudson in the front row. They just got signed to TNA. Myla sucks and she's not an addition, she's a subtraction.

TNA Knockouts Tag Titles - Match By Elegance - Ash by Elegance and Heather by Elegance (with The Personal Concierge) (c) vs. Spitfire (Dani Luna and Jody Threat)

Spitfire will split up if they lose here. There's no DQ's in this. Spitfire are in streetfight gear. George Iceman comes out. He says they will do Spitfire what the Florida Panthers did to the Toronto Maple Leafs. He says they will rip them apart then tears up a Maple Leafs flag. Ash and HBE are dressed up like mounties.

Spitfire hit dropkicks to start and they all go out. Spitfire grab a table. HBE sprays Jody with hair spray. Ash clubs on Jody on the ramp. Ash grabs a stop sign wrapped in pink feathers and a hockey stick. Ash misses a hockey stick shot and nails her partner. Jody then hits Ash with the stick. Ash hits Jody with the stop sign.

Ash suplexes Jody on the stage. HBE throws a stop sign hard in Dani's face and tornado ddt's her on the ramp. Jody suplexes Ash through two chairs that are across from each other. HBE pulls Jody down backwards on the floor. Jody's face is banged off the apron edge. Ash sleepers Jody in frotn of her parents and HBE rubs make-up on Jody's face. HBE superkicks Dani. Dani trips Ash into a chair then lariats her over while she sits in the chair. HBE top rope double stomps Dani's back.

Ash ties Dani to the ropes with a belt. HBE chairs Jody. Dani escapes and germans Ash. Jody throws chairs into the ring. HBE dropkicks a chair into Jody's face on the apron. George gives Ash a kendo stick and she nails Dani with it.

Jody lariats HBE on the floor then Dani slingshot blue thunders Ash on chairs for 2.

HBE tries to throw baby powder at Jody. Jody blocks it with an umbrella and hits her with it. Jody then dumps her on her chest on the floor. George throws glitter into Jody's eyes. Ash hits Dani with a champagne bottle. George then dances on the apron.

George comes off the apron and Jody slams him on the floor. Jody michinoku drivers HBE for 2. Ash lariats Jody. HBE top rope double stomps Jody's face into rhinestones. Dani facekicks HBE on the apron.Maggie lee comes out and helps Ash powerbomb Dani off the apron through a table. They miss mostly and Dani doesn't go through the table. HBE then splashes Dani through the table off the buckles.

Jody tries to do a tope but gets stuck somehow. Ash hits a top rope swanton on Jody and wins.

Thoughts: It was a disaster if we are being honest. None of the big spots were hit clean and there were just endless botches and moments where everyone looked bad. Ash really did some major bumping here and took all of abuse that she didn't have to take. Like with Cody Deaner earlier in the show, TNA did a bunch of budget cuts and I wouldn't be shocked if someone in Spitfire is done with TNA, hence them losing. I'm not sure where this leaves the Knockouts Tag Titles as the division only had like 2 teams in it and one of them is now gone.

Ash throws popcorn in a fan's face after.

We see clips from the pre-show on Xia Brookside snapping on Rosemary and beating her with a belt. We then see Xia beat up security with the belt.

Xia does a promo after. She says Rose wanted her to break. She said she broke and snapped. She said Rose wanted this and says whatever happens next is on her, b!tch.

Order 4 (Tasha Steelz, Mustafa Ali, John Skyler and Jason Hotch) vs Indi Hartwell, Raj Singh and The Rascalz (Trey Miguel and Zachary Wentz)

John points out that Ace Austin is injured and out of the match and the faces are short a partner. John tells them to forfeit and walk away. Zach agrees to a 4v3. Champagne Singh comes out. He says Ali isn't returning his calls or messages. He asks if Ali forgot what he did for him. He said he treated him like a leader and a mentor. Singh says there was not one thank you during all that and now he has high friends in places and he says Ali is no more than narcissist. Singh says this is his hometown. He says Ali is full of sh!t then hits him. They call Champage Singh "Raj Singh" so that's his new name.

Everyone fights. The Great Hands take double stomps on the back. Jason is held for a baseball slide. The Rascalz do dives outside. Tasha hits shots and forearms on Indi. Indi side slams her. Raj hits a top rope headbutt drop on John's crotch.

Raj facekicks John and Jason. Raj takes a double stomp + bridging ddt on the floor. The two sides argue outside. Raj takes a double roll into a double neckbreaker. Ali standing corkscrew moonsaults Raj.

Ali hits chest kicks on Raj and Raj lariats him. Indi hits lariats on Tasha. Indi facekicks the men. Ali grabs her by the hair and Tasha rolls up Indi for 2. Indi spinebusters Tasha and Ali sentons Indi.

