Thoughts: It wasn't a super serious opener and went longer than it needed to. We didn't see a ton of anyone here as there was more people than there was time.

Rei pushes AB over from the lock-up. AB hits kicks on him. Rei shoulders him over. They go out and trade shots. Rei chokes him with a towel. Rei chops the post when AB moves. Rei catches AB's plancha and AB pushes Rei into the post. AB tope con hilos Rei.

Rei chokeslams AB for 2. Rei then crabs him and submits him.
Thoughts: It didn't get a lot of time. They did okay with the flyer vs big guy story here but it wasn't much of note. It didn't go long enough for AB to overdo it.
Rei and AB do promos in the back. AB says he didn't know if he could still win the tournament yesterday and says he knows now he can't. He says he has nothing to say today.
Champion Carnival 2025 Block A Match - Hideki Suzuki vs. Xyon
They lock up and let go. X does his taunt at him and HS goes out. HS sits in the front row and X does a haka. HS shakes his hand then pulls him out. X is thrown into the post.
HS side headlocks him. HS runs the ropes and takes like a spinning forearm. HS hanging headscissors him over the top rope. X spinning shoulders him and throws him into the buckles. HS goes out and X does as well. They trade forearms outside then go up into the stands.
X chases him. They get back in and HS rolls him up after some trickery to win.
Thoughts: I didn't expect much out of it and it was even worse. Neither guy really took any bumps here and they just fooled around for most of the match. It was a waste of time.
They both talk in the back after. X says HS is too smart and is a true master of wrestling. He says he can't wait for another match against him. He says he will keep fighting and get back up.

Thoughts: I had hopes for it and they pretty much mailed it in. The outside brawling wasted time and wasn't any good and it didn't really pick up until the end. This was far from either guy's best work and it's a shame as I thought it could have been very good.
Honda does his dance after.
Honda and Mike do promos after. Mike says he's sorry but he did his best. He says he's better than that. He says every champion loses. He says this is the last and he will come back stronger.

Ren full-nelson bombs Sato. Rising asai moonsaults Sato and Yuma double underhook suplexes Sato. Rising does a springboard dive to the outside. Sato enzugiri's Yuma then Yuma flying knees Sato for 2. Yuma backdops Sato and wins it.
Thoughts: The first half of this was really lazy with them doing weak brawling in the stands and in the crowd. It got a little better towards the finishing stretch, but these guys mailed this one in. This served no other purpose than to get some people on the card.
Both teams do promos after. Davey says they were close and had it in the bag. He says sometimes you can't win and sometimes you won't win. He says they showed a fighting effort and fighting spirit. Davey says he'll see Ren around sometime soon. Sato then crawls in and does a promo.

TY is sent into the exposed buckle. Jun chokeslams him and wins.
Thoughts: It was not good as expected. Yoshida did nothing but basic heel tactics here and on Day 10, it's pretty old. It was slow, boring and nothing about this was good.
Champion Carnival 2025 Block A Match - Kento Miyahara vs. Kuma Arashi
They lock up and Ken cleanbreaks him. Kuma then cleanbreakers him and does his yell. Ken side headlocks him and they shoulder battle. Kuma side headlocks him. Ken facekicks him then is shouldered over.

Thoughts: I knew Ken wasn't losing to Kuma. But the match was fine. Kuma had the advantage for a while, Ken made his comeback and won. The brawling outside didn't add much as usual but I thought they got the idea of this right. I'd like to see Kuma being more of a heel in matches like these instead of being the smiling guy that does howls.
Ken then talks on the mic after.
Overall thoughts: It wasn't one of the better nights at the CC. The opener wasn't very serious. Rei/Blanc was okay. Suzuki/Xyon was worse than expected. Mike/Honda was disappointing as neither guy went all out. The 6-man tag was lazy. Jun/Yoshida was a bad match on paper and no better in execution. The main was fine but didn't make up for the rest of the junk on this card. I'd give it a 3 out of 10 as it was a lazy night with no one really trying. I would not recommend this.
