Here are youtube videos from two different training sessions from All Japan Women's in 1990 and 1991. These are extremely graphic and disturbing. Someone should have been arrested for this and these ARE NOT proper training techniques. So, take this as a "what not to do when teaching someone to stretch" lesson.

These exercises were stupid and dangerous. Someone could and might have been injured from these activities and I feel everyone involved, except for the girls, should have been ashamed. The fact that this aired on national television and nothing was done really bothers me.