Everyone comes in to hit moves. We get a 6 person suplex attempt. Indi and Tasha climb on all of them and hit each other in a new spot. Indi then cutters Tasha through everyone. 

Tasha rolls Indi into a double stomp. The Rascalz hit stereo handspring kicks. Trey is pushed off the apron with an ssp. Zach then corkscrew dives out. Raj and Ali trade. Ali ear claps him and rolls him up for 2. The Rascalz get dropped on the apron edge and Ali dropkicks Indi through the ropes. Raj takes a samoan drop + blockbuster combo. Ali 450's Raj and wins.

Thoughts: It was a decent match. The women didn't hit the men so much and when the men nailed the women it counted. It didn't go too long either and didn't wear out its welcome so I was fine with it. I didn't get why we were supposed to boo Ali for dropkicking Indi through the ropes though. It's a match with both genders and if the girls can hit the guys, they have to expect to get hit back.

Ali tries to choke Raj with the ring skirt. Tasha Steelz tries to stop him and is knocked over. Tasha is shocked and Ali doesn't apologize. They all then walk out.

Santino talks to Ariana Grace in the back. He says this is no joke and says Tessa is nasty and mean. Grace says she's ready. Santino tells her to show what she can do. Grace says Tessa has done nothing but underestimate her. She says she will see what she can do and she says that's beat her @ss.

Injury Report

Ace Austin is out of action after a leg injury from Ali. Trick Williams is cleared. Steve Maclin is day to day.

Steve Maclin does a promo. He says you don't come out of a dog collar match with Eric Young and act like everything is the same. He says you come out as a survivor. He says he has a partially fractured skull and is scarred for life. He says he's not cleared tonight but he will be ready on Impact.

Tessa Blanchard vs Arianna Grace

Robert Stone comes out. He says Santino is banned from ringside as he doesn't have an official manager's license.

Tess waistlock takedowns her then wristlocks her. AG reverses it and is kicked then thrown back. AG's head is banged off the buckles then she is choked on the ropes. Tess superkicks her off the apron then pounds on her outside. AG is on the ropes, Tess tries to running back elbow her but completely misses (and I mean completely). Tessrunning boots her.

Tess slingshot splashes her for 2. AG hits slaps then backdrops her. AG totally misses a forearm but it is sold anyway. Tess foreamrs her down. AG shoulders her over nad hits a big forearm. AG flying back elbows her.

AG backsplashes her then running facekicks her for 2.  Tess boots her out of the corner. Tess cutters her for 2. Tess goes up top and is hit. AG 2nd rope suplexes her for 2. AG hits a corner spear. Tess bites her on the buckles. Tess slips and jumps down then Tess hits a hammerlock ddt. Tess hits a top rope diving codebreaker and wins.

Thoughts: It wasn't good. Both girls had a lot of sloppy moments here and the crowd more interested in calling Tessa racist than anything else. Grace is lucky she's Santino's daughter as I'm not sure if she'd still have a job otherwise.

Robert Stone comes out. He tells Santino and Grace to leave, calling Grace his "loser daughter". He pokes Santino multiple times then security grabs Santino.

TNA Knockouts Title - Masha Slamovich (c) vs. Victoria Crawford

They lock up and VC throws her head around. MS boots her then hits a nice running lariat. VC hides behind Robert Stone outside then flying kicks MS in the side of the head. VC northern lights suplexes her on the floor then elbow drops her.

VC side headlocks her then throws her back. VC hits forearms in the corner then suplexes MS for 2. MS slides between her legs and up kicks her. MS corner facekicks her. MS koppo kicks her for 2. Stone trips MS and VC hits a package piledriver for 2.

Stone gets on the apron and gives VC the women's title. The ref grabs it from VC. MS nails the ref when VC moves. VC hits MS with the belt. MS fisherman busters her but the ref is down and can't count the pin.  

VC then rolls up MS for 2. MS hits a high kick then hits a storm zero and wins.

Thoughts: It wasn't that good as expected. Thankfully, VC didn't win here. I was surprised to see VC get dumped on her head twice here.

MS gets on the mic after. She says she's asking for a real challengers and competitor. She nominates Lei Ying Lee to be her next challenger. Lee comes out in a suit jacket and hat. Robert Stone comes out and asks if this is for real. Stone says wrestlers can't make matches, only he can. Stone says Lee can get a title match if she earns it on Impact.

We get a Sabu tribute video.

TNA Tag Titles - The Nemeth Brothers (Nic Nemeth and Ryan Nemeth) (c) vs. Matt Hardy and Leon Slater

Matt side headlocks Nic then shoulders him over. Matt side headlock takeovers him. Nic backdrops him. Leon side headlocks Nic then takes him over. Leon is double teamed and Matt makes the save. The heels are thrown out.

