The finish |
Jun Kasai beat Kenji Fukimoto with a sit out pedigree on the clay pots. This wasn't good. They really undersold the no mats thing here. It wasn't a factor at all. They tried to sell people on the clay pots, but the crowd didn't really buy the clay pots as a legit weapon which was a huge problem since the match was built around them. I'm not 100% sure why, but I believe it's because they don't make a cool explosion like the light tubes do and they didn't try to bash each other over the head with them where they would have exploded and been cool. The match also offered nothing but the deathmatch stuff as there was no real wrestling or even true brawling here.
