It wasn't a real interesting match. Shuhei mostly beat up on Ulka, Ulka got a little offense in then was pinned. Japan loves to job out new wrestlers, but for people like Ulka with drawing potential, you can't do that.

This was fun. It could have been a total nothing but Yone and Saito were fired up here and the young lions enjoyed getting some offense in on the senior members. I almost skipped this one but I really enjoyed it. These kind of matches are why you do multi-man tags.

Titus hits a chaos theory german on LJ and wins it.

They had an easy storyline with Vinnie being worked on and being the underdog. Then Titus got in and it just turned into indy wrestling with springboard canadian destroyers that didn't mean anything and other cool moves.

Titus and Jack stare down after.

It was your usual Japanese vet vs rookie upstart match. The two matched up well and this match will probably be better in a few years when Oiwa is allowed to do his full offense. The outcome was never in doubt here. We got some stiff shots and they did what they could with the match type.

Daiki Inaba, Junta Miyawaki, Masa Kitamiya & Shuji Kondo vs. GLG (Anthony Greene, Jake Lee, Tadasuke & YO-HEY)

It was fine but not truly semi-main material. They didn't go for a classic here we saw little of Jake and Masa. It was still entertaining and I liked the story of Junta getting beaten up then getting the upset, but it could have been great with enough time. We saw a little of everyone here but it could have gone double the time it went. The finish was nice and unexpected.

Go wristlocks him then Ken reverses it into a hammerlock. They duck shots and end up doing a stand off. Go lariats him. They fight outside and Go is german'd on the floor. Ken 2nd rope double footstomps him on the floor.

Ken top rope release dragon suplexes him then top rope double stomps him...and of course only gets 2. Ken top rope moonsault double knees him and wins it.

Great match but with two issues - the leg work didn't go anywhere and the top rope release dragon suplex kickout spot is undefendable. Subtract those two things and it would be an easy match of the year candidate for me. They were stiff with each other, the match ended at the right time and the two matched up real well. It was everything you'd really hope for with these guys, just they had to screw up at the end. It was like watching someone be right near the finish line then going down and finishing second place. I still think it's one of the better matches of the year and do recommend it though.

Overall thoughts: The main was one of the better matches of the year and is worth a look. The 6-man tag with Yone/Sugi/Kotoge looked like nothing on paper but was very fun. Daga had a bad night and Oiwa/Soya was sadly forced to be a vet vs young lion type of match.
