WWE Speed #1 Contenders Tournament Qualifier - Tavion Heights vs Dragon Lee

Tav waistlock takedowns him and rolls him around. Lee rolls him up for 2. Lee cartwheels out of a wristlock. Lee walks up the buckles, flips off the ropes then rolls him up for 2. Tav hits a stiff flying lariat. Tav hits a forearm flurry.

Lee kicks him from the apron. Tav catches Lee's top rope crossbody. Lee facekicks him then Tav powerslams him for 2. Lee hurricanrana's him into the buckles. Tav catches combinacion cabron. Tav is stuck on the 2nd rope and Lee top rope double stomps him as he hangs.

Lee hits a corner dropkick then hits destino to win at 2:40.

Thoughts: It went 2:40 long. Tav's powerslam was nice here and they matched up a little better than expected. It was over quick though and wasn't what it could have been. I'd be up for a rematch. I still can't say I see what everyone else sees in Lee.

Akira Tozawa vs Riley Osborne in a #1 Contender's Tournament match will happen on Friday 11/1.

Overall thoughts: As usual, there was only one sub-3 minute match. It's nothing must see but they made the best they could of the time they had. I wouldn't recommend this.