Leon yanks on Ryan's arm. Matt 2nd rope elbow drops Ryan's arm. Ryan takes a double back elbow then a double team. Leon corner dropkicks Ryan for 2. Nic trips Leon on a handspring then neckbreakers him on the floor.

Nick grounded sleepers Leon then neckbreakers him. Nic legdrops Leon in the crotch for 2. Leon is beaten up on and hits a rewind kick on Nic. Ryan jumping ddt's Leon for 2. Leon handspring back elbows Ryan.

Matt comes in and hits shots on Nic. Matt bangs Nic's head off the buckles. Matt catapults Nic's throat into the ropes. Ryan's head is then banged off the buckles. Matt hits a side effect on both opponents. Nic hits a famceasser on Matt for 2. Matt takes a backdrop + neckbreaker for 2. Leon plancha's Ryan outside. Nic hits a twist of fate on Matt for 2.

Leon leg lariats Nic then hits a twist of fate on him. Matt then catches Nic with a cutter. Leon jumps off of Matt's back over the post onto The Nemeth's. Matt hits a twist of fate on Nic. Leon swanton 450's Nic for 2. Ryan bangs Matt's head off the apron. Leon is sent into the steps by Ryan. Nic hits a danger zone on Matt and wins.

Thoughts: It wasn't anyone's best effort and wasn't that great. The heels beat up on Leon for a while which wasn't that interesting.

Santino and Ariana Grace talk in the back. Santino said AG had a good showing. AG says she tried her best and lost a fair fight. Santino says it can't end like this. He says Stone put his hands on him and says he assaulted him. Santino says he will talk to the legal team and says he will ask for a match with him. Grace says it should be Santino and Grace vs Tessa and Stone. Santino says he loves it and will make it happen. Santino says if you put your hands on him, he will give you the cobra.

Joe Hendry and Elijah vs. Trick Williams and Frankie Kazarian

Kaz drags Eli off the lock-up. Kaz wristlocks him and Eli flips out using the ropes. Eli side headlocks him then springboard lariats him. Eli walks up the buckles and clubs Kaz. Joe gets in and Kaz refuses to tag in Trick. Kaz boots Joe then Joe shoulders him over. Joe hiptosses him.

Kaz takes a double back elbow. Trick gets in. He boots Eli then throws him down backwards. Eli shoulders Trick over and Trick kips up. Eli lariats and chops him. Trick ducks shots then wiggles. Trick blocks an up and over then Joe is tagged in. Kaz then tags himself in and Joe tags out. Trick tags himself in and he argues with Kaz. Eli knocks Trick into Kaz then throws him out. Eli double lariats both off the apron. Joe then dives over the top onto Trick and Kaz.

Kaz goes to leave and Trick stops him. The faces hit both. Kaz and Trick are sent over the rail. Joe slams Kaz on the floor. Eli walks the top rope and clubs Trick while Joe delay suplexes Kaz. Trick spinning facekicks Eli then stomps on him.

Trick front facelocks Eli. Eli then takes a bad jumping neckbreaker from Trick. Trick leg lariats Eli for 2. Kaz front facelocks Eli again. Kaz stomps Eli in the corner. Eli throws Kaz on a powerbomb. Joe hits lariats on Trick then fallway slams him. Joe then does it to Kaz. Joe boots Trick then hits an olympic slam for 2. Trick uranages Joe for 2.

Joe catches Trick off the 2nd rope, backrolls and Joe tries a spinebuster. Trick kind of ddt's him out of it but Joe no sells it. Kaz hits a backcracker > sliding lariat > springboard legdrop on Joe for 2. Kaz takes an AA for 2. 

Eli hits chops on Trick. Trick boots him out of the corner. Trick comes off the 2nd rope and takes a jumping Eli knee for 2. Trick cradle shocks Eli then htis a trick shot for 2. Kaz rams Joe's back into the apron. Kaz grabs Eli's guitar. Kaz misses a guitar shot then Eli tombstones Kaz for 2.

Trick and the ref fight for the guitar and Eli cradles Kaz for 2. Trick hits a trick shot on Kaz on accident. Joe sends Kaz over the top. Joe then hits a standing ovation on Kaz and wins.

Thoughts: It was a pretty basic main without a lot of big moments or spots. It was fine and all, but this was a TV main event and not much more. The faces on here as expected.

Overall thoughts: It was just an average show overall. The opener and the Cody/Eddie match were okay. The Northern Armory match was passable but nothing too special. The girls tried in the women's tag title match but it was a disaster. The intergender 8-person tag was decent. Tessa/Arianna wasn't good and Masha/Crawford wasn't much better. The men's tag match was very average and far from anyone's best effort. The main would have been better suited for TV as no one tried that hard or went of their way and it wasn't the best because of it. I'd give this a 5 out of 10 as it was far from TNA's best work and just kind of felt like filler.
