WCW Worldwide 10/14/1989 - The Skyscrapers - Sid Vicious and Dan Spivey vs Tommy Rich and Eddie Gilbert

WCW Worldwide 10/14/1989 - The Skyscrapers - Sid Vicious and Dan Spivey vs Tommy Rich and Eddie Gilbert

The finish

The Skyscrapers got the win here with a double powerbomb. Interesting match here. The faces worked like the underdogs they were and tried to hit and move. That part was good and the heels were fine but the match just had so much stalling and really only had a minute or two of real action. It still wasn't that bad but it could have been better. Rich was in for most of this and they mostly just out muscled him the whole way through before the win.

WCW Pro 3/16/1997 - Steiner Brothers vs The Faces of Fear

WCW Pro 3/16/1997 - Steiner Brothers vs The Faces of Fear

This went to a double countout as both teams brawled on the floor. Not either teams best work here and they were definitely working lighter than usual. I'm not sure if this show was live or taped but they were talking about Fall Brawl being that night and that could explain it, but I believe it was taped. I liked seeing Meng bust out the piledriver and I liked the FoF's doing going off the top in stereo here. Rick Steiner was in thIS for 90% of the match as the face in peril.

Leyendas Inmortales 2/1/15 - Brujo Maya, Hijo De Villano III, Villano III Jr. vs Corsario Negro Jr., Magnifico, Ojo de Tigre Jr.

In case you are wondering, Ojo de Tigre translates to Eye of the Tiger.

Rudos take the 2nd

Magnifico submits Brujo Maya for the win

Magnifico beat Brujo Maya for the win. This was too rough around the edges and ended up being bad. The Villano's blew almost everything they tried to do and seemed completely clueless at times and the rudos had a hard time working around that. There was more akwardness here than a WWE divas match and non-stop miscommunication. The chain wrestling was fun though and I loved seeing Hijo punch Ojo silly.
